“Happy to have gotten the call. Was itching to put all that intensive Wonder Woman fight-training to use,” Gal laughs as the reporters swarm her earlier with questions.

The Israeli actress continues to make headlines with the recent release (and worldwide success) of Wonder Woman 1984, now striking a stunning figure in the pre-fight press hall in a plunging white blouse and long black slacks. She continues:

“As you can tell, I’ve been busy kicking ass on the big screen. Kristin (Wiig) found out the hard way that she couldn’t take me in a catfight, and now, I’m eager to see how Jessica will do in a proper ring. We’ll see how it goes. Wonder Woman doesn’t shy away from a fight, and neither do I.”

Jessica Biel, of course, is another legend of the FCBA, seeing success in the ring and at the same time, starring in prolific movies such as Total Recall and The Illusionist.

“I was surprised to receive the invitation, frankly. Us Hall-of-Famers are usually relegated to the filing cabinet, or in my case, the management office at Medallion. But thankfully, no one objected to the match-up, and after giving it a few weeks of consideration, I signed on the dotted line. Gadot’s an amazing actress, but let’s not kid ourselves here: her record in the ring is less-than-stellar. She can compare herself to a fictional superheroine all she wants, but the reality is a regular, sub-par fighter’s going up against a boxing Hall-of-Famer tonight.”

Ladies contrasted as they meet on stage: Gal, ever-slender, long black hair, tilting her nose up slightly to meet the taller Biel. Jessica confident, hands on hips, dirty strawberry blonde hair hanging loose over her shoulders. They shake hands, as would any prospective Cougar behave given the amount of time they’ve been here.

Fight night rolls round and Biel is first to enter the arena, a confident stride in her step, smiling pass the curtains as she raises a hand to meet the loud cheers. She’s wearing a custom white/black sports bra, black gym shorts and red gloves wound tight over both hands. Gal rockets into the arena next, still pumping with energy and running on a high at the release of her movie. The Lookout! starlet’s wearing a bright red bikini top, hot denim shorts for bottoms as she raises a black glove to the crowds.

Referee signals that both fighters are ready to go, and with the sound of the bell - DING! HERE WE GO with ten rounds of Lightweight action!

ROUND 1:
Biel showing what’s she made off early, rocking Gal to the arms with powerful cross-hands sent straight and crashin’ in hard, letting the leaner actress know of her strength. Gal is definitely the favourite to win this match if we’re basing it off a popularity contest, but she needs to dig deep and somehow get around her bulkier foe’s defences if she wants to score points here. Biel not making it easy for her one bit, takes tight and powerful swings towards Gadot’s head whenever the Israeli brunette scoots in to try and breach the wall, but Biel chases her off each time with relative ease, with a hard knock to the forearms or straight hand driven to the midsection. Gadot’s still moving fast however, light on her feet, but she only succeeds in avoiding the more damaging attacks sent her way in the final seconds, as she gives up the chase and focuses on her defences instead. She rounds off the round with a couple of fast jabs tagging Biel on the face, but they’re nothing extravagant to write home about.

ROUND 2:
Gal continues to play to her strengths, bouncing eagerly on her toes before powering in a couple of straight hands that draw grunts of surprise when they catch Biel on her lips. The bulkier blonde keeps her cool and absorbs this punishment for the first half, her arms locked half over her face as she tries to pin Gadot down and wreak havoc on her smaller frame. But Gadot’s like jello refusing to get pinned to the ropes, keeps scooting her way out of danger before slamming another clean leather mitten into Biel’s lips or the side of the face, keeping her at bay for now. Last thirty seconds and Biel’s had enough, it seems, RUSHING Gadot down and swinging away at her from all directions. Shout of surprise from Gadot as she struggles to fend off the sudden attack, weaves on instinct out of the way of a flying right hook but can’t avoid another left hand that catches her clean on the side. Biel definitely has the power to knock her lights out, but for now, has to be content with Gadot grunting and holding her body as she limps back to corner.

