Intro:
Now here is the main event of night one of Boxermania V, a clash of eras as Torrie Wilson locks horns with Charlotte Flair, Tampa Bay's Raymond James Stadium hosts this clash of the big girls, whose undefeated run at Boxermania's ends tonight?

Torrie defeated her long time frenemy Stacy Keibler then beat Stephanie McMahon on these events, Charlotte on the other hand has been on every edition, starting by crushing Beth Phoenix, then in the clash of famous daughters she beat Brooke Hogan, before defeating Ronda Rousey in a clash of undefeated fighters at the time, last year she defeated Stacy herself in seven rounds by knockout.

This fight was rumoured to come about as Torrie made a one off appearance at this years Royal Rumble match, Charlotte supposedly was heard to call out some of the older stars who showed up, ending up with Torrie and Charlotte being held apart as they nearly come to blows after a few words.

At the press conference they met on the stage face to face, animosity written across their face as they bumped chests, Charlotte looking at Torrie as if she is beneath her as she has so many people in the past.

Getting nudged apart before they come to blows by their coaches, both turned their backs on their rival, getting handed a microphone to speak to the sea of journalists on hand to record the press event.

Charlotte spoke first as she told the crowd "as you'd expect the Queen is main eventing these events once again, though why I am facing someone like you Torrie I have no clue" turning to Wilson as she says that last part.

Torrie looks down for a moment before she turns to face Charlotte, telling her "look down on me all you want, I am proud of the career I had in wrestling, I'm even more proud of my legacy in an FCBA ring, if it weren't for me, Stacy, Trish (Stratus) then wrestlers wouldn't even be here, we fought to get recognized by the suits in the FCBA" Charlotte smirks as pushes some loose hairs back.

The Queen replying "Torrie you are the reason we wrestlers are viewed as a joke, look at Tess Valmore! She acts like we are in the same league as skimpy models because you and your era were, you can't lace up my boots" with Torrie scowling as her left fist is clenched.

"Honey you can't lace up my gloves, for all your bluster, where are your titles here?" Torrie fires back, Charlotte looking a little gob smacked, her cheeks turning red before she tosses the microphone down.

After the chaos of Stephanie McMahon and Eve Torres, the security is on hand along with coaches to hold the fighters apart, Charlotte vowing to end Torrie's career in the ring, Torrie just wanting at her rival, they calm down enough to leave with both women needing to save their energy for the actual fight.

Fight night out first comes Torrie with several legends of the WWE like Lita, Melina, Sable and even Stacy applauding on aisle as they wish Torrie luck, Kelly Hu following behind Torrie, who gets a loud cheer from her fans, Wilson nodding to the crowd as she looks in the zone.

The former fitness model is wearing a pink sports bra, pink trunks with white stripes down the sides, matching boots, white gloves, her hair is tied into a ponytail as she steps through the ropes.

Fireworks go off into the night sky as Torrie enters the ring, mounting the bottom ropes of her corner, Torrie flexes her arms as the crowd yell they love her, jumping back down so she can go through her warm up, Wilson looking in magnificent shape.

A helicopter can be heard as the crowd looks up above, in it comes landing where a red carpet is rolled out, with Charlotte stepping out with help from a man in gold armour, she nods to him with a smirk as she wears a gold robe with feathers around the neck, gold fireworks go off into the sky as Charlotte walks to the ring.

Slipping her robe off, Charlotte does her customary handstand flip outside the ring to show off her athleticism to the crowd, then slides under the ropes before doing a kip up all to be the star of the show, Torrie staring daggers at Flair as she goes through this routine.

Getting on her gold gloves as she stands in her corner, it matches Charlotte's sports bra, trunks with diamonds on the waistband that spell out her surname, gold boots, her hair is tied into a ponytail as she bangs her gloves together, Charlotte now focused as she eyes up Wilson.

The referee smartly keeps between the fighters, warning them to keep this clean as they just silently stare, knowing deep down they face a tough challenge tonight, both in stunning shape.

When told to touch their gloves, they slam them hard into their opponent's set, turning on their heels back to their corners as the crowd noise goes up a level, the chants mainly for Torrie as Charlotte gets some on the crowd on set, the bell rings to start 10 rounds of welterweight action.

Round 1:
"Ding" stepping out their corners with Torrie looking serious compared to that cocky grin of Charlotte, they start with single punches as both knows one mistake could lead to an early bath for them, testing their opponent's defences out by switching targets.

Feinting with a straight, Torrie surprises her opponent by dipping under a right cross, head down as she bangs in two hooks to the body, then just misses with an overhand left hook, Charlotte leaning out the way in time as she moves near the ropes.

Where Flair is forced to fight from, Torrie keeping in close to work, both banging away as the crowd is roaring both on, grunts can be heard when their fists land flush on the others magnificent bodies.

Leaning out the way of a left cross, Wilson comes back with an uppercut that knocks Flair onto the ropes, less then a minute to go with the former WWE women's champion now under siege from the legend, Torrie hammering her guard before finding her range with more hooks to the body of Charlotte just before the bell rings.

