Before: O’Conner reportedly pulverizing Gillian Anderson in training camp massacre and looks in tip top shape. Fishel in the best condition anyone’s seen her in since Fishel/Hatcher II. Dani in powder blue sportsbra, grey stretch shorts, Renee in green Olympic style track trunks, yellow sports bra.

During R1: High octane start for O’Connor who cuts off the ring. Drills a fast, hard jab and sets down on crunching combinations to post a bell to bell shutout this round. Fishel unable to work inside, but doing a nice job of moving her head, and actually utilizing tactical retreats to avoid hanging in for the 2^nd and 3^rd punch from Renee.

R2: Fishel dipping low, bobbing side to side, and coming up with jolting lefts and rights to the beefy midsection of O’Connor. Booming body shots belting the pro—Fishel crowd alive as Dani posts her own shutout, making Renee miss over the top, and making her pay underneath. O’Connor doesn’t like the white wash—post round shove prompts referee intervention.

R3: Banging toe to toe action as Renee works into power punching range behind a jolting double jab, and rips off snappy 2 and 3 punch combinations early. Fishel still moving her upperbody, keeping her face relatively pristine, has her moments through the middle minute, still popping up out of her crouch to drag heavy uppercuts into O’Connor’s stocky midriff. Down the stretch, Dani’s pressure has Renee to clinch around the youngster’s triceps.

R4: Renee showing a little lateral movement, pounds out the jab to keep Dani honest, and looks to land the big hook. Fishel now showing signs of wear and tear about the eyes, but still fiercely pressing the action, getting to O’Connor’s belly with wide left hooks late.

R5: Renee slowly gaining the upperhand, showing that classy jab and nice footwork to open up angles on Dani. Midway through the round, O’Connor steps right and lights Dani up with the left hook on the face, stunning the little juggernaut and dropping her heavily to her backside. O’Connor ripping combinations, can’t finish her foe, but blood flows at the bell as Dani is shaken up.

R6: Fishel shaking off the punishment, runs across the ring and immediately backs Renee up with looping rights and lefts, and that riley left hook land flush to sit O’Connor down seconds into the round! O’Connor up, but looking uncertain for the first time in the bout, lays on the ropes as Dani twists inside, digging her head in between Renee’s tight guard and welting away downstairs. O’Connor beaten wobbly this round as Dani chugs away up the middle and around the side with swarming, non stop action to post another right-back-at-ya shutout.

R7: O’Connor comes back with a shutout—her right eye looking swollen. O’Connor bangs with the sharp jab to re-open Dani’s cut and proceeds to beat Fishel ragged with Hagleresque combinations. O’Connor keeping the punches short and sharp, comes in hard with her head after throwing to butt Dani relentlessly in close quarters. Fishel battered to the corners, refuses to clinch, but that upperbody movement is nowhere seen as Connor breaks her down.

R8: Renee now harming Fishel with that telephone pole jab, stepping right to Dani’s blindside, and cranking hooks with heartless accuracy, Fishel now stepping in fence post holes on occasion—she’s not seeing the punches, and she’s taking repeated heavy blows, often in combinations, off her face and head. O’Connor with the shutout, finishes up on Fishel’s sides as the smaller girl cringes forward.

R9: Renee has her girl broken, and mercilessly pounds away at Fishel’s body. Dani still punching, but O’Connor just walking through it now, bodying up, and savaging that little brown waistline. Fishel muscled into corners, pushing into the ropes—O’Conner with methodical beat down tactics pockets another crucial round in a close fight.

R10” All Renee O’Connor—she posts another brutal shutout, softening up Dani with the jab, then stepping in top pound at the girl’s body and head with both hands. Fishel clinching around Renee’s arms, but O’Connor too strong at this point, just turning inside Fishel’s grasp to dig into Dani’s chest with clubbing shots, At the bell, Renee won’t let up, pounding Dani along the ropes until the ref pulls her away from behind. Decision comes back in favour of Renee O’Connor.

After: Dani with a good showing, took Renee’s best shots, sat the blonde down, and beat her down badly in some rounds, but in the end, O’Connor making the most of her physical advantages in this fight, Fight even after 6, with both girls hurt at times, but O’Connor’s jab proved the difference, letting her dictate to Dani down the stretch. Good solid performance by Renee, who nevertheless appears disappointed to see Dani standing at the end.
