Premium big-girl tilt - both beauties full-bodied, heavy handed blondes. Wilson accusing the KruZherS of gate-keeping in prefight. "Everyone knows Loken can't stand up to my punching," says a confident Torrie. "So, they make me slug my way through Heigl first. That's fine - the more KruZher meat I can pound my way through, the better." Torrie ingratiating herself with fans at every stop - signing posters and DVDs - subtle form of intimidation not lost on Heigl who crosses her arms, fuming in the background, finally firing her agent who was SUPPOSED to provide her with a box of Heigl-cover FHMs for her to sign. Rd 1: Torrie showing respect, popping her jab, keeping right hand high at her temple, stepping to her left to keep Heigl turning. Kathy bobbing side to side, parrying stick with her right palm, moving her head, but when she gets close - Torrie's clinching with big-woman head and elbow hook-up. Stop and go - Wilson controlling things outside, bogging things down inside - slow-paced, muscular stuff early.

Rd 2: Kathy bobbing, jabbing up at Torrie, finding a path through the D to stamp that short right hand just beneath the heart. Wilson backing up, still riding a hand behind Katherine's head but not tying up well - Heigl keeping hands free, scoring thick, staying busy inside with clubbing, paunch-and-rib left/rights. Torrie stepping away with a concerned expression, pushing off on Heigl, walking around but not letting hands go - Kathy walking her girl down for points in the second.
Rd 3: Torrie popping the jab again - good big-girl tree-trunk stick banging back Heigl's head, stopping her in her tracks. Kathy crossing her arms, rolling her torso, but Wilson tracking - Torrie dropping a crisp one-two on the left ear to buckle Heigl's knees. Kathy hurt, clinching around Torrie's back, waltzing for a break. Torrie smells blood, getting more physical with Katherine - pushing her in the shoulders, pulling her head down and spinning her. At the ropes, Kathy sullen, leaning forward off the strands - Torrie able to crowd in big and work the body: Wilson relaxed, dropping one hand to her side while thumping the free mitt in thick above hip as Kathy droops forward. Wilson getting low, easing Heigl upright with the left shoulder, then placing moist right hands square amidships - triumphant look on Wilson's pretty face as Kathy groans, leans in to clinch. Heigl too proud to go down, but it's a brutal, bruising round - goes 10-8 without a knockdown.

Rd 4: Torrie stays on her girl, jabbing Kathy a bit early, bodying up and walking her to ropes, then systematically breaking her down big-girl. Wilson working Heigl over with thudding, short rights or lefts, dangling the off-hand at her side - very dominant, relaxed look as Heigl cringes, stoops forward in shock. Torrie nice n' beefy, bodying Heigl to stack her up, landing heavy with short-arm, cuffing body shots, then arm-curling tidy uppercuts. Wilson riding her forearm across Kathy's upper back to push her to knees, make her feel weight: classic big-girl tactics really wearing Kathy down. Heigl not shutout, but her work on the inside, although tasty, isn't enough to back Torrie off.

Rd 5: Torrie with that thick, bashing jab, right hand at her cheek as she steps forward, pounding Heigl to ropes. Wilson working heavily, but relentlessly - punching, then bodying up, punching, bodying up, riding Heigl into ropes. Kathy shopworn, dazed - arms crossed, sluggish, not answering punches - her golden abs and full jugs going on sale as Wilson loads up and takes with abandon. Wheels fall all the way off second half the round: thudding hook to body, doubled into quick-clipping left uppercut bashes Heigl's head back - she takes a knee with a blank, resigned expression. Shaky "8" for Heigl, Torrie thumbs her nose, walks in heavy, palming Kathy's shoulders and bodying her into ropes before going back to work. Bashing lefts and rights - very short, Torrie just bending side to side as she pulls in tidy - Heigl cringing, groaning - AGAIN she sinks to her knees, teeth bared in gut-shot agony as Wilson shows happy dimples. Destitute "8" Heigl AND ON COMES TORRIE! Wilson flat footed, but nimble-mitted, drops a tidy one-two between the mitts, turning Heigl sideways into the ropes. Kathy face in hands, showing her left side - Torrie straps away big-girl lefts and rights, pushing her forearm into Kathy's left shoulder to reset. Senseless, one-sided bludgeoning goes on in mindless fashion for a few moments before the ref finally steps in to halt the carnage. Wilson beaming, lifting her mitts - she hammers Kathy. TKO5 Torrie Wilson.

After: Torrie very impressive - 50-50 fight on paper goes all Torrie in the ring as Wilson gets big on Heigl, all night long. Thick, slow pace, heavy handed punching - Kathy not really undone by any one punch, but the thudding accumulation really had her spellbound. Heigl disconsolate, throbbing in her corner afterwards - she really felt coming in like she'd moved past Torrie on the food chain. Wilson upbeat, smiling, signing autographs - she's one fighter who just won't go away, probably overlooked as one of the most improved from 2004.
