Before: Tough style match up for Minka - is she worried? "Katie's a good boxer, and she IS a little longer than me," Kelly allows, "but her legs are so thin and reedy...I just don't see how she can handle Minka Kelly pressure. Once I get on her, and I'm landing hard? I think Katie's legs will fail." Cassidy anxious to show well in a premium cutie-tuffie match up. "It's been tough for me to get the fights I want," Katie admits in prefight, "so this is a pretty good opportunity. Minka's very sturdy, but I do think I pose a lot of problems for her. She says she'll walk me down and make me fight, but I don't know...could be her face is gonna get awful sore trying that strategy!" Katie in black lace push up/boy-leg panties (low rise); small black mitts; blonde hair curly, loose. Minka in yellow bikini top/electric blue bottoms; small white mitts; hair back in long ponytail with bangs bracketing face.

During R1: Mink looking to plant-and-poke in the lead right hand to set up her hooks: Katie reads it early; sideslips to her left; check-uppercuts Minka's chin in tight via left mitt; check-uppercuts chin via tidy right...blonde girl rings up brunette, putting Minka wobbly-butt at the open. From there it's Katie circling leggy - weight on front (left) leg - deploying fists in straight, palm-down poking fashion to Minka's face. PIK-PIK PAK! PIK-PIK PAK! rhythms for Katie - her face intent as she touches Minka up. Kelly following blonde girl around, facing into punishment...Cassidy pitching a classy shutout first.

R2: Minka with a good first minute - punching the lead right hand to Kelly's chest, then spooking her backward with the whirling palm-down hook. Blonde girl legging the perimeter, jabbing back receipts, negotiating pressure. Minute mark, Katie sideslips to her right (Minka's lead right misses over Katie's left shoulder); Katie bobs on the spot (Minka's left hook whistles over top)...pinpoint blonde uppercut-combo lands right/left, neatly picking Minka up nippy. Katie pivots to her left, spitting jabs...blonde girl boxing herself back into the driver's seat through second minute. Down the stretch, Cassidy's legs firmly in control of the round...Minka turning, taking straight knock-knock pokes on her pretty face. Katie paying particular attention to Kelly's left eye via jabs and straight right hands both.

R3: PIK-PIK PAK! PIK-PIK PAK! Katie rotating clockwise, dealing out straight lefts and rights off front (left) leg...she's triggering sweet from her shoulders, bouncing both small mitts off Minka's pretty face. Kelly grimacing, confused...brunette not moving her head much until AFTER she guzzles leather, allowing Katie to sidestep the pursuit. Cassidy steppin' leggy, always in position to punch off the front leg: blonde hands up, elbows in - nice compact delivery pinging away for points. BREAK: Minka grinding her teeth as enswell gets applied to that angry left eye...Katie's really tapping away on that peeper through 3.

R4: PIK-PIK PAK! PIK-PIK PAK! Katie in command, circling clockwise, tapping out rivet-gun jab/jab/right-hand combinations against Minka's face. Kelly really lumping up - that left eye sporting plum-coloured baggage - blonde girl absolutely heartless, persistent as she pings away outside. Katie's eyes SO intense; sometimes when she's leaning in to pound in a three punch combo she'll purse her lips and squint. Cassidy face-pasting for the most part - but every once in a while, she'll slope that straight right hand down PAK! into breasts or tummy. Kelly frowning, hurting...she's taking the punches well, but she's really frustrated. Outside, Katie's owning Minka; INSIDE Kelly's getting picked up those short, chippy little check uppercuts that are spoiling her offence.

R5: Minka gets it together. Kelly still leading the straight right hand, but varying the routine with the odd stiff left jab as well: Katie caught sideslipping INTO punches as she misreads brunette hands. Minka landing vengeful blows to Katie's face, but also hooking the ribs and deploying a nasty right uppercut to midsection that has Cassidy grimacing. Blonde girl on the run...Minka's pressure finally proves decisive in the fifth.