In traditional Charlotte style she is off to a slow start that has her storming back to her corner, Torrie allowing herself a quick smile, getting serious again as she sits on her stool, knowing she can't take her foot off the gas pedal tonight.

Round 2:
Stepping out more up on her toes, Charlotte is trying to be more a boxer then a slugger after that bad first round, both thrusting jabs through gaps in the others guard, the sounds of cracks from leather on flesh ring out as the crowd watches these two supreme athletes work.

Dipping down to try to close in on Charlotte, Torrie this time takes a straight to her forehead as Charlotte takes a quick step back, hammering the cheeks of the former wrestler with a left/right cross combo when Wilson straightens up.

Much better from Charlotte now as she backs up Torrie with several piston like punches into her face, when she goes for a right hook Torrie steps in to land a short digging left under her ribs, then an uppercut to the body that makes Flair hiss.

Torrie it seems thinks in close range she will win, both strong women grind heads as they pound their rivals body, insults being traded as both are so proud of their bodies, almost taking it in turns to hammer away.

With less then forty seconds to go, Charlotte surprises Torrie now with a little nudge with her right shoulder, then a left cross smacks Wilson to her cheek, more punches come right into the face of Torrie to bash her back into a neutral corner.

At the end of the round Charlotte woos in Torrie's face, with the veteran staring daggers at her, they sit on their stools nodding as they stare at each other, both coaches telling their fighters what to do now they now what they are facing.

Round 3:
Doubling up her jab to make it harder for Torrie to get in closer, Charlotte is starting to look comfortable now, which can be a fearsome look to see because as shown now, her punches are pinpoint along with her footwork looking on point.

Torrie now being too deterred as she manages to get in several punches to the body of Flair in the opening minute, taking punches to her stunning face to do so, which is why it is starting to mark up now.

A left cross catches Wilson to her cheek with a straight smacking her onto her forehead to knock her back a step, Charlotte now enforcing her will from the center of the ring, making it an outside fight as Torrie tries to match the younger woman's work rate.

Heading into the final minute of the round, Torrie slips a straight to move in closer with a straight of her own to the chest of her opponent, landing an overhand left to the side of Charlotte's head as now on comes Wilson.

Both digging away in close again but this time it is Torrie showing her power to back up Charlotte to the outside part of the ring, fists flying with not every punch landing flush, the ones that do are causing the recipient to groan out.

The round ends with both women starting to sweat, eyes locked as they pass by to their corners, Charlotte looking a little upset that Torrie isn't wilting to her skills and power as easily as she hoped that she would.

Round 4:
Stepping back out their corners with eyes locked, both are drilling their punches into gaps in defences, Charlotte comes out on top of the early exchanges with a one-two combo square into the face of Wilson, who has a cut on the bridge of her nose now.

Pressing back Torrie towards the ropes, Charlotte is definitely starting to open up more now, throwing in hooks to go along with her jabs, Torrie's showing off her defensive boxing skills by deflecting or moving out the way of most of the power punches.

Ducking under a left hook, Torrie slams in two right hooks under the ribs of her opponent, then buries in a short left into the stomach of Charlotte, who gives her a nudge back to try to create space as the Torrie fans start yelling.

Charlotte again misses as she throws in a few sloppy shots as her temper seems to be rising, Torrie happy to take the openings as she lands a jab to the body, an overhand right follows to smack Charlotte to her cheek to turn her head.

Momentum has swung back to Wilson as she bashes back Flair to the ropes, the body seems her main target as she wants to sap the energy of the younger woman, Charlotte trying to fight her way off them but finding it hard to generate the power that she wants to.

As the bell rings Charlotte squares up to Torrie as she asks her "that all you got?" The referee pushing them apart as Torrie stares daggers at Flair, whose body is slowly starting to get a pink hue around it, while Torrie's cut is cleaned up by her Kelly.

Round 5:
Back at it they go at the ring center, Charlotte seems to have lost the spring in her step, though that seems to be down to her wanting to generate more power behind her shots, sweat flies off both fighters as they smack their opponent in their faces.

Using her left shoulder to bump back Flair after ducking under a straight, Torrie buries in two short sharp rights above the trunks of her rival, then smacks a left hook to the body, forcing Charlotte back near the ropes.

Where Charlotte gives Torrie a shove to open up space between them, a one-two combo smacks into that cut on Wilson's nose, leading to now the veteran being powered back across the ring by another three flush punches into her face, Torrie clinching up when her back touches the ropes.

The referee steps in when both start digging rights into kidneys, warning them to keep it clear as they look ready to shove the referee aside to get back at each other, a mistake for Charlotte as her temper is boiling and she swings a right hook that finds nothing but air.

An overhand left smacks her across the jaw, Torrie driving Charlotte into a corner, where the current WWE star has to try to soak up the punishment on her gloves and forearms, Torrie swinging in a range of punches to try to really hurt her rival.

Up until the round ends, where Torrie jogs back to her corner with the stern look she used to have when she was an FCBA champion, Charlotte staring angrily at the canvas, hating being the one bullied around as her coach wipes her down, trying to keep her calm as they can sense the fury is coming.