ROUND 3:
More body-rocking action as Biel targets the lean brunette with jabs from afar before closing the distance fast and hard, at one time trapping Gadot on the ropes and going to town on her lower torso with dipped, plunging hooks to her midsection, forcing the actress’ lips apart as Gadot grunts and gets bent over in half, her own hands pushing and shoving at Biel’s shoulders in a desperate bid to get away. Biel using her bulk to pin her down, however, continues smothering Gadot to the ropes for a good minute. Gadot keeps their bodies close, however, thereby negating punches to her vulnerable tummy, and at the same time doing her best to knock short, snappy blows to the side of Biel’s head above. Round ends and Gadot’s still seen running and skirting along the ropes, trying to keep a firm distance from her adversary, whilst Biel is more than satisfied at her dominance this round.

ROUND 4:
Wonder Woman’s a quick study, however, now opting to avoid Biel like the plague. Biel tries to repeat her aggressive tactics from last round, chasing Gadot down constantly, but finding the brunette moving too fast and fresh, all the while poking jabs at her face in turn. Biel has to contend with a shower of punches shoved into her face from afar, and without warning, and suddenly, the tides have turned against her as she winces in pain from a crunching right hand delivered to her cheek. Gadot returning the favour late in the round, drumming Biel’s tummy with lefts and right as she pushes her fellow actress back. The Medallion starlet seems entirely focused on defending her face from more attacks, but her body left lurching and groaning as the blows come in hard and fast, Gadot mixing in a couple of hard swipes as well - finishing flourishes to end the round as Biel is forced to stumble back to her corner.

ROUND 5:
More exchanges to the body and head as blonde and brunette close the distance between them fast, let riiiiipppp short but effective punches in tandem. Gadot swerving her head to avoid an early hook, only to drub a left glove across Biel’s cheek as payback. Biel of course shrugs the tiny swing off easily, dips her head low before PLOWING a right uppercut into Gadot’s chest, another one plugged hard into the side of her tummy as she presses the advantage. But Gadot’s movie-training and stamina doing her wonders here, avoiding Biel’s rapid advance by moving constantly, the two women set on employing very different styles to punish each other. Round ends and it’s an effective draw, we estimate, with the rest of this fight very likely to go the distance.

ROUND 6:
Gal presses her advantage, lands a crisp one-two combo to Biel’s face in the opening seconds of the sixth. Biel, once upon a time in her prime, now struggling as her movements wane, a slower guard to form even as Gadot’s rapid punches land on her frame in quick succession, beating her backwards. Jess needs to pull off an upset here and she’s definitely trying’: wild swings lunged back in Gadot’s direction, hoping to strike gold, but the lanky brunette’s staying laser-focused as she swerves her head back to avoid, resume pounding away on Jessica’s chest and body as the blonde starts to wilt! Biel gets backed into the ropes, breathing hard - all she needs to do is survive another minute or so, but a chopping swing to the chin almost turns her about 180 degrees, Gadot leaping in and throwing her weight behind a subsequent bash to the arms, hook sent across her gobsmacked face - AND BIEL’S HURT! Either that or she’s had enough, slowly collapsing down to her knees, both her arms still over her face and blocking more incoming strikes - Gadot still swinging away even as the referee pulls her off - it’s a stunning KNOCKDOWN all right for the Lookout star, and a lasting one, with Biel trying her best to get off her back but doesn’t make it to the halfway mark before the referee hits the count of 10! It’s OVER!

Official Decision: Gal Gadot defeats Jessica Biel via KO6!

AFTER:
Hearty celebrations from Gadot and her fight team back in her corner - the Israeli actress hit several speed bumps along the way early, but at the end of things, she’s proven her fighting chops with a decisive win over a legendary fighter like Biel.

Jessica gets helped back to her own corner, looking shaken, her chest heaving with exhaustion - the blonde can certainly pack a punch still, but simply couldn’t stand up to the younger and more driven Gadot in this fight.

Ladies share a hug later, with Gadot initiating a brief exchange of encouragement as she heads over to the Medallion corner with her arms up in a show of innocence. The future looks bright for either woman, regardless of where the ring takes them!
