Estella enjoying her new-found notoriety after an extremely rugged beating of Rebecca Romijn - 'bare knucks Warren' parleying the success of that triumph into a lucrative Charlize Theron showdown.

"I love what Estella was able to do to Becky," says a buoyant Charlize in prefight, "she showed me the drive and competitive spirit that frankly, most welterweights just don't have. She's welcome to try that stuff with me - in fact, I invite her to. Roughouse is right up my alley."

Contract stipulates small workout gloves proposed by Warren, heartily endorsed by Theron. Both girls warned in their dressing rooms NOT to pull and grab at each other - both promise not to with solemn expressions and sincere eyes.

Rd 1: Warren strong across the canvas, momentary shoving and wrestling to get Charlize snug in her corner, then big E goes to work! Warren big-girl methodical, left arm under Charlize' right, propping Theron's torso for pounding right hands - flat impacts to taut belly, pancaking of those pleasing plums! Charlize tries to draw her left arm in to protect, but Estella pushes it back, keeping the torso exposed. Theron soaking it up, staying rigid, but unable to get on track - Estella shifting her stance, now cradling Charlize in her right arm, working her midsection with the left. By the midway point, Theron's grimacing, in trouble - she's trying to wrestle her way out of the predicament, but Warren's grabby with those small mitts, pulling Charlize' wrists, palming her biceps, holding and hitting. Final minute doesn't resemble boxing so much as one girl stacking another up in a back alley somewhere and greasing face with hamhanded impunity. Theron groggy, shopworn with punishment - Warren going at her thus: left hand propping at a shoulder, right hand drifting smart across the chops, some rough shoving and propping to get Theron right, then back the other way with a driving left. Charlize staring into punishment at the bell, punched into stupor as Warren romps to the bell.

Rd 2: Charlize all dressed up on her stool, getting dowsed with ice water - uncommon beating from Warren has team Theron in shock. Char out to box the second - she needs to regroup, buy time - gets on her bicycle with howls of derision cascading down from the crowd. Theron hearing it for not engaging 'bare-knucks Warren' as promised, but it's the smart play - Charlize wheeling, pac-pac with the jab as she darts it to Estella's brows, dancing around the perimeter. Warren smug, stalking, but unable to get off - she follows and gets her face spanked as Theron recovers nicely to shake off that raucous first round.

Rd 3: Theron flat footed, grim - Estella hard-eyed - girls step-to each other midring and get after this thing in earnest. Charlize with a long, strong jab, banging back Estella's face, doubling up on the punch, then edging in to tuck her right fist into Warren's sternum, clipping the left uppercut to pick up WArren's chin - Estella back on her heels in a daze, shipping crisp, pinpoint Theron power early. Midway through, Theron engaging, small gloves landing with crack to the body or head, beating Warren in a woozy stagger along the ropes when girls trade rights on the chin and fall in together - each momentarily hurt. Warren muscular as she turns Charlize into the ropes, pressing her up, palming both biceps, then Estella takes over. Warren lanky limbed, but keeping it short - mechanical lefts and rights thick on the breadbasket buckle Charlize forward. Warren methodical, draping the left over Theron's back, helping herself underneath with vicious digging rights to the breasts, then draping righty to plunder those plummy boobs lefty! Charlize in stupor, always doubled forward - one arm or the other riding lazily around Estella's hips as Warren tidies up. At the bell, it's Estella working out of the wrap, pitching right hands up and into Charlize’s bra with a steady, thumping beat as Charlize groans, soaks.

Rd 4: Girls step to midring, pawing at each other with open palms, trying to swipe down the defence or grab a wrist and poke home a short shot over top. Charlize really knifing in a nice right hand to the sternum - Warren doesn't like it, isn't taking it well and when she's shook up from it - Charlize puts a left hook on top, steps forward, turns a tight right on the mouth, gets another short left as Warren backpedals and ESTELLA SCOOTS TO HER BUTT! Charlize marauding forward, can't stop her momentum, then 'falls' on the seated opponent - knees driving into outstretched thighs, elbows and forearms bracing as Warren is pancaked to the mat. Ref separates 'em - Charlize grinning, licking blood off her lower lip - Warren smoldering, getting to her feet for an 8. Charlize steps-to and it's WAR! Long limbed girls leaning in close, snapping and licking at rosy ribcages, each pulling the other's arms forward, then gouging at kidney or tender flank. Girls taking turn out of the wrap - riding the left arm around the other's neck while tucking home the right - staggering, mindless pattern around the ring as this thing nestles into the gutter.

