Before: Alba launching a no-holds barred publicity campaign—attacking Britney in everything from “People” and “Regis and Kelly” to BLONDE! magazine—concerted effort to rattle Spears’ cage during training. Might be working—Alba and Britney engage in tawdry scuffles at photoshoots and conferences—Alba even brazenly marching into the BSE gym with a gaggle of paparazzi to start up with Spears, Jessica’s constant needling and sniping harassing and bedeviling Britney at every turn. For the fight itself, “We’re fighting MY fight this time,” Jessica promises, “Firewagon boxing—free-wheeling punches. She’s never been able to just plain fight with me and I’m going to drag her into a shootout,” Spears angered, flushed, eager to meet Jessica on her own terms. “She wants to slug? She wants to fight? I say bring it on! I will take her best shot and give her back double. She has TOTALLY earned this beating!” Britney in pink poolside bikini, Alba in royal blue bikini, instructions marred as Jess crows in for a nose-to-nose stare-down—Britney shoves her off and pre-fight brawl erupts as seconds haul scrappy-cats back to corners,

During R1: Jessica SO intense—eyes hard, snarling as she sets a sizzling tempo early. Alba featuring the jab, snapping it between Brit’s eyes, popping her in the mouth. Jess also stepping around lanky, then leaning in with sliding lead rights, turning over the back foot pretty, landing flush on Spears’ face and tidying up the slinging hook. Smooth run and gun from Alba for most of the round—Britney comes on late. Spears stabilizing Jess wit  a left in the chest—hammering ribs mean right hand, back with hook thick above the hip—she’s got Alba leaning in late. Britney slugging short and heavy to Alba’s flanks—brunette elbows in, leaning forward, twisting her torso to take thudding blows to her lats, above her hips. Bell: Jessica immediately complaining of back shots, indicating the violated area with her thumb and a pained look of complaint. Spears shaking her heads in disgust back to her corner.

R2: Britney’s right hand stacked above her left chest and tummy as she leans forward, weaves Alba’s jab—blonde rolls out of crouch with a tasty hook clean on the chin and DOWN GOES JESSICA! Alba dropped to her buttocks and elbows, scrambling up quick, shaking her head “No” during standing 8 to dismiss the drop. ON COMES BRITNEY! Alba trying to intercept with a pushy one-two—Britney weaves underneath, comes up with that clanging step-in hook and has Alba slumping hurt in the ropes. SAVAGE beat down to the body—Spears flat footed, wide stance, snapping her fists off meat with thudding gusto. Brit leaning in close, alternating her head position off either Alba shoulder to get hauling leverage into the ribs. Jess folded forward, riding it out—she’s taking a horrible pounding behind her elbows, on her hips—after a marauding minute of workmanlike Spears—Alba collapses to all fours, belly trembling, eyes in shock, Jessica punches the canvas in frustration, tears welling up—she takes 8, covers up as ON COMES BRITNEY! Spears using her jab to stabilizing Jessica, putting tangy combos together—fitting her right hand into the waist, left in the ribs, hunting chin uppercuts, Brit nice and brawny in there, using her left shoulder and elbow to continually massage and nudge Jessica, pushing her off for hooks and right uppercuts, Thumping body work has Alba on quivering legs, defense breaking down—tidy right/left uppercut clip-clop on the chin stuns her, puts her down at the bell. Jessica in tatters—Spears pushing the ref away and standing her ground to bellow at fallen foe—fight delayed as Britney’s corner coaxes her back to her stool.

Between rounds: Unusual behaviour for Britney captured on camera—she’s argumentative, giving in to anger—corner wants her to box—she insists “I’m taking her OUT!” instead. Bell: Britney bolts off her stool across the ring.

R3: Alba legging right, desperately evading the bull rush, puts the long jab on Britney—Spears getting tagged, charging in, missing with haymakers as Jess does a nice job bending at the waist, keeping her balance. Lead right for Alba scoring nicely, startles Britney and ALBA LANDS THE HOOK! Jarring, whip-armed shot staggers Spears—Alba able to slide in the lead right and get leverage on a licking left uppercut ion the chin to drive Spears wobbly butt to the ropes! Alba cold-blooded as she steps and LATHERS AWAY! Elbows in, getting g her hips and torso behind shellacking lefts and rights—Alba beats Britney into a hurting crouch—LAVISHING the lower back with skidding right hands until Spears can clinch around the hips, Refs break—Alba hungry, right back on—stepping with Brit as blonde slides to her right along the ropes, Spears moving her head to get under Alba’s keen right hand, but Jessi’s coming back underneath lanky hooks, getting ALL of Britney’s tanned flesh with great spanking impacts. Spears open-mouthed, bibbing, weaving, starting to pick away at Jessica with sneaky rights off the ropes, then swatting hooks as she leans back into them. Alba’s output slows—girls trade hooks and JESSICA’S HURT! Alba stumbling onto her heels, eyes shiny, staring—Britney leans in and BURIES a short right hand down into the sternum. Alba gutshot, gurgling, draping over Britney’s back as Spears bends low on follow through then JESSICA GOES TO ALL FOURS! Jess sobbing, hugging at throbbing midriff—AGAIN Britney delays the count to lord it over her fallen foe. Probably saves Alba as jess makes it to her corner for desperate repairs.

