BEFORE: "She's so big and powerful," Stacy says, eyes wide, hands gesturing to emphasize Tyra's size, "that if you focus on that, you'll freeze up. I know she's big, but she hasn't been fighting - she's going to be rusty, plus her footwork isn't what it once was. Her tummy looks soft to me - she's just not in fighting shape. You know, Torrie was bigger than me our whole careers, but everyone says I'm better than her now - you just have to have the will and good plans to take the whoppers down!"

Banks back in the ring for the first time in ages...she still enters a slight favourite over her blonde antagonist. "Baby, I'm a legend, is what it is," Tyra explains. "I'm one punch away from changing Stacy's whole career. I know she's leggy, and she's been improving, but come on! I'm Tyra Banks - I'll slam right through this chick. This is a tune up guys - I know I'm not sharp enough yet for the very best fighters and tightest games - but once I work the kinks out...baby, it's over for these girls!"

Banks in bright green bikini; long, straight, frosted locks; yellow gloves. Stacy in bright baby blue bandeau bikini - ring connected at jug and hip with neck-loop support on the top; white gloves; hair loose n' fun. On her show, leading up to the fight, Tyra insists on being called either Tyra "Big Bopper" Banks, or Tyra "All About da Bop" Banks. Jaysus.

During R1: Stacy's all about jabbing Tyra's body: blonde stooping, pounding her left hand into mocha paunch, then scoot-stepping right. Tyra stepping forward, breasts bobbling gently as she walks Stacy down. Good, pounding jab from Banks in reprisal, pounding at Stacy's shoulders and pecs - Keebs staying on the move, circling away from Tyra's right hand. Late the round, Stacy dares to pound Tyra's jugs a series of plowing rights: Banks snarling, but late on the receipts as cheeky Stace scores fat.

R2: Good stepping jab from Tyra, pounding against Stacy's guard or chest, hammering blonde to ropes. Banks with that bytchy snarl lopes in, swinging a heavy right hand to Stacy's ribs: Keibler shouting in pain, immediately clinches. Tyra gets big - brawny shoulders rolling against Stacy, bumping her against ropes, rubbing apart her defences - big T using long arms in a compact way, muscling Stacy open. Heavy licks amidships have Stacy groaning, clinching - ref's breaks finally give Keibs the chance to restart at midring. Tyra cleans up down the stretch, shelling Stace that telephone-pole jab, poking her to ropes, then sloshing it on methodical. Keebs: face-in-gloves, elbows in, simply getting bashed into stupor as Tyra loads up, swings away busty.

R3: Stacy gambles early, lunging in and scorching Tyra's chin a slinging right cross. Bank blinking, on her heels, but coming forward once again: Keibler on the run as big T soaks up Stacy's best leather. Keibler resuming her attack upon Tyra's gut - stooping to jab at it, but also driving in straight, palm-down right hands against it. Keibs hopping, loping, pivoting - mostly to her right, away from Tyra's deadly right hand.

R4: Stacy's plan is plain: touch the body; scoot; gamble on chin with the odd daring right cross. Tyra coming forward behind that spearing jab, driving Stacy before her: Banks' left hand still a quality poke after all these years. Keibler punched out of her stance at times, forced to scamper - she's even turning and jogging away from Tyra to gain time. Judges don't like joggers - Banks awarded points just for making the fight.

R5: Same again: Tyra walking Stacy down, hammering at her with jab, largely frustrated when trying for the right hand. Keibler stooping, poking in stiff right hands to body, then scampering...she's committed to hit-and-run. Keibs continues to menace Tyra's breasts with sweeping right hands: Banks absorbing with pursed lips, then looking to bang back, usually at a blonde who's no longer there. Tyra coming forward, being the aggressor: Stacy basically running, just trying to drain Tyra's tank through 5.

R6: Good round for Stacy - still the same poke-and-go plan, but she's turning Tyra rather than running from her. Keibler spearing left hands to the Bank's paunch, really getting in there stiff; right hands strafe across Tyra's face and breasts to surprise her at times. Banks undaunted, walking through it all, but she's just following Stacy around, walking into shots, then issuing late receipts. Bright smile Stacy at the bell: Krusher fightplan works when a girl executes it properly.

R7: Tyra's jab pounding at Stacy's forhead and chest: heavy poke stunning Keibler, driving her ropes. Banks able to square up and deliver robust shellack: rangy rights and lefts slamming off Stacy's flanks as she covers up hurrrrt. Keibs face-in-gloves, leaning back against ropes, turning side to side as Tyra beats her. Banks thick n' methodical about her blonde: palming Stacy into ropes to reset; using the left shoulder to rub Stacy into position; staying on the blonde's flanks. Not much back from Keibs - she's so afraid of taking a right hand to chin that she's rarely coming out of her shell. Ultimately leads to a knockdown-of-attrition as Tyra's strapping ribwork puts Stacy on bended knee late. Keebs blinking back tears, snivelling from body hurt: Tyra strutting, nodding big - she's got this.

R8: Tyra booming away jabs, stepping in, walking Stacy down. Keebs increasingly demoralized - shying away to her right along the perimeter, pouting shabby. Stace leggy, but can't keep Tyra from pounding to jug and pecs: Banks stamping away at Stacy's fleshy chest to great effect. Midway through, Stacy attempting to escape along ropes to her right: Tyra steps in a rangy hook, gouging it across Stacy's ribs, bringing the mitt back to the Bank's midsection on follow through. Stacy agonized - face pinched, she cramps up, hugging her body as she staggers into Krusher Korner, looking forlorn. TYRA STORMS IN! Banks grinning, jugs a-jumpin' as she jogs forward and EATS IT RIGHTY! Crippled Stacy sees onrushing Tyra and gambles - bending into a crashing right to chin! Banks twisting to her right even as she's passing by Stacy's right flank and DOWN SHE GOES! Banks sprawling to her back, hands up above her head, lips parted in shock - WHAT A SHOT! Keibs staggering out of her corner, hair in her face, arms hugging her body - ref pushes her to neutral corner as poor Tyra's trying to rally off the deck. Banks using ropes, pulls herself upright, but she's swaying shabby, blinking one eye at a time. Ref goes to wave it off, has a second thought, then gives her 8 instead. ON COMES KEIBLER! Stacy wading in, blubbering from her own distress, but willing herself to stand of Tyra's bow and POUND HER STOOPID! Stacy: pouring in straight, criss-cross rights and lefts, strafing Tyra across her face and breasts. Oh, the pasting! big T slobberknocked, eyes half-closed, lips parted as she sops it up...she leans back into ropes, hands loose at her chest, no longer protecting her. Stacy crying, urging herself for more volume and THE REF STEPS IN! Banks in shock as she's cradled to safety: that's TKO8 in upset fashion, Stacy Keibler!

After: Keibler immediately hugging her gut, falling to her knees and bawling in pain and relief. Tyra swooning, punched into a very tender state: running into Stacy's desperation right the mistake that turned the fight as Tyra led on all cards at that point. "I chopped her down," Stacy says, still wiping away tears on camera. "Janet just kept telling me to touch her in the body, then get out of Dodge. She was a little more effective that I thought she'd be - more accurate, especially with her left hand - but I wasn't going to be denied. Not by Tyra Banks and not tonight!"
