Before: Heigl badly rattled by the sight of battered Theron in the clutches of hated 'Tish Casta - champ has to rally her psyche by herself with Theron temporarily indisposed. Katherine refocusing on the imminent threat as Jessica Biel enters the ring in all her glory: "World's Sexiest Woman" champing at the bit, stoked by Theron's dismissal, colour high - she's vibrating during ring instructions, forcing eye contact on Katherine, getting inside the champ's head from the get-go.

R1: Biel showing leg, circling the ring, testing Heigl's reflexes with feints and darting, sudden, in-out body jabs. Katherine in a tight frame defense, right hand securing the temple, left jab dropping out hard from the shoulder - she's walking Biel down, making the fight. Heigl the aggressor - not terribly effective cutting the ring, but clearly trying to get things done - challenger just taking a look-see in forfeiting the first.

R2: Biel flashing that blistering handspeed - first minute sees her rip Heigl between the mitts a lead right hand, tasty left hook combo to put champion's buttocks a-wobble. Heigl on her heels momentarily, but shaking it off - she stabilizes Jessica with that pounding jab in middle minute negotiations. Biel erupting in the final minute - leaping in a gigantic left uppercut to split Heigl's mitts, then ripping her a looping right over the top, smashing back Katherine's head. Heigl staring to ropes, covering up, tilting forward - Biel squares away muscular to bang the stoutest ribcage in the division. Great batting lefts and rights - Biel swinging away sidearm, carpet bombing Heigl's throbbing waistline. Kathy groaning, reaching forward to clinch - snug jug mugging issued as Biel slides back, picks up rack with both hands in tight-clipping, rising arcs. Tasty, tasty combination punching has Heigl ashen faced: Biel grinning, sauntering back to her stool well pleased.

R3: Biel changes tack - reaching in with her left to edge her shoulder into Heigl: Jessica wants to swap it up inside! Tousles grinding, brawny shoulders rubbing and bumping - girls get brawny at close quarters, pulling each other's arms, tarting up offending jugs and torsos. Biel pushing in, then strapping hard-licking hooks to waist - she's freezing Heigl, cramping her up, really doing well in Heigl's kitchen. Katherine bludgeoning away on the beef of Biel's shoulders and biceps, looking for short right uppercuts, using the heel of her hands to push Jessica off. Brutal, sweltering stuff, both bodies shuddering under smashing impacts to chest, breasts, ribs and tummies. Biel getting the better of it, backing Heigl up for the most part, outworking her, turning her with savvy little pushes behind the elbows: Jess sending a message that she can fight any way Kathy wants to tonight.

R4: Heigl working out of that tight frame defence, trying to come forward behind a telephone-pole jab, but Biel managing the pressure wonderfully this round. Jessica circling, giving Katherine angles, then shearing in: Biel lifting robust right uppercuts, then banging wide right/lefts to body before easing back out to either side - has Kathy covering up, waiting her turn. Biel partially blocked much of the time - her punches skidding off Katherine's barn-door guard or banging against protective elbows - but Jessica clearly dictating terms with legs and busy hands. Theron finally chiming in from ringside - puffy, hurting - but giving Heigl a much needed boost from the floor.

R5: Biel's lateral movement giving Katherine all kinds of problems - big lightweight champ unable to cut off the ring or get her jab consistently on the smaller woman. Inside, where Heigl should be imposing her will - Biel's getting off in vigorous bunches, drubbing the tummy, working tic-tac-toe up the torso and ringing Heigl's staunch defences up top with blazing rights and lefts. Katherine still strong and stout - not breaking down - but she's not getting off - just posing behind her castle walls and digging in as Biel splashes away. Jessica beaming, bouncing back to her stool: concern in the Krusher corner as Heigl needs to generate some offence.

R6: Biel unafraid to work mouth-on-shoulder with Katherine - challenger wallowing in the trenches with curvy-strong champ, giving as good as she gets through two minutes. Pushing, meat-grinding stuff: girls bumping off shoulders and collecting thick hooks on tummies or swipe-right hands across jugs. Both girls working the rounded biceps of the other underneath, curling punches up into torso. Leaning in, both girls carry hands lightly stacked at bellies, or reaching in around one another's waists - constantly pushing, budging, rubbing in between sporadic swatting cuffs. Stalemate broken in the final minute as Biel disengages, getting back on her bicycle to circle and harass the champ. Heigl upright, scowling through gaps in her frame defence as Biel nimbly darts in and out, reaching jabs flat onto stout Heigl paunch, brushing lead right hands against the guard, buffetting hooks against the right ear. Biel prancing back to corner, knows she bamboozled Heigl and stole the round as Katherine hardly moves her hands down the stretch.