R4:  Give her credit: Jessica’s not punking. Britney storming over to continue her brawling ways—Alba gives it right back to her as both beauties chuck hard to the body. Spears looking to slant in with short right hands, getting her shoulder behind the blows to shock Alba’s slender torso—Jess dipping to the left and slinging her hook hard to Brits tanned ribs and dense tummy flesh. Furious first minute sees Spears’ attacks checked midring—as blonde takes a breath, Jess lights her up a gorgeous lanky left uppercut under the chin! Brit stunned, staring—Alba clips her righty uppercut, gets another slinky left uppercut, doubles up to lick that left hook hard behind the elbow—BRITNEY’S HURT! Spears easing herself back into the ropes, right at the her left cheek, left across her gut, bending forward as JESSICA ROMPS! Hateful punching from Alba, lithe torso twisting, hips swiveling as she gets greasy leverage on slicing lefts an rights. Spears bending forward, then leaning back into the ropes, moving her head well but not punching back—crowd screaming as Alba smashes Brit’s head aside on occasion, gets in THICK to that body on the right side, Bell” Alba filled with blood-lust chest up bellowing in Britney’s face—woozy Spears pushes her off and both immediately start slugging! Delay as ref restores order—both girls basically abandoning themselves to mindless hatred after 4 vicious heats.

R5: Jessica out lanky stepping: hands gathered near the chin, wide stance—she’s grooving that lead right to Britney’s mouth, turning over that oily hook—Spears busting up, but refusing to give ground. Britney looking to come forward, jabbing high, going to Alba’s sternum with crunching short right hands—Alba finally driven to the ropes after pounding Britney’s face without effect. Ropes: Spears strong on her legs, pushing at Jessica, bumping her the left forearm/elbow, then slamming away. Good pounding rhythm established in close by Britney—punishing the sleek abs and slender ribs of her foe. Alba grimacing, trying the odd jerking counter-uppercut, but she’s visibly wearing down under blonde hammer. ALBA TAKES A KNEE! Choked sob from Jessica as she gives up points to relieve the pressure: she’s shabby, blubbering for the 8. ON COMES BRITNEY! Spears wading in as cold-eyed as we’ve ever seen—stabilizing with the left, bashing right, cleaning up hooks ear and liver. Alba battered, face in gloves,  butt I ropes, twisting side to side as she’s belted, growing numb. Britney loving it to the body, but getting in close and shoulder-shrugging those uppercut to the chin—she’s got Jessica reeling! ALBA GOES DOWN! Thumping accumulation does it—under a systematic bludgeoning, Jessica stumbles forward, rolling to her back, knees drawn up, face stretched in pain and it’s OVER!! KO5 as Spears takes crow bar to Alba tonight.

After: Alba paralyzed on her back—awake, but just throbbing with BIG HURT and the crushing reality of another devastating defeat at the hands of Britney—eventually Jess hugs at her ribs, rolling side to side as physicians gently prod and question her. Spears stomping the ring, eyes flashing, showing real emotion: no PR guys smoothing this over as Britney lets all her Alba-hate go. Jessica gingerly up, holding her body, being guided to her corner and BRITNEY’S BARGING IN! Jessica stacked into the turnbuckle—face groggy, but vicious and resentful as Britney lays into her verbally—Alba blinking at Brit’s finger thrusts and shouted indignation, cringing slightly as though she fears an eruption of physical violence from the blonde. Spears finally grabs Jess by the wrist and pulls he rout—Alba’s lips tightening, eyes flattened with dozey hate as Britney rides her right arm around brunette waist and parades her prize. Humiliation hitting Jessica in waves as Britney walks her to all four corners, posing often as flashbulbs burst. Finally, it’s Natalie Portman who intervenes, pulling Britney’s arms away from Jessica’s hips, pushing Alba away and slowly talking Spears down—nobody else comes close until Portman seems to have situation under control.
