KIM”S KRUSHERS VS TANK ENTERPRISES

STABLE WAR

Before: Problematic match up for Dani. Last time out is worse this time as Jewel fitter, more experienced than before. The most civilized of the pairings, neither girl really trashing the other, although jewel expresses some doubts before hand about Dani’s ability to take her punch. Dani in teal sports bra, grey cotton stretch shorts, Jewel in light blue bandeau top, navy bottoms, tight ponytail.

During R1-2: Jewel takes the first, Dani the second as both girls execute their gameplans. Jewel looking to bend her knees and get the right uppercut between Dani’s mitts—Dani reading it and trying to get the left hook over top of Jewel’s right. Neither girl hurt but Jewel backed to the ropes late in the second is forced to cover up as Dan puts together a spanking flurry to bring the crowd alive.

R3,4: It ain’t fancy, but it is a jab, and a stiff crunching one from Jewel which backs Dani up and has her shaking out cobwebs in these back to back shutout rounds for the singer. Jewel hooking hard off the jab, steps into her punches, biting down on Dani, and scoring pretty three punch combos throughout. Fishel taking punches very well, but she’s getting backed up, and moving backwards she doesn’t move her head. dani lumping up after 4, starting to lose form.

R5: Dani timing Jewel’s right uppercut, leaps into a crashing left hook on the jaw that nearly ends Kilcher’s night. Jewel staggered, covers up, and Dani moves in, bobbing up and down, snapping the hook off as she comes out of her crouch, then dipping under Jewel’s panicky receipts. Jewel’s right eye bulging ugly at the bell after getting hammered repeatedly, and she’s hurting to the right side ribs as well, courtesy that non-stop hook inside from D.

R6: Dani goes to the well once too often, loading up the hook, but getting beaten to the punch by Jewel’s crisp uppercut. Jewel straightening up into her blow, lifts Dani onto her toes, then drops the little dynamo to one knee—Dani’s face blank as she tries to stand, drops back to her knee, then gets up reeling as the ref checks her out. Jewel takes her time, thudding that ponderous jab against Dani’s chest, putting her ropeside, then really laying on the lumber. Dani still digesting that opening uppercut, not moving well, taking lethal rips to her jaw and ribs and she is HURTING at the bell.

R7: What’s with this jab from Kilcher? Jewel picking Dani to pieces with a sledgehammer straight left on the face, then stepping in with the hook to swivel Fishel’s head to the side. Dani bending at the waist, looking groggy, gives up her sides as Jewel stands over her, monster-clubbing lefts and rights to the ribs and across the back. Fishel finally battered to the ropes, crosses her arms,. Leaning over her legs, and gets bludgeoned as Jewel just gets her hips in behind the Cro-Magnon body job to the bell.

R8: Dani refuses to go quietly, jabbing with Kilcher to take the punch away from the blonde, then going on the offensive with gambling hooks to the bigger girl’s waistband. Dani ripping well to the body has Jewel grunting in pain, and Fishel rolls up a surprisingly one-sided round, taking a little hop to the left or right to open up fresh angles on the beleagured singer.

R9: Dani still pressing, still trying to find a way to win, but Jewel now walking the feisty one onto the uppercut, and it’s too heavy a price to pay. Dani rejected from going inside by a series of early right hands, looks hurt, and Jewel begins laying it on, bending into short rights on the eye that have Dani’s head cranking back on her neck. Too many flush connects—Dani wobbles to all fours after taking several bombs, and jewel asks the ref to stop it. Incredibly, Dani beats the count, and comers at Jewel with renewed vigour, putting her head on Kilcher’s chest and tattooing the midsection to the bell as a surprised Jewel covers up.

R10: Jewel has her girl tragically hurt, and Dani blunders forward, trying to find a miracle. Kilcher stepping to her bright, walks Dani in and lifts her onto her toes with another booming right uppercut—keeping the punch nice and tight, snapping the fist back to her chest on follow through, then walking away right as Dani staggers forward. Kilcher coasting behind potshotting bombs, alternating the right uppercut with the pulverizing short right hand over the top, beats Dani to a pulp by the final bell. Fishel still swinging at the break refuses to be broken, but she coughs up a one-sided decision to Jewel Kilcher on the night.

After: Hugs all around as a badly battered Dani Fishel congratulates her conqueror—Jewel lifting Dani’s mitt after the fight, but side bhy side, a blind man could judge this one. Kilcher more than just hard hitting—she might have become a compete fighter tonight.
