Before: Cox looking to get back in the lightweight mix--always a fan favourite, busty redhead always just a good win away from title consideration. Lintel highly touted but underexposed at this point in her career--good test for both athletic fighters. Lintel in grey stretch pants to the ankle, grey sports bra, hair up, white gloves and shoes, Nikki in red stretch pants to the ankle, black sports bra, white shoes and gloves, high ponytail.

During R1: Girls quickly settle inside--Nikki burying her face atop Michelle’s left breast, clubbing away wide to the brunette’s flanks. Lintel bracing her left shoulder and elbow against Nikki, using it to shove and nudge, right hand up at the cheek--she calmly places right hand counters to the belly and under the chin to rattle Cox throughout the first two minutes, Nikki steals the round late when she finally clocks Lintel on the mouth with a bashing left--Michelle toppling into the ropes stunned has to hold on at the bell.

R2,3,4: Girls settle into the same pattern, Nikki fighting off Michelle’s chest, but Lintel controlling the action inside with cute placement and timing, chipping aay at the energetic redhead with accurate cuffing lefts, clipping rights to body and chin. Michelle nice with her shoulders and head movement inside--she’s blocking and rolling everything upstairs, connecting flush with short counters--Nikki’s only success comes at the brunette’s hips and waistline. All three rounds to Lintel--she’s cuter, smarter, and more accurate while Nikki’s busy to lesser effect.

R5,6: Nikki really digging in, forcing Lintel to the ropes with sustained punishment downstairs, but the brunette won’t panic. Michelle with that left shoulder and elbow nudging and pushing off, sets Nikki up for devastating right littler right uppercuts that flip the mouthpiece off the redhead’s teeth once in each of these stanzas, Nikki’s head dancing, and she’s reaching ‘round to clinch more often as Lintel’s punches start to make the dancer woozy. Both rounds to lintel as she’s rolling Nikki up on the cards.

R7: Nikki puffing up nicely, redoubles her efforts, but the predictability of her intentions is killing her. Cox still landing loud to the sides, but Lintel able to block a lot of the work with her elbows and shoulders, meanwhile picking Nikki up clean with the right uppercuts and biting hooks in tight. Cox starting to stumble when cuffed, Lintel’s able to nudge Nik off her chest and get some extension on the right cross as Nikki gobbles and stares in stupification.

R8: Nikki falls in to put her face on Michelle’s chest--Lintel anticipates beautifully, bouncing Cox’s head back with a greeting right uppercut and redhead goes wobbly butt to open the round. Michelle happy to let Cox sag into her, keeping the left shoulder in Nikki’s face as the redhead stoops forward, pumping right hands up into Nikki’s breasts with growing confidence. Nik busted up, shutout, and beat down this round as Lintel cruises to more points.

R9: Lintel pumping punches into Nikki’s bra--redhead leaning forward to put her face against Michelle’s left shoulder, leaving her chest exposed to the tender mercy of Lintel’s short, rising rights. Michelle stepping back to allow Nikki to fall int punches--groggy redhead isn’t punching, isn’t thinking or doing much of anything as lintel slugs sack with abandon this round.

R10: Hard, hard body punches crumple Nikki as she lolls forward--Michelle just propping and jostling with her left elbow/shoulder, weight on her back leg anchoring precise right hands to belly, breasts and chin. Cox all beat up--sadly accepting abuse as Lintel polishes up her trophy. Nik salvaging some pride with a late burst, spanking away at Lintel’s sweaty sides with wide lefts and rights at the bell. Comes back huge UD10 Michelle Lintel, 9 rounds to 1.

After: Cox fighting hard, threw more punches and often harder looking punches, but Lintel’s compact delivery and professional poise shreds a favored redhead toe to toe. Cox just not making any adjustments after hurting Michelle in the first--Lintel able to make reads, dictate everything in close, simply outclasses, and ultimately out bashed a very strong, but very predictable Nikki Cox tonight.
