Before: Judd laying it on thick in prefight--oozing confidence superiority. “ don’t think you can call what I have with Jeri a ‘rivalry’. One girl systematically ruining another isn’t a competition and you can’t say that Jeri’s causing me any problems. I own the woman, I think people are fascinated by that, but eventually someone’s got to step in and rescue the girl from herself. She’s got a lot of pride, I’ll give her that, but you can’s just take beating after beating from Ashley Judd and expect to be the same person. I’m already seeing signs that tell me Ryan’s on her last legs.” pundits waiting to see adjustments from Ryan, as are bettors have Ashley installed a comfortable favourite for this rematch. Red bikini Ryan, red twist top halter and hipster bottoms  Ashley.

During R1: Ryan sharp early , long crisp jab, drawing a definitive line in the canvas. Good lanky movement left, taking an oblique approach off Ashley’s right shoulder. Jeri’s right hand tight to the temple--Jeri anticipating Ashley’s counter hook, taking the punch on her glove. Judd on the outside, moving her head, looking for a way in--she’s unhurt but Jeri’s established tactical parameters she hopes to sustain for the rest of the bout.

R2: Judd dipping under the Ryan right cross, shakes the blonde up early with the clipping counter hook out of the crouch--Jerri legging back to regroup. Ryan patiently re-establishing the jab, pounding it against Ashley’s high guard or uppercut, stepping left around it. Ryan doesn’t abandon the right, but she’s smarter with it, double pumping jabs first to get Ashley crouching, then throwing the right straight down the middle, bringing it back quick.

R3: More frustration for Ashley Judd--she needs to be closer, but Ryan’s not cooperating. Jeri jab-jab-jabbing, often leaving the left palm on top of Judd’s head. Pushing down to sidestep the brunette while she’s off balance. Ashley parrying and batting at the lefts, starts to ship cunning right hands on her mouth--Ryan spotting the pokes, nit getting everything o them, but making contact and putting Ash on her heels. Late in the round, wide left hook on the ear, short, drilling right hand off the face sends Judd staggering baci wide eyed to the ropes--Jeri hopping forward with a harsh glint in her eyes as she lays down the law through 3.

R4: Judd bobbing at the waist, but slowing--eyes are scuffing up, she’s looking pained as she crosses her arms, leans away from Ryan’s pounding stick. Jeri in charge, stepping her girl back with ramrod jabs, throwing right hands whenever Ashley’s upright and out of position to counter. End of the first minute bewildering burst of straight lefts and rights on the face has Judd stunned. Ashley reaching forward to clinch--and Jeri turns on a murderous short right hand, finding ALL of the brunette’s chin! Sickening head snap Judd, frozen forward before tilting limpo, crashing shoulder first to the canvas. Brunette rubble at blonde feet--KO4 Jeri Ryan in spectacular fashion.

After: Jeri thumping her chest and blinking  back tears of pent up emotion--sight of Judd slumbering on her side a marvelous blonde tonic. Judd coming-to on her stool and unceremoniously hauled to her feet by her shoulders--Ryan taking every shred of Judd’s dignity tonight with a vindictive walk of shame. Judd’s head lolling as she’s carted around, brunette turned into pure tribute by the conquering Ryan. If they weren’t rivals before, they are now as Jeri grinds it in.
