Before: Keibler fight moved up due to Connelly's focus on a lighter/smaller Claire Danes in the PPV - CT forced to contend with one of the pre-tournament faves to win the whole thing, much sooner than expected. "I don't care about the order," Theron shrugs in prefight, "I really don't. It's about competition - if these guys think Stacy can give me a fight, then let's bring her on. I can't wait to saddle her up actually: it's those LEGS of hers - so strong. It's gonna be fun riding her at the gallop!" Keibler anxious for the attention - VS tournament ideal for a girl of Stacy's limited, but fearsome talents. "I think people like to see Charlize in with a girl who really has better legs and is a prettier variety of blonde," Keibler says without a trace of irony, apparently truly believing her own words. "They don't see that often - but you know, I walk onto the stage and Charlize dims a little bit - kind of reminds everyone that Theron's human after all!" During R1: Stacy on her toes, bouncing in and out, hands at her hips - she's strapping CT some lively rights and lefts, bringing the fists up and around to clout Theron's face and breasts. Theron scowling, late on the receipts - as she falls forward, she's getting picked up by crisp Keibler swat-punching early. Minute's worth of this wide-ranging peskiness, then Stace steps in, lights Theron up a firm right cross to buckle CT's knees. Keibler going flat footed, reaching for Theron's inner elbows, knocking foreheads with her: Stacy looking to get strong and send a message. Long limbed, strong-bodied blondes straining - grabbing at each other's arms while leaning forward: they're trading sticky body licks whenever they can free up from the other's grasp. Tart, tart stuff: small gloves twisting and digging into firm ribcages, flat golden-brown tummies. Eyes narrowing, lips pursing: glorious. Bell: both girls breathing hard - ref pushes 'em apart as strong willed beauties refuse to release each other's arms.

R2: Look at Stacy vex Charlize outside. Keibs on her toes, now jab-jabbing; now forward with batting lefts and rights; now backward and bouncing to either side. Keebs feinting, dangling one hand at her side while poking the other to Theron's mouth: variety of looks and gangly, unorthodox delivery troubling CT. Charlize late on receipts, covers up to block - she's trying to crouch inside and work the body. Theron digging effectively, landing heavy, sticking small-glove rips to Stacy's firm waistline - but Keibler's the busier beauty through 2.

R3: Keibler bouncing, loose, having fun and lighting Charlize up. Stacy dangling the left at her side, right cocked at her chest - she'll twist and step around, feint, then drop the right onto CT's mouth. Stacy dancing well, but she's not afraid to get strong: time and again, Keibler steps in flat foot, reaching for Theron's biceps and grinding foreheads to tidy up golden breadbasket. Theron scowling, knows she's getting undressed a little in the exchanges, but she's doing well out of the lock up, answering with vigour to Stacy's flat paunch. Spicy, lively stuff - girls grabbing each other very hard - each forced to writhe her arms with all her might to twist free of offending grip. Bell: Stacy's taken her third straight round and knows it - celebrates with a bratty swat of Charlize' rump as Theron's passing by. Ref intervenes as sullen CT turns to answer.

R4: Hard scrabble fighting - entire round made up of that grabby, head-bumping, give-and-take downstairs. Wonderful to see the girls muscles as they strain to pull their limbs free - each taking turns pelting small-glove combinations to offending breadbasket. Pained grimaces on both tanned faces - torso's really getting tattooed here as bitter tit-for-tat starts to spiral out of control. Slowly, CT's managing to pull free of Keibler's clutches, do work, then grab Stacy's arms before Keebs can answer. Slowly, CT's starting to walk Keebs around, pushing and forehead-butting her girl to ropes. Keibler baring her teeth, trying to writhe her forearms out of Theron's grip, but Charlize imposing her will, cleans up on Stacy at the bell.

R5: Similar stuff - Keibs no longer with initiative - Theron grabbing her girl's arms, forcing rangy trade to the body. Keibler scoring heavily to Charlize' breasts and ribs - nice lashing action whenever Stacy can free up and pitch - but Theron generally glomming on and controlling the outbreaks. Charlize more effective - starting to place curling uppercuts into the Keibler solar plexus: more than once, Stacy's fabulous legs give a shimmy as her lips curl in complaint. Fight wanders to ropes - Theron in charge: she's just bashing the fight out of Stacy through 5. Bell: Keibs a little windblown and shaky - she's walking away with her left hand at her head when CT helps herself to a clapping mittful of buttock by way of reprisal.

R6: Stacy's strength starting to ebb - she can't hold her canvas as Charlize grabs-up, walks Keebs to ropes, starts to beat her unmercifully. Tough to watch: Charlize' eyes focused, lips set in a hard line - her body tilting forward, projecting weight and strength into Stacy. Keibler whining, her back against ropes - she's no longer able to pull her limbs free of Charlize' hateful grasp. Body strikes piling up on Stacy - Theron lashing and curling her hard fists into ribs and tummy, tucking up into sternum. Second minute - hard left uppercut to the pit of Stacy's stomach dislodges her mouthpiece: Charlize celebrates with a clouting little right hand on the jaw; another; another - daziing Keebler. Jailbreak: Charlize no longer grabbing - just pushing Stacy's limbs out of the way, stampeding to the rival blonde's body or clouting her chin either hand. Just one tall girl stacking another up at the ropes and pasting her tasty: CT helping herself to Stacy. It's all too much: blubbering, battered Keibler folding up face in gloves, tilting sideways to ropes - basically giving up her back. Theron's just pounding away lusty when ref steps in. TKO6 in barbaric fashion - Charlize Theron.

After: Theron surprisingly outboxed early, but she simplifies the fight, crudely bludgeoning her leggy rival into helpless stupor. Victoria Secret models trudge into ring with the black, silver-studded body saddle: Poor Keibler shivering, teeth chattering as she blubbers in dread at the ropes. CT just delighted, standing a few feet away, clapping her hands happily and holding then clenched together at her chest as Stacy's all cinched in: long legged blonde quite a prize for fans of saddle action. Theron helped into the mount position - kneeling jockey style into Keibler's back, CT's feet tucked up under her rump. Stacy snorting with effort, leaning forward into her shoulder straps as fresh tears erupt while Theron's freeing up Keibler's long locks. Mission accomplished: Theron clicks her tongue, tugs hair, presses with her knees to coax Stacy into a trot. Keibler's strong thighs shredding into muscular relief as she jogs the ring: Theron beaming with pleasure, feeling the raw power of this mount between her legs.

Keibler able to make 6 loping circuits of the ring before she starts to fall apart. Gasping for breath - Stacy stops, grabs at the ropes for support, knees knocking. Theron scolding her, tugging at Stacy's hair - Keibler finally induced to leave the ropes, but she's spaghetti-legging around in pathetic fashion. Finally, Keibler's majestic legs give way - spilling her to canvas as Theron leaps into the clear. Stacy on her side, still clutching her shoulder straps, sobbing and shuddering, right temple sadly against canvas as CT struts by to enjoy the sight. Theron grabs nearby Giselle, pulling the haughty Brazilian close: "Clean her up, water her down: I want her ready to go again in 10 minutes!"