Round 6:
Taking a deep breath as she comes out, Torrie is moving a little more side to side as she sees Charlotte coming straight at her, Flair throwing a few more wilder punches in the mix now as she is losing her cool, Torrie seeing her chances as she lands in several hard body shots.

A missed left cross leaves Charlotte open to another right under her ribs, an overhand left slams across her jaw as she takes a step back, TORRIE THEN SLAMS IN AN UPPERCUT THAT SENDS CHARLOTTE STUMBLING ONTO HER BUM!

"Torrie!" Chants the crowd as she walks to the neutral corner blowing kisses to the crowd, 1...2...3... Charlotte blinks as those punches definitely buzzed her, 4...5...6.. Pushing up to her right knee, 7...8.. Charlotte beats the count with a shake of her head, telling the referee she is OK as she is checked over.

When they resume Torrie is going for the big shots now, wanting to end things now as Charlotte is boxing defensively, grabbing onto Torrie to slow down her charge, Charlotte still doesn't seem fully with it as she blinks in the clinches to clear her vision.

The crowd chanting Wilson on as she gets in close to work those abs of her opponent, going back with less then a minute to go to what was successful, Flair desperately pulls Torrie into a front headlock to stop her rhythm, boos ringing out for Charlotte as the crowd is firmly behind Wilson.

Who isn't happy when the bell rings, returning to her corner with Kelly telling her "great job! Now let's finish this in the next round" Torrie nodding as she has a drink of water, across the ring Charlotte is getting water over her head to help clear it, she curses under her breath as this has been a terrible run of rounds for her.

Round 7:
Tapping her cheeks with her gloves before the bell, Charlotte seems to be psyching herself up as they step out to exchange, Torrie looking for an opening early as she is the one hunting down the younger woman, crowd chanting her name as Torrie throws out single punches for range.

But Charlotte seems to have her legs back fully under her, stepping out the way of overhand punches as Torrie tries to go for the kill shot, instead Charlotte is peppering her face with counter punches.

Till a minute in Torrie can close the gap to work on the inside, Charlotte certainly not enjoying the body work as she groans out, being pressed towards the ropes, where she holds onto Wilson, both women taking a quick breath as the crowd is cheering Torrie to finish Charlotte.

Pulled apart by the referee, Torrie is trying hard to do so, but the more open she becomes, Charlotte is getting her rhythm going more, which leads to Wilson missing with a right cross, taking a double jab followed by a straight onto her nose, Torrie grimaces as more blood flows from that cut.

Like a perfect bullseye for her, Charlotte keeps banging in punches to that cut nose, making Torrie have to shell up as she is getting knocked back to the outside part of the ring, at the end of the round Charlotte smirks at Torrie to show whose in control now before the return to their corners.

Round 8:
Moving out to fight with their eyes locked, Charlotte quickly steps in with a double jab that smacks right into that nose, Torrie's guard opens as her eyes shut, not seeing the right hook onto her temple! TORRIE STUMBLES TO HER RIGHT AS CHARLOTTE FOLLOWS, A RIGHT HOOK SMACKS ON THE JAW OF TORRIE TO SEND HER DOWN LIKE A TREE!

Strutting to the neutral corner with arms out at her side, Charlotte is all smiles now as fans yell for Torrie to get up, 1...2...3... Torrie rolls to her back from her right side, 4...5.. Eyes look glassy as she stares at the sky, 6...7... The fans banging their feet, doing anything to try to help Torrie to stand, 8...9...10 but she is out of it and the fight!

Winner Charlotte Flair KO Round 8

After:
What a way to end night one of Boxermania, the crowd are booing as Charlotte moves to stand with a foot over either side of the fallen Torrie, fireworks go off around the top of the stadium as Charlotte woos while holding her arms out at her side, taking in this moment that will live forever in FCBA history as the night Charlotte beat the old era.

Stepping away from Torrie, Charlotte wipes her feet behind her as if kick the trash into the past where she feels it belongs, the crowd not happy one bit by her disrespect for the legend, Charlotte only cares about getting results, something that has given her that cocky smirk back on her marked up face.

Over comes the ringside doctor with Kelly to check on Torrie, who is helped to slowly sit up as she holds her head, that hook buzzed her badly before the other right hook finished the job, Kelly patting Torrie on her right leg as she says "you nearly had that bytch" Torrie nodding to show she isn't in too bad a shape.

When Torrie is helped to stand, the crowd applaud her as she smiles, Charlotte shaking her head but she can't even deny that tonight Torrie nearly had her number, the legend rolled back the years for another championship level performance that nearly got her a win over the younger woman.

Instead though Torrie has to leave the ring for tests, she waves to the crowd with her charming smile, people in the front row telling her they love her, she winks back at them as she hangs her gloves over her shoulders with them knotted together.

Charlotte wants the spotlight on herself, getting her right hand raised as literally a spotlight shines on her, the winner taking in the boos as she simply woos before giving her family's famous strut to show she owns tonight, the Queen stays undefeated on Boxermania events.

Stepping out the ring once she is done posing for the cameras, Charlotte grins as she heads to the back stage area, telling her coach "I am number one around here" which they agree is true, though tonight has shown there is plenty of possible challengers to her throne on these events coming through.
