Glau hopping forward with right fist balled at her cheek - left hand open, slightly lower, loose and relaxed for jabbing. Midring - Sum jabs to Kelly's left bicep/breast - Hu slides away, roams to her right. Sum turns, jabs to the arm/breast, just locating Hu...SWEEPING OVERHAND RIGHT, SUMMER GLAU! Sudden, lanky thunderbolt smites Kelly behind her ear: Hu stiffens, then JACK-KNIFES TO CANVAS! Hu nosing-in, lying eerily still on her stomach, hands stuck beneath her...Good Lord, it's OVER! KO1 - first minute - Summer Freaking Glau!

AFTER: Pandemonium. Kelly prettily asleep - completely out: attendants gently roll her to her back, start the careful work of bringing her about. Summer bewildered, but cracking a shy grin as it dawns on her she's won the biggest fight of her career. Glau incredibly gracious - insisting in postfight that she caught Kelly a "lucky punch"...but Dani's not so sure. "It's exactly what I was worried about," Fishel says during wrap up. "The Kelly Hu I used to fight would have rolled that overhand right, then come back underneath with a vicious right uppercut to put Summer in trouble. Glau was wide open for that CLASSIC Kelly Hu counter, but Kel couldn't pull the trigger. You know maybe, Kelly shakes the rust with some regular ring activity, maybe this was an aberration, but I don't know...that looked like an old fighter who just couldn't execute to me - and if that's the case - more activity's just going to get Kelly banged up. Not to mention embarrassed."
