Before: A highly anticipated rubber match between two very popular “types” in the sport. Lopez’ management comes under fire for taking a third fight with Theron as unnamed sources are quoted saying: “Jenny’s too small for these fights, She’s overmatched against these chicks, when she could be tearing up the lighter ranks. You’ve got Carmen Electra beakin’ off about being the best bantamweight in history—Gillian Anderson’s huge payday and an easy fight for Jen—but they’ve got her in there with all these redwoods.” Nevertheless, it’s a testament to Lopez’ skills that she is only a slight underdog to Theron in this rematch. As for Jennifer, she enjoys fighting taller opponents: “I can get undermeath them and go to the body. It’s a good match up for me.”

Jen wears red Adidas terrycloth trunks and black jogbra vs teal bottoms and whote top for Charlize.

During 1-3: Great start for Lopez as she looks sharp, quick, Theron typically sluggish early. Jenny has no trouble getting inside, and once there, Theron ignores the pleas of her corner to throw uppercuts. Lopez works unmolested these rounds, pushing in with her head, pounding the gut, and feasting on Theron with low blows to establish an edge early. Lopez also scores to the head, stepping back to give herself room and labeling Theron with lopping shots upstairs.

R4: Theron finally gets into the fight, stinging Lopez with the jab, and keeping the fight outside for the first time. Lopez continues to rush in, but is rejected in her attempts to get inside this round.

R5: BIG action round as both beauties take out al the stops. Theron CRUSHES Lopez with a right uppercut as Jen rushes in, and the Mexican stumbles back on her heels blinking and badly hurt. Charlize stalks forward and tries to finish the smaller brunette with that short Joe Louis right, but midway through the round, Jennifer buckles Theron with HUGE left hooks to the stomach. Lopez twists her compact frame into the punches, gouging at the blonde beef and snarling as Theron whimpers. Theron comes back strong in the final minute, pushing and chopping right hands into Jen’s face, putting a sleepy look on Lppez as the bell as she blunders back to her corner.

R6,7: It’s clears who won the fifth as Lopez seems dazed and hurt, offering little resistance as Theron is able to fight like a big woman for the first time. Charlize muscles Lopez around the ring, plowing her with that murderous short right, and using the left forearm to prop and shove with. Lopez staggers around the ring in these rounds, clearly trying to find her second wind, and her beautiful face is puffy and sore by the end of the seventh.

R8: Lopex gets back to the body, bending her legs and straightening into soul-stealing hooks to the waist. Charlize freezes, gloves at her face as her mouth pouts open, simply taking punches as Lopez pushes inside. Pinning Charlize on the ropes, Jennifer’s outrageous buttocks jiggly angrily as she stands in a wide stance, slugging with determination at the ribs of her foe.

R9: Theron roars back this round, lightning Lopez up with another flush right uppercut—it’s a punch that will make the papers the next morning as Jennifer’s face flops up, eyes closed, lips pursed as she soaks up the hardest punch of the fight. All Theron as she tries to finish Lopez this round, and the tough little Latina struggles to survive. Charlize opens a cut over Lopez’ eye with elbows, mauling the brunette with raking bombs at the bell.

R10: Jennifer Lopez, face swollen, eye closed, comes out with bad intentions this round. Using a crossed arm defense to ward off uppercuts, she bobs inside on Theron, and saps the blonde’s legs with early hooks. Then Lopez opens up, pulling outside, stepping to the right and nailing Theron flush with lefts and rights to the head. Charlize seems a step behind, following Jennifer around the ring, but Lopez continues to get the sweet angle, punishing Theron with short, rapid rights and lefts to the head. AND THERON IS STAGGERY!!! Charlize can’t get her feet together, and she reaches for Jennifer. Lopez smells it, and shakes off Theron’s arms, pounding rights hands to the blonde’s head. Theron is badly hurt, staggering forward into crushing punches, and she stumbles past Jennifer to her knees at the ropes. Lopez steps in and hammers a short right to the temple of the blonde when she’s down, and Theron tumbles to the canvas as the ref steps in. Charlize Theron is counted out and ALL hell breaks loose as Lopez is awarded a sensational KO victory!

After: HUGE 10th round KO saves the fight for Lopez, who becomes one of the best pound-for-pound fighters out there with the startling victory, It’s a crushing defeat for Theron as she continues to struggle with a losing streak. AND a KO streak threatening her rep as an iron-chinned blood and guts warrior.
