Before: Hard feelings all around - Heigl used to being compared to Charisma from WB days, desperate not just to win, but eager to punish her old foe. Carpenter developing her physique for wrestling and La Conquista careers - but still with a lot of pride as a boxer - she takes exception to the idea of Heigl being a match for her with the gloves. "Katherine Heigl was never anything more than a poor man's Charisma Carpenter," sneers CC. "It will be my pleasure to remind her of that fact tonight." Carpenter in baby blue push up, navy full coverage bikini bottoms, Heigl in pink bra and panties - white gloves for both.

Round 1: Girls pushing out jabs, but nestling in shoulder to shoulder - both want to work flat footed, relaxed and in close. Heigl landing the harder shots, really jiggling Charisma's midriff with clouting blows. Carpenter busier, rolling her shoulders to knead her opponent's paunch with both mitts, then clipping tight uppercuts in close to chin. Both using that meaty left shoulder to bump for room inside, both reaching in under her foe's arms, chesting her back a step - it's heavy two way slogging in the first.

Round 2: Girls body up - step by step Heigl proves the stronger as she muscles Charisma to ropes. Carpenter wrapping up around her girl's head - Heigl snuggled in close, pumps to the midsection with either hand - sporadic punching, tamping down the belly as Carpenter sags against the strands. Charisma lurching suddenly to spin Heigl in the clinch - she gets Katherine up against the ropes and Kat wraps up high, holding CC's head in close and giving up the body. Back and forth like this, girls twisting and tumbling along the ropes, taking turns belting each others waist lines, each trying to tie and smother whenever her backs to the ropes. Heigl getting the better of it and down the stretch: she's jamming in heartless leather to her opponent's bulging rack - drawing a boozy pout of pain from CC at the bell.

Round 3: Carpenter looks to body up - Heigl with a little half step out, turns on a counter right uppercut and picks CC up pretty, putting her wobbly butt in the opening seconds. CC floundering forward - Heigl steps right, jams a hard overhand right to jaw, steps right, picks Carpenter up the outside-in right uppercut to really unravel the brunette. Carpenter finally clinching, hanging on as her legs tremble out of control. Great highlight for Kat as she walks a hurting CC to ropes, palming up for separation, then driving in to bounce a savage right hand off ribs, just below Carpenter's left breast! Shattering heart punch draws a sob from Carpenter - Heigl turned sideways falls into her girl with her right shoulder on follow through, Carpenter wrapping up woozy over top her foe's back. CC showing savvy moves as she battles to recover. Mid-ring, she's nifty - pushing behind either Heigl elbow to turn her off balance, chopping up her belly with little swatting combinations. Carpenter retreating to the ropes, accepts Heigl to her chest, but puts on a counter punching clinic. CC with her hands on Heigl's shoulders or cupping her ears, pushing Kat's head this way and that, clipping her chin, stuffing to tummy, then covering up to slip and roll the receipts. Heigl takes the round, but she's frustrated in her attempts to pile on - CC still has those clever hands.

Round 4: Heigl imposing her will. When they body up mid-ring, it's Kat walking Charisma back, backsides trembling as full legs struggle to take and hold canvas. Carpenter against the ropes, strictly counterpunching - she's laying over on one side or the other, giving up her flanks and back as Katherine enjoys long stretches of dominance. Heigl reaching under CC's arms, chesting her heavy into the ropes, working hard downstairs with rolling shoulder action, getting beefy in Charisma's middle.

Round 5: Carpenter shows her lead shoulder like she's coming in, then sweeps the underhand right firm to paunch, putting the hook up top to stagger Kat a step to her left. CC in a closed stance, rolling right under Heigl's right, comes back with a cleaving right hand that lands flush on the face. Heigl stupefied - arms outstretched - she's blundering forward to clinch, but Carpenter's got her! CC jiggling to her right, picking Heigl up with the rising right in the mouth under Kat's reaching left arm, clouting her a rising hook, falling off to the left. Heigl off balance, spills to all fours in a haze - CC shouting taunts as she stomps angry-butt to the neutral corner. Heigl takes her 8, CC wades on in - sweaty pushing and mauling as the girls try to muscle each other at close quarters. More tumbling along the ropes as they hold and hit. Finally degenerates into robotic slugging, both girls holding the other's head in the crooks of lefts arms, free right hand plugging away without restraint to belly, trunks and jug in a mindless, pumping free for all. Slugging continues after the bell, girls are pried apart - still seething and trying to get at each other as the ref earns his paycheck.

Round 6: Carpenter can't stand her ground when they bull up, but she doesn't have to. CC using that little elbow push to get Heigl turning, off balance, then scoring on the inside with tight little hooks and jamming right hands belly and chin. Heigl banging back, but often blunted by CC's little shoulder turns or picked up on Carpenter's forearms and shoulders. CC keeping her hands low and relaxed, staying cheek to cheek with Heigl - both girls working, but Carpenter's fists are finding belly, breast and chin with more consistency. Heigl punished and glossy through 6, gets a pick-me-up speech in her corner as signs of discouragement start to creep in.

Round 7: Katherine responds. She walks Carpenter to the ropes, really pushing up on her hard, palming CC's biceps, shouldering her onto her heels, then working to the exposed midriff. CC tying up around Kat's neck, mouth open - Heigl's consistent work to the ribs and waist really sapping Carpenter's will to resist. Fine, fine work in tight to Carpenter's massive jugs: Heigl just twisting to the side, slamming in a glove to bust, keeping her face on Carpenter's as the brunette sobs out breathy moans. Heigl shoving home extra leather after the bell - ref intercedes as Carpenter whines.

\Round 8: Heigl locking up, stepping Carpenter back to the ropes - cry of frustration from Carpenter as her back touches the strands yet again. Kat digging in, going about the hard work of beating her girl down: head scrubbing back and forth under Charisma's chin, wrestling Charisma's beefy arms out of the way, chugging to the gut. Carpenter trying to close up, get her left shoulder in Heigl's chest and lever her back - it's sweaty work as big girls grind it up inside. Down the stretch, CC shoulder bumps, leans back into the ropes and connects on a cute, ripping little right uppercut on the chin - Heigl wobbly butt as she spills face first into the ropes past a side-stepping Charisma. CC palming up on her girl's butt and shoulder, pushing her upright, then letting her hands go - furious, jiggling combinations erupt as CC pounds away. Heigl defenseless, mouthpiece dribbling off her teeth, shaken in the body, head snapping back AND THE REF STEPS IN! Katherine bawling "NO!" in the man's arms as an exhausted Charisma Carpenter leaps away in triumph! TKO8 Charisma Carpenter.

After: Carpenter taking it all from Heigl - beefy right arm around the waist and a jiggley walk of shame as a teary eyed Katherine Heigl shakes her head 'no' in silent denial. At the end, Charisma taking Kat by the bra straps and giving her a stern talking-to: CC leaving no doubt as to who she thinks the better woman is between them. Girls reputedly have wrestling and La Conquista dates against each other - big cuddly bodies are going to be very familiar with the opposition when it's all said and done.
