BEFORE: Battle of strapping young lightweights - both just jostling for position, each trying to elbow the other aside. "It's an exciting, dangerous fight to take," says an upbeat Adrianne. "I thought Moon looked great against Charlize early - Bloodgood can obviously fight, and I'm expecting her to be a real handful for me." Moon riding the Terminator wave - sexy newcomer anxious to start mowing down blondes. "Both Pallicki and I could fight welterweight if we had to," Moon says, "so this is going to be a hard-hitting test. Adrianne's got more FCBA rounds, but she's looked limited - even vulnerable at times. I think I'll zoom past her in this fight and adjust her down in the rankings. To me - Pallicki's where I should be, and that's not good for Adrianne!" Pallicki in white polo collar sport top, navy bottoms with white sneakers/heavy socks rolled down; white gloves. Moon in taupe-y green bra/darker green panties; brown boxing moccasins with fringes (mid-calf); black gloves.

During R1: Moon loping into position, pursing lips as she stamps straight left/rights against Pallicki's raised defences. Adrianne blocking, then answering - looking to check Moon hooks and swinging right crosses. Rangy action carries the girls in leggy clockwise rotation - very energetic stuff from taller vixens. Moon exhibits a stiff jab to Adrianne's body: Pallicki doubling her jab to Moon's chest while sidestepping-left. Bloodgood the busier, more effective vixen: Pallicki unhurt, just out-worked.

R2: Similar free-flowing pace: rangy girls loping into position, rotating clockwise, maintaining high work rates. Moon gliding to her left, jabbing Pallicki's body; hooking her ear; dropping straight right hands up the middle, ticketed for chin. Pallicki dipping side to side, trying to time Moon for uppercuts from either side; fetching Bloodgood a cuffing hook in the body while sidestepping-left. Once again, Moon's busier: jabbing Pallicki's body proving to a nifty table-setter through 2.

R3: Pallicki takes charge. Stiff jabs from wide stance - Adrianne's right (back) heel up off canvas - keeping Moon at bay. Midway through, Adrianne with a sweeping, slow hook up top (Moon ducks and covers) sets up a shivering right hand to Moon's ribcage. Up-thrusting blow buckles Bloodgood's knees, has her backing away in distress. Adrianne able to close, walk her girl to ropes and work her over. Pallicki leaning in lanky - chin out over Bloodgood's shoulder while hoisting sexy, strappy lefts and rights up into Moon's long torso. Blonde all back and legs on these shots, lifting in the leather to punch Bloodgood breathless.

R4: Moon strafes Pallicki's chin a swift right hand early: Adrianne's legs give a shimmy - she backs to ropes to regroup. Savage beatdown issued - Moon lashing straight-arm, batting tic-toc to Adrianne's flanks: blonde girl in a very bad way in early going. Pallicki able to rally, slugging off the ropes with desperation uppercuts and looping wallops: Moon maintaining position - raising her arms to block shots, then leaning into drilling right hands at Adrianne's mouth. Hammer and tongs stuff down the stretch - Moon in good position, scorching Adrianne with slinging right hands: Pallicki laying against ropes, dipping side to side and leaning back with her shots as she claps away, denying Bloodgood satisfaction.

R5,6: Just great boxing - long lasses rotating clockwise, constantly attacking/counter-attacking with rangy in-and-out. Moon with that long step/left jab to Adrianne's body, then sliding recovery to either side: Bloodgood proving lithe, intelligent in loosening up Pallicki's defences. Adrianne stiff-jabbing up top, banging the body tic-toc in spots, then looking for rigid left uppercuts to Moon's solar plexus and ribs. Head shots rarely land flush as each girl making the most of wide stances to create distance: both trying to strap the body. Moon takes the fifth, Adrianne the sixth in very close, high-output stanzas.

R7: Adrianne works hard behind her jab - cutting off the ring, digging the short left uppercut to Moon's body - all to set up a ringing right to chin that has Bloodgood stepping in fence post holes at the halfway point. Moon rallying well from hurt - using her legs to lope the perimeter: Pallicki steadfast in pursuit, walking Moon down, looking to consolidate with heavy strokes to those long, sleek flanks.

R8: Moon so leggy - loping around her blonde - lunging jabs to the midsection, then sidestepping: Pallicki starting to turn-on-the spot, looking surrounded. Moon directing Adrianne's attention down, then surprising her up top: wide, batting hooks cuff AP's right ear; sudden, lanky right hands punch through to Pallicki's mouth. Adrianne sturdy enough, but slowing: she's stooping forward behind her gloves, giving up her waistline to free-swinging Bloodgood right/lefts. Moon clearly outboxing Adrianne this round: blonde looking confused, circling her wagons a bit through 8.

R9: Moon with initiative - bedevilling Adrianne with that sneaky tummy-jab, then sidestepping her, then hooking her ear/body. Pallicki growing more and more defensive - inching forward behind raised gloves: Moon able to step in long, bend forward, twist, and LASH right hands heavily to firm blonde body. Minute mark - Pallicki mouth breathing, really hurting from scorching body-strokes: Moon touches the tummy jab, then leans in a right hand up top, POUNDING Adrianne's face back off her gloves. Pallicki in swoon, but stubborn: she answers a pushy right - misses; both girls launch hooks and DOWN GOES PALLICKI! OH how Moon cracks her: full, limber hook crashing into the hollow of Adrianne's cheek, swivelling her head, numbing her legs. Blonde's hook sails, corkscrewing her into canvas - she sprawls back onto her back all pretty and spread out, face in stunned shock. Bloodgood glaring down on the strut past - kicking Adrianne's right arm out of the way: Moon seething at the sight of ruined blonde. That's it - Adrianne can't beat the count: KO9 Moon Bloodgood in redemptive fashion.

AFter: Stopped by Theron, Moon comes back strong against another tall blonde, halting Pallicki with an aggressive, high quality attack. Adrianne a badly shaken beauty: young fighter needs to find her game again. "I feel great," a touched up, but jubilant Moon says in postfight. "I felt I could outclass Adrianne and I definitely did. She's strong - had to put the work in - but I felt her giving in from the first round on, so I knew it was just a matter of time. Too much Moon, baby - yeah!"
