Before: "I've tangled a time or two with Danni," special commentator Bev Mitchell relates during ringside set up. "Mostly wrestling, but a few WB house-show smokers too. She's...how can I put this? She's got 'sparring partner' written all over her. She's not prime-time. I'm not really sure what Foxfire sees in her, to tell the truth - I don't think this is a girl who does anything for them. I'm not saying I wanted that Foxfire spot - far from it, I mean, if anything, Foxfire boxing needs me a whole lot more than I need them - I'm just saying that Harris is a little used up at this point. Now Scouty - Taylor's got some promise. Young, smart - I think she'll pick Harris apart and probably embarrass her tonight. You're going to see what a sharp young prospect can do to a well-travelled journeywoman." Taylor-Compton in pink bra and panties, white gloves. Harris in baby-blue lace push up, navy boy cut felt trunks; white gloves.

During R1: Sporty jabs and crosses - both women boxing midring, punching dutifully from dukes-up position. Harris moving head side to side - slipping shots: she's getting her weight into punches, moving into 'em; Scout a little quicker, but brushing leather AT the target rather than through. Danni landing concussive right hands off Scout's face midway through - nice spanking contact brings happy hoots from audience as Compton's forced to back up. Round goes to ropes late - Danni on top: she tightens up, crowds in, getting her left temple in on Scouty's chest while packing short, muscular rights to Compton's breadbasket. Scout frowning, breathless at bell - that's Danni's round.

R2: Danni continues to win territory, backing Scout up in the exchanges. Scout setting down, trying to hit harder - but her mechannics are bad: harder she tries, wider and more telegraphed she gets. Danni's head movement bewildering to Taylor - Harris slipping under shots, answering back stout to Taylor-Compton ribs - Danni's taking it to Scout through 2 minutes. Down the stretch, Scout stepping right while spritzing jabs: Harris swatting poke out of the air, walking her girl down when she EATS A RIGHT CROSS! Danni walks into it, Taylor smiting her clean and HARRIS TAKES A SEAT! Happy smile Taylor-Compton - she bats her mitts together, eyes dancing at the sight of frazzled Danni sitting up pretty and stunned. Scout steals a Harris round - Compton all chirpy and upbeat on her stool during break.

R3: Scout trying to jack Danni out of there: Harris poised, shakes off the hurt, stays with the weaving head movement, gloves collected at her mouth. Danni slipping wide, looping lefts and rights, dipping to either side, then bouncing short, bumping lefts and rights off her foe's midsection. By the minute mark, Compton's mouth breathing, starting to wander away, waving a don't-hurt-me jab as she catches her breath. Danni showing good instincts, goes over to offence, pressurizing Scout to ropes. Harris fighting off Taylor-Compton's chest: Danni staying compact, elbows in, hands at her chest as she keeps her head on Scouty's clavicle - Harris just jamming away to body, crowding in to smother receipts. Down the stretch, Scout looking weary - Danni drops right (back) foot back, pulls a crisp hook across Scouty's face, startling her. Rich, banging right hand - blunt and spanky - detonates off Scout's face: Compton's hands drop, eyes staring. Danni pushes in with knuckles at Scouty's budding breasts, roping her - then clouts another right wide hand upside the head. Left uppercut - short n' muscular: Danni's lips tight as she clips the shot, arching her back and thrusting up with her legs. Right hand clubs off Scout's forehead - she's woozy, lolling in ropes, trying to cover up, but guard is very limp and unresponsive. Danni just letting her hands go - bouncing punches off Taylor-Compton's head and shoulders: not a lot of clean contact, but it's a thick, buffetting beatdown - one girl just tidying up on another. REF STEPS IN! Scout's not competing - just sagging against the ropes, taking punches: not the look of a girl who wants to keep fighting. TKO3 Harris.

After: Danni grinning - looking much younger than her years when she smiles. Harris popping a double bicep for cameras, looking very Lacey Chabert like in terms of overall solidity - then Danni's joining in the mill, giving her first ever post-fight interview. "I just took advantage of what Scout was giving me," gushes Harris. "She was pretty wide, easy to read - I was able to do what I needed to do on her body, then get upstairs to finish her up. She's just really young you know? I've seen a lot of fighters start out with less than what she's got - she sticks with it, puts her time in, I'm sure we'll hear from Scout in the future."