R7: Biel shifting right, freezes Kathy with a feint, then RIPS her a hesitation right cross. Big Kate rung up, stooping forward hurt behind her gloves: Biel lashes her a licking left behind the elbows - gets it again - the fist clawing along ribcage as it digs and skids with fat, spanking impacts. Biel licking her lips, extending the left and nudging Katherine with it, then WALLOPING her upside the head a looping right circus punch: Heigl staggering, foundering. Biel extends the right, nudging at Katherine's guard, then TORQUES the hook, bringing the elbow in tight as she turns her body into it, clouting Kathy sideways on stumbling feet. In and out - Biel loading up and getting vicious potshotting lefts and rights, showing flashy hooks, lead right hands, leaping uppercuts. Heigl too big and strong to go down, but she's reeling, grimacing: Jessica blazing away both barrels and opening up a huge gap on the cards through 7. Krusher vixens seated, quiet, leaning forward elbows-on-knees, sombre expressions.

R8: When Heigl lands the jab on Jess, good things happen. Katherine able to abort a few early Biel rushes, running Jess onto the end of stick and buffetting her backwards. Heigl manouevering Jess to ropes, heeling challenger's broad shoulders, then going to work thick. Big, bashing right hands pound Jessi's left bicep; strapping hooks shake the Biel ribcage, carving in under the breastline; uppercuts miss, but brush Jessica back, exposing her tummy to thumping brutality. Biel defending relatively well: left across her tummy, right at her cheek, bobbing and weaving, rotating her torso to avoid the worst of Katherine's heat.

R9: Heigl steps in a jolting jab to Biel's mouth, follows with a short, deceptively casual right cross and BIEL GOES DOWN! Shades of Foreman/Moore - Jessica tingly on her back, blinking in stupor up into the lights - Heigl sashaying to neutral corner, nostril flaring: Biel proves a warrior in scraping herself up off her back. ON COMES HEIGL! Bedraggled Jessi shopworn at the ropes - she digs in, stooping forward, then leaning backward, ducking down, rotating her torso around. Katherine just trying to find the offswitch: back straight, palms shoving out hard to jostle and disorganize Jessica; big booming straightarm wallops to hips and flanks. Kath comes off body with short right uppercuts, hoping to short circuit Biel, but can't quite find the tip of Jessica's elusive chin. Biel giving just enough torso movement, clinching just enough to escape the round: she's ragged, but rallying on her stool for the 10th and final.

R10: Heigl coming on, advancing behind that ramrod jab, catching Biel with it now and driving her ropeside. Jessica crossing her arms, bobbing up and down - she rolls with Heigl's sheeting bombardments, then nips back at her sneaky straight right leads and swiping hooks. Thrilling stuff - Heigl big and bossy; Jessica precise and efficient as she holds Katherine off at the ropes. Final minute, Jessica working rope-a-dope to perfection, rolling Heigl's shots, then answering back vicious straight rights to the chin - chopping impacts add up and THERE GO KATHERINE'S LEGS! Heigl suddenly forlorn, loosey-goosey - Jessica surges forward, bends to haul a THICK right hand into Katherine's body, straightens to get a WALLOPING hook fat against jug and HEIGL'S TEETERING BACK ON HER HEELS! Biel pouncing, launching hop-in right hands and leaping left hooks at Kathy's head - Big girl hits far ropes all a-jiggle, covering up as Biel RIPS away. Searing lather applied - Biel's teeth bared as she strains, twisting her torso to lash lefts and rights hard across Katherine's upperback, shoulders and head. Bell: ref pulls seething Jess off as Heigl sags ramshackle in the ropes. Comes back UD10 for the winner and NEW lightweight champ - Jessica Biel!

After: Jessica wrenching the belts off Heigl's waist in brutal fashion - Tech bench swarms the ring in celebration as beaten, dejected and demoralized Krushers glare on in sullen hate. "This is a glorious day," says a thrilled and tear-stained Jessica, surrounded by stablemates on camera. "We've thrown down the Krusher empire, we've put boots to some mighty overpriced asses, and we've TAKEN BACK THE LIGHTWEIGHT BELTS! This is the best - beating the Krushers up head to head, sending them packing, taking their stuff - I could do this again and again to them!"
