Before: Connelly wising up from her last outing, comes in lean at 115 and hungry to test the ribcage of her slender foe. Jolie hard as a rock, rounding into form as a boxer puncher with some sock, but questions remain about her chin and legs - Connelly a good test at this point. Jen in navy sports bra, red boycut trunks, Jolie in pink bikini top, black spandex shorts.

During R1: All Angelina - loping clockwise movement, a crunching jab from her stomach bashes back Jen's head - stick

seems to have Connelly stupified as she turns, takes. One sided potshotting culminates in a beautiful right cross in the last minute, jerking Connelly a quarter turn to her right and putting her wobbly butt. Jolie flailing away on follow up, lashing her long arms against the cowering Connelly at the bell.

R2: Jen shakes it off and gets her agenda across this round. Jolie bringing that jab back awfully low - Jen fades and drills counter right hands over the top, catching Jolie with plenty of elbow on the follow through - Angelina stops moving, adopts the ear-muff guard and starts to take digging left hooks hard against her ribs. All Jen Connelly till late - she's methodically hooking A.J. to the body, then shouldering her back when Jolie takes a big stride back, launches suddenly into a crashing right hand on the face and CONNELLY IS HURT! Jen stumbling forward to clinch - Angelina baring her teeth as she struggles against the hurt woman's grasp at the bell. Jolie steals the round, sends Connelly back to her corner in shock.

R3: Connelly showing good resilience - she's lumping up badly but still coming forward, moving her head better and getting to Jolie's midriff with bashing hooks. Jolie doesn't like the body work - she hunkers forward, hands at her temples, wincing and cringing away as Connelly gets her hips into the action. Late wide lefts and a slapping right on the forehead help A.J. avoid the shutout - but that's Connelly's round.

R4: Jolie up on her toes, lanky-limbing it in and out as she slaps the left and hacks the right - Connelly ducks but catches all too often. Blistering shot behind the ear has Jen stumbling, breaking down at the end of the first minute - A.J. stays on her, constantly slashing in then leaning away and dropping that whippy right hand on the jaw or temple of her foe. Final minute - Connelly starting to drift - guard drooping as Jolie victimizes her with that licking jab - Jolie steps right, lunges in over the top with a slinging right hand and CONNELLY IS HURT! Jen out on her feet, hands at her waist as she lolls sideways with a blank expression - Jolie stepping with the brunette as Connelly crumbles sideways, flailing the left and slinging the right to the head for heartbreaking connects as Jen swoons to the ropes. IT'S OVER! Referee jumps in as Jen sags defenceless, hands in her lap as Jolie bellows in triumph. TKO4 Angelina Jolie.

After: Connelly a bruised and swollen wreck after fielding countless kamikaze right hands from Jolie - A.J. with a gambling, all or nothing assault that paid off handsomely against a body punching beauty who had to eat jabs to get close. Jolie still plenty raw - obviously susceptible to disciplined counter punchers, but what she does well has to be respected.
