Before: Fan-favourite brunettes coming off disappointing losses - Connelly losing a title bid to Denise Richards, Bleeth getting bounced by Britney Spears - both girls want to get right back in the mix with a high profile win. Says Bleeth, "Jennifer's tailor made for me - what you see is what you get with her. No surprises." Connelly equally confident, "Yasmine's lost a step - Britney exposed that. You add that to the fact that I'm so much stronger that Bleeth, and you've got the makings for a pretty one sided fight here. She's tricky and clever, but I think that'll change once she gets hit." Jennifer in navy sports bra, red boy cut trunks, Yasmine in leopard print sports bra and waist cut aerobics bottoms, hair up.

During R1: Yasmine's weight on her back foot, accepting Jen's head on her chest and left shoulder, Bleeth keeping the right hand at her cheek, left across her gut looks to block and counter inside with a busy Connelly in close. Jennifer keeping her shots short and clipped, doubles and triples up on little hooks that land inside Yasmine's protective right - Bleeth not quite getting the position to work her plan as effectively as she wants early on. Connelly cranking hooks to the midsection, clipping hooks to the mouth, works hard for points in the first.

R2: Yasmine on the ropes, keeping the left shoulder on Connelly while leaning away from Jen, but Connelly's work rate is breaking down Yasmine's crafty defense. Connelly still having success jamming the hook inside the right hand of Yasmine, surprising Bleeth on the mouth. Jen also digging into Yasmine's ribcage and right side, often blocked, but bashing meat often enough to be getting the better of it. Key is Jennifer's right hand - she's throwing it more this fight - usually just spanking it off Yasmine's hip or kidney on the left side - putting discomfort on Bleeth's pretty face. Down the stretch, Connelly feels it, really snapping off hard combinations as Yasmine gets bludgeoned, and a pounding right hand on the jaw momentarily drapes Bleeth helpless against the ropes. Jen with her head down, doesn't seem to realize how hurt Yasmine is - she finishes up tough in Bleeth's gut as Yasmine's thighs and buttocks tremble out of control at the bell.

R3: Jennifer in command - Bleeth willingly putting her back to the ropes, rolling with punches, blocking more effectively this round, but not getting off. Judges just see Connelly digging her head into Bleeth, Connelly pushing up on Bleeth and banging away with consistent work - hard not to give her the round. All Jen C through 3.

R4: Yasmine still with her back to the ropes, but she's finally in the block-and-counter rhythm. Connelly getting off, but Yasmine's picking up the high hook on her right glove, blocking the low hook with her elbow and left mitt, and Jen stops throwing the right hand in any meaningful way. Bleeth picking her spots - waiting for Jen to get off, then clipping away at the jugs and face of her girl off the block. Pretty when it works - Yasmine getting pretty on Jen this round.

R5: Yasmine getting comfortable with Connelly. She'll feel Jen's head with her left shoulder, make sure of Jennifer's position, then adeptly roll with Connelly's clubbing right, block the left and answer back short and sharp to tits and chin inside. Rolling combinations from Bleeth when she gets off - drub-drub-drub to the bra, or spik-spak-spek to the face, then frustrating Connelly as Jen can't get through clean.

R6: Yasmine Bleeth at her counterpunching best this round. Connelly completely bamboozled by Yasmine's maddening technique in close - Bleeth picking off every shot with her glove, shoulder or elbows, then chewing Jennifer up with little clipping, chopping shots that have plenty of leg and back behind them. Connelly getting rocked by the sheer accumulation - face is puffing up badly, and Yasmine's not neglecting that bare belly either. Jennifer breaking down, wobbling after Yasmine bursts and falling in to clinch - Connelly staggers to her corner at the break and doesn't look well after 6.

R7: Yasmine switches to lead, meeting Jennifer midring, pounding away on the swollen face with the jab and drifting in a clean right cross on the teeth that unhinges Jen at the knee. Reefing hooks to the pit of the stomach on follow up - Connelly slumping forward, mouth open, eyes vacant - she's being methodically taken apart in this fight. Bleeth reverts to her cunning block-and-counter routine to work the clock - Jen's punches looking tired, face busting up - she's a discourage brunette after 7.

R8: Yasmine rolling up a disheartened Jen Connelly this round. Bleeth jabbing and crossing Jennifer to the ropes, then bodying up, using that left shoulder and elbow to push off with, clipping her combinations and punishing Connelly's bulging bra and ruined face with accurate bursts. Connelly ineffective on her heels, not tieing up, and soaking up a murderous connect percentage as she stubbornly stands in to the bell.

R9: Shutout Yasmine Bleeth. A battered, beaten Jennifer Connelly covers up sleepily at the ropes, gloves at her face as Bleeth systematically helps herself. Yas digging in to either side of the waist, pressing up with her shoulder to nudge Jen back, then letting her hands go again as Connelly slumps forward. Bleeth with a hardhearted look in her eyes as she surveys the opponent at the bell: Yasmine knows what she's doing to Jennifer, Jennifer knows it, and neither woman can stop it.

R10: Jennifer arm punching, trying to push Yasmine backwards early on, but Bleeth puts her weight on the back foot, blocks and rolls, then starts picking Jen up with crafty little hooks, chopping right hands until Connelly is sullen and passive once again. All Yasmine Bleeth to the bell, putting her punches together, walking Connelly around, pounding, pounding, pounding that face and gorgeous breasts to the bell. UD10 Yasmine Bleeth.

After: Yasmine overcomes a very strong Connelly start to roll up 7 consecutive rounds and leave Jennifer choking in the dust. This was vintage Bleeth once she found her rhythm - blocking and countering superbly as Jennifer left herself wide open for Bleeth's nifty combinations. Connelly badly busted up, clearly dispirited in the ring afterwards, "she took me apart," Connelly admits in a quiet, tired voice, "no excuses."
