Before: Laetitia grooming herself as a 'giant killer' steps up once again to take on the proverbial good, big woman in Warren. Casta aware of the blonde's advantages, but unintimidated, determined to outwork a girl she may not be able to outhit. Laetitia in red bra style bikini, black gloves and shoes, Warren in tan two piece, single shoulder strap bikini, black shoes and gloves.

During R1: Conventional action midring, both girls using the jab, right hand, trying to finish up with the hook. Headhunting action, both girls fighting at range. Down the stretch, Casta with a sudden step in, slaps at Estella's face with a screening left and gets her hips into a booming right on the chin - Warren's head swivelling, punch sends her reeling to the ropes and too dazed to protect herself as Casta roams in, gets off to the bell. Estella badly beaten in the final seconds, soaks up the kind of punching that would have stopped Laetitia's natural competitors.

R2: Laetitia maybe quicker than the big girl, surprising Estella with the sudden step in and sharp right hands over the top. Warren fielding another couple of crashing rights on her jaw, funky-butting away on shaky legs, but again, Estella taking the punches that would bury a typical 120 pounder. Casta undaunted, applies slugging pressure this round, hounding her girl to the ropes, bashing away left/right, stepping with Warren as Estella wants some distance. Shutout Casta.

R3: Warren looking to spear her jab, has some success keeping Casta off early, but the brunette's overhand rights continue to bounce off Estella's skull, breaking the blonde down and making her more hittable as the round progresses. Casta punishing Warren methodically, backing the big girl up - tough for Estella to get off on her heels.

R4: Warren addresses some issues. First, STRONG jabs stop Casta in her tracks and back the brunette up for a change. Second, crashing right crosses to the teeth have Casta's legs buckling - Warren able to come forward, lay on the hurt as Laetitia falls apart. Casta hurt, also unable to fight going backwards - Estella bullying and battering her girl from pillar to post. Laetitia rocked many, many times this round, showing incredible fortitude not to go down - scored 10-8 without a knockdown Warren.

R5: Laetitia has heart. Badly banged up last round, she gets back into Estella with sturdy punching, a well timed stick, and gambling aggression that pays off as Warren retreats. Warren often simply staring as Laetitia bends into hard right hands upside the head - big woman getting numbed by the furious intention of her fiesty opponent. Casta pestering Warren around the ring, banks another stanza, takes a lead on the cards into the second half.

R6: Warren using her legs now, treating Casta with some respect for the first time. Estella sticking and moving, turning Laetitia and at the end of the first minute, Warren steps in with the jab, turns Casta's head with a vicious right and has Laetitia crumbling forward to clinch. Warren struggling to free herself, literally hurls Laetitia to the mat with a spinning motion - garnering a stern finger waggle from the ref. All Estella the rest of the way - she jabs Casta to the ropes, lashes away with long armed power to the bell as brunette covers up to take.

R7: Laetitia Casta won't go away. Jabbing with Warren midring, Casta gets over with another sumptuous right hand, dazzling Estella and leaving her momentarily helpless. Walking lefts and rights, Laetitia throwing left and right crosses as she steps forward, backs the stupified blonde up to the ropes - Warren with a dazed look on uncomprehension as Casta slams away to the head. Once again, Casta can get her hurt, but she can't get Estella down in a big brunette shutout round.

R8: Estella shows some boxing ability, fading Laetitia's right hand, fading it, and ROCKING Casta with a well timed right counter to beat the brunette to the punch - Laetitia swaying on the spot, blasted almost out yet again, but hanging on as Estella allows the clinch. Messy stop and go action the rest of the way, girls falling in to clinch behind quick one-twos.

R9: All Estella Warren. Smaller girl's been taking one to get on all night and it's catching up with her - Casta's mouth open, eyes dreamy - Warren's spanking face with the jab, spearing and drilling Laetitia from outside.

R10: Mostly Estella Warren. Casta exhausted, covering up and laying on one side or another, just trying to time Estella with sudden looping lefts or rights out of the crouch. Warren in control behind the long stick, stepping in and out, seems to have solved that clapping right hand of Casta's as Laetitia can't find the range. At the bell, both fighters wander the ring, each jazzed with hurt - a lot of clean punches landed on both women. Comes back narrow UD10 Estella Warren.

After: Warren giving Casta a warm hug in the aftermath - one of those fights in which there really isn't a loser. Laetitia giving up pounds and inches, sailed into Estella with gobsmacking right hands and a warrior's heart - in the end, Warren just too big and athletic to be had that way, gets a well deserved decision.