R6: Minka's rally continues...brunette moving her head better, punching out of the bob-and-weave: blonde girl fielding more and more punches as she's driven into retreat. Midway through, Minka steppin' in strong on left leg - right leg well behind her: lead right hand stamps Katie's chest; left hook clips across chin in palm-down trajectory and BLONDE GIRL DOWN! Katie punched to her buns, sitting up prettily with hands behind her on canvas...Kelly with a determined glare-down on the stomp-past. Final minute all Minka Kelly cleaning up Katie Cassidy on ropes: blonde girl showing face-in-gloves, taking a tanning to both flanks as Kelly digs in. Bell: Minka burying a couple of extra right hands to ribs...ref moves in hot as tempers flare.

R7: Minka wades in...eats that cute, tidy check-uppercut combo right/left on chin: DOWN GOES MINKA! Kelly sputtering to all fours, eyes wide, mystified...pinpoint blonde punching in close has Minka all astonished. Minkster up at 7, giving her head a shake: tell-tale wobble in her backside tells us she's not ready to come forward like she is. Katie outside, showing leg, tappin' jabs...blonde girl maneuvers brunette, sideslips predictable Minka lead right to check-chin via pinging right/left uppercuts: DOWN GOES MINKA! Kelly sputtering to all fours again, backside shuddering side to side as she drops...Minka on the verge of tears as Katie's really getting to her. Kelly rallies off the deck, gets herself together, but she's shabby with hurt: easy pickings for rangy blonde to wheel-and-deal from outside. By the bell, Minka's left eye is tapped shut by Katie's fists; Minka's wobbly butt, and; Minka's been knocked down twice in a scary 7th.

R8: PIK-PIK PAK! PIK-PIK PAK! Katie circling clockwise - hint of a smirk on confident blonde lips: Cassidy's busting her girl up and both fighters know it. Hands up, elbows in - Katie easy-steppin' around the ring, triggering tidy off her shoulders, just pasting away on Minka's freshly-scrubbed face. Kelly tragically busted up - world's sexiest face lumpy, scuffed, puffy and bruised...hearltess blonde girl just inspecting every square inch of Minka's mug. Kelly able to land hook/right hands wide to Katie's torso late...blonde girl's already got all the points by then.

R9: Plucky Minka won't quit...she jabs-with Katie, breaking up blonde routines, then Kelly's forward with rights and lefts. Ropes: Katie in pocket, hands at temples/elbows tight to ribs: Minka's on top - pressing her head against Katie's guard while ripping right/left to waist. Scrumptious punching getting done on Katie's slender chassis - Minka really shaking her blonde on the spot. Katie answering back chippy little uppercuts, but bringing the mitts back quick to temples: she doesn't want to catch a blockbuster on the chin here.

R10: More Minka on Katie action - Kelly finding the stubby jab a useful tool to disrupt precise blonde patterns. Cassidy's back hits ropes...she's in earmuff, stooping forward, starting to really feel it from Minka downstairs. Leads to bruising work both ways as Katie fights hard to survive - blonde girl leaning her left shoulder in, loading up rangy and giving it to Kelly right/left in the body. Minka right back at her girl from the crouch - clubbing away on blonde ribs, but also starting to kiss Katie face-punches as lanky blonde's trying to slug. Midway through, Katie really rung up in one exchange, going loose, wobbly butt against ropes: she forms face-in-gloves, giving up her ribs on the cheap as Minka digs in to finish. Horrid treatment of slender blonde ribs down the stretch - Minka leaning in with her head and PLOWING waist/flanks both mitts. Sturdy brunette beats her rival without mercy, but can't get those slender legs to give way. Bell: Katie crying from body-shock, but jubilant when she hears the UD10 verdict go her way.

After: Setback for Minka as she just runs out of time: brunette with one of the best records in boxing gets polished up by exquisite blonde fists tonight. Obnoxious BLONDE! Mag cameramen in the ring, snapping away stills of Minka's badly punished face: pretty girl puffy and used, sporting a nice left-eye shiner that could well make the cover. "I boxed her pants off!" Katie bleats happily in postfight - feeling chipper despite the tenser bandage tight about bruised ribs. "I made it be all about me - what I wanted to do, where I wanted Minka - we pretty much fought on my terms all night. I punched out Charlie's Prettiest Angel tonight and I'm stoked, but I want more. Olivia Wilde - I'm calling you out. Nicole Scherzinger - I want you, even though yes, I do punch back, and I know you hate that. Kate Beckinsale - I'll tattoo you. Aly Michalka...Nina Dobrev...just any girl really. There's no one I can't handle when I'm workin' it right!"
