KO2 Milano

After firmly putting down the challenge of Sophia Bush, Hayden’s handlers wanted the li’l blonde phenom to step up a notch and get in with a name who’s beaten some names herself. Alyssa Milano may not be ranked comp any longer, but when she’s in shape and sharp, she’s a high-volume little worker in the Panettiere mode and most realized that Milano represented one of the sturdiest tests of young Hayden’s career to date. “Sturdy” would turn into “catastrophic” in just under five minutes of intense slugging, as Panettiere would be reduced to blubbering rubble by a well conditioned, highly motivated Ms. Milano.

Punching stubby, and taking the fight to Hayden—Alyssa pumped a stocky little jab to set up short right hands and hard hooks. Right from the get go—Hayden found herself catching vicious clout to the face and jaw—Milano’s crisp punching bouncing off her blonde foe’s pretty skull and leaving the blonde blinking in shock. Hayden proved combative in the first, issuing back a similar brand of stubby, stabbing punches—but there was no question who was getting the better of blistering trade. Through one, Panettiere was already visibly shaken and disturbed by Alyssa’s savage punching: Milano was chipper and vocal, taunting the young blonde back to her corner with a cheerful stream of trash talk.

Alyssa continued to punch with authority to Hayden’s face—stunning the blonde, standing her up straight—but it was Milano’s withering hook to the waistline that took the wind from blonde sails. Gutwrenching punches found Hayden’s liver and buckled her knees, sending Panettiere reeling into the ropes, face stretched in pain. Milano’s finishing flurries brought back memories of Alyssa in her prime: the strong, stocky legs; the firm midsection anchoring short, abrupt punches. Accuracy and commitment took Hayden apart as Milano poured on the hurt—the blonde tipped forward out on her feet, slumbering even as the final punches belted her firm bodkin and toggled her sleepy chin. Milano would laugh with contempt when she stepped aside to allow Panettiere room to crumple face first to the canvas. Brunette planted her foot in the small of the conquered blonde’s back and crowed as flashbulbs burst. Without question, Alyssa Milano had handed Hayden Panettiere the worst night of the latter’s career.
