Before: Spears a soft, but supple fighter with very flashy Chris Byrd type moves in the ring, could give the more orthodox Carpenter as interesting bout. Skeptics doubt that Britney can take Carpenter’s power, and question her ability to go the stretch with a true hard body, but the Bayou beauty exudes cocky confidence leading up to the fight.

During: Carpenter comes out with her hands extended, guard high, snapping quick jabs from the wrist at Britney, and Charisma rocks the teen queen with a short right hand blast to the chin to hurt Spears. Britney shows that rubbery midsection early as she circles, left hand low at her side, shoulder up, as she dips and slips Charisma’s punches with torso movement. As Carpenter starts to reach, Brit flicks at her face, bringing the left off her hip and whipping the right in behind it to get Charisma’s respect by the bell.

R2: Britney shakes off the damage, and takes the fight to Charisma again. Wowing the crowd with her undulations, Britney comes out with her hands at her side, neatly ducking and slipping them plastering Charisma across the face with her whip action punches from

Angles. Britney moves in and out on Charisma, leaning in to touch the brunette with her shoulder, then swaying back, swatting Carpenter with looping left, then smoking her to the tummy with the slinging right. Charisma eats several very hard blows and takes a knee, big brown eyes blinking with concern. It gets worse as she stands, and Britney opens up, her fluid technique partially making up for lack of natural power. Carpenter’s strong legs soak up the punishment, but it’s a 10-8 round for the younger girl.

R3: Beat goes on as Charisma looks positively robotic, throwing combinations without success at the wide open, yet elusive dancer. Britney continues to hurt Charisma with unlikely punches and slinging combinations, getting her hips and torso in behind hard blows rro Carpenter's classic face. A shutout round on top of the knockdown, and Carpenter has dug herself an early hole.

R4: If you can’t hit the head, hit the body: Charisma comes out working Britney’s sides with banging hooks, and it’s clearly effective. Britney not nearly as cocky as her nubile body soaks up a good beating this round primarily to the ribs and tummy.

R5: Carpenter puts together one of her sharp three punch blasts: a right to the ribs, right uppercut, left hook, and Britney takes a seat. Spears shows good determination by coming off the canvas and giving battle, smacking Carpenter’s head to one side with several of her lashing right hands.

R6: Britney gets Carpenter to chase her, and she paints the bigger brunette with counter punches, slinging weird punches from her hips into the belly, breasts amd face of her for. Carpenter unhurt, but whenever she lets Britney dictate, she looks amateurish and awkward in response.

R7: Charisma goes back to tht soft body, hammering Britney to the ropes and putting a sorry pout on that cute face. Spears does a lot of holding this round, and in the final minute, tugging on Carpenter’s neck as she backs up, Britney nails Charisma with half a dozen swatting right uppercuts to the bell.

R8: Britney warned for holding and hitting this round as she starts to signs of fatigue. Spears legs have been in constant motion in this fight, and Carpenter is starting to walk her down.

R9: Charisma posts a resounding shutout this round, mugging Spears in a corner, using her left shoulder to hem the singer in as she clubs away with short combinations. Britney still hard to hit flush as she bobs and leans back into the ropes, but the body is there for Charisma.

R10: Britney sucks in up and despite looking a tired fighter, outhustles Charisma this round. Carpenter walks into the wide, lashing blows without apparent concern, but she drops the round, and coughs up a disappointing draw as a result.

After: Charisma visibly angry at herself, put constant pressure on Britney and had her exhausted in the final couple of rounds. Spears showed good promise, and could be a dangerous opponent against smaller opponents with her quirky, crowd pleasing style.