Rd 5: Charlize the fresher vixen, wiping her mouth, storming across the ring and besieging Estella in her corner this round. Looks like the first in reverse - Charlize holding and hitting, ravaging Estella out of the wrap, digging hard gloves to throbbing ribs, bracing Warren upright and drifting her meanspirited rights across chops. Estella almost docile - soaking it up in her body, on her face - falling in with Charlize, riding an arm lightly around the waist or neck as Theron keeps at her - brutal. Down the stretch - agony to watch - a stiff, paralyzed WArren's bent over double, stepping gingerly forward - Theron's pink tongue out the side of her mouth as she washes the tanned back with thumping blows, beating Warren to her knees! Estella's eyes squeezing out tears at the bell - hooting Charlize bodied back by the hard-working ref.

Rd 6: Charlize on the attack, meets Estella's tree-trunk jab this round in a series of aborted rushes in the first minute. WArren standing in the pocket, spearing her foe, breaking up the charge, backing her down - by the middle minute, Estella's stepping forward, jab leading the way. Warren putting together a beautiful series of jabs and kissing right hands, really pounding away on Charlize' face to ultimately drive Theron ropeside. Final minute - Warren edges in, elbows and fists in tight to her body, then tearing up Charlize' jugs with short, torso and leg driven swipes! Theron shouting in indignation, joins in the fun - girls snapping compact at each other, dipping torso to generate power. Harsh slugging after the bell - Warren getting the better of it as the ref forces his way in.

Rd 7: It's just giving way to mindless hurt and be hurt. Disconnected images - Charlize buckling Estella's knees with a tight, harmful left in behind the elbow. Warren punching over top the ref on a break, catching Theron in the left eye, drawing a cry of outrage. Charlize butting her head against Warren's upperchest, drawing a gasp, then going to the tummy with rapid fire, digging lefts and rights. Warren with her left hand low, overhand grip on Charlize trunks as Estella turns on clouting right hands, catching Charlize in the jaw and ear, driving her in a little stagger-step to her right.

Rd 8: Charlize unpacks the jab, beating back Estella's face, stunning her, and landing a sizzling right cross to the point of the chin off it. Warren put wobbly butt, immediately falls in to clinch - Charlize happy to accept the girl to her chest, viciously heel-palming the ribs as Warren reaches around Theron's waist. Ref issues break - all Theron as Estella looks broken, frazzled. Charlize walking her girl down, tugging on her arms, systematically beating her about the hips and lower back. End of the round - Charlize takes hold of Estella's top in her left fist, starts slugging short, drifting rights against the mouth. Warren just facing into it, hands down - she's helpless, shipping punches and sinking to her knees AFTER the bell. Charlize loving it, stays on her, stooping to pound away at Warren - Estella tilting her head up into the rain, eyebrows high, eyes closed as Theron helps herself.

Rd 9: Brutality continues - ref impotent as he follows the girls around the ring. Charlize just abusing Estella at this point, working her over, holding, hitting, mauling. Warren clinching woozily around the waist - Theron goes to work on ribs with the heel of her hands or digging straight in with all four knuckles. Warren hangs back, drooping on the ropes - Theron steadies her with extended lefts, drifting in workmanlike rights until Warren can sloppily tie up; wrapping up Theron’s top, but it leaves Theron’s hands free and she tidies up in that trembling gut, punching until referee's breaks.

Rd 10: Theron loading up, going for knockout - she unhinges Estella's knees with some gorgeous right hands against the head and chin in the middle minute, sending Warren reeling. But Warren takes the first and third minutes with a mix of boxing and hard right hands - Theron walking into blows, confident Estella doesn't have enough left to hurt her. Warren able to drop stinging blows and escape along the ropes - Charlize landing the harder blows, but unable to finish - this thing goes to the cards. Bruising, bruising, UD10 Charlize Theron!

After: Warren strong out of the gate, but reckless brawling of the 3rd through 6th rounds reduces her to a stammering, shambling wreck of the gorgeous model who began the fight. Theron chewing her girl up, giving Warren a delicious taste of her own medicine, utilizing small-glove tactics like a turn-of-the-century master. BLONDE! magazine noting that Charlize halts her skid against fellow blondes with this win - finally reversing the trend started by Diaz and continued by Romijn.
