"We're just two women fighting now," Shrugs Charlize in prefight. "Yes, there is still boxing strategy to consider - but there are no surprises between us anymore. The constant competition has stripped away all our tricks and deceptions - we're getting down to bare essence now, and any woman who gets there with me, knows she's coming in second." Jennifer echoing Charlize' statements to some extent - all except for coming in second. "Definitely the idea that we can find a technical solution to one another is over,"

Garner says at the podium. "It's body against body, heart against heart, mind against mind now. I've said all along that I'm the stronger willed woman, and I've got my chance to prove it. Throughout the series, it's like I've been pushing Charlize off me: from here on in, I've got to be the girl on top, all the time."

Jennifer in scarlet bikini, black gloves; hair in pretty Elektra ponytail. Charlize in rich royal blue bikini, white gloves.

Round 1: Charlize leggy to her left, banging away stiff jabs at Jen's guard. Garner turning, crouching, trying to time CT's poke and get into range for a right hand counter when JENNIFER GETS HURT! Girls trade rights - Garner's head jolts violently as Charlize cleans up! Jennifer's muscular legs hold her up, but she's reeling forward STUNNED! CT eyes wide at the unexpected break; lashing right/left takes Jen thickly in her middle, gutting her as she plunges forward. Charlize with a quick neck-clasp spins Jennifer around, releasing her backward into ropes with a staggering gait. Garner in shock, covering up as Theron lopes in: thick right hand pounds off tummy, then Charlize jabs up top to regain a little distance. Entire middle minute one of the worst on record for Garner - she's strafed and shellacked as she's sliding to her right - Charlize paralleling course, keeping the jab on and leaning into sensational right hands all limber and savage. Garner's chin toggled and retoggled - CT's getting IN there - Jen's full legs checked, and checked again as Theron hunts for knockout. Corner: Charlize baits Jen up top with a screening jab, then sweeps a wide, slinging right to the ribs, taking Jennifer across her front, just under the jugline. Savage strapping blast wrenches a cry of agony from Jen - she immediately hugs her body, crunching forward with stricken expression.

"LOVE IT!" shrieks Charlize. Golden Goddess majestic on wide-spread legs - shifting weight from one foot to the other as she slashes away. Theron's torso twisting into her delivery - arms loose, hands low - she's just sloshing punishment onto Jen, whipping brunette torso and head. Down the stretch, Jennifer having absorbed several KO punches without dropping, starts to trudge forward, trying to brawl her way to safety. Theron sliding back, feathering Jen with pesky back-handed pitty-pat jabs up top, then walking her onto a gorgeous right uppercut: all arched back and sinewy licking motion as CT plants her rear (right) leg to check Jen's chin. Groan from the crowd as Garner absorbs - torso immediately lolling forward, hands dropping to her belly. Charlize shifts her feet (still in wide stance) and POURS in a right cross, twisting into the clouting blast; pounding Jen's head hard to starboard; pasting that mouthpiece off those hated teeth. Jennifer in stupor - raggedly backing up, torso sloshing backwards, eyes vacant as she tilts back. Charlize glowing, feeling it - she hops forward in her stance, keeping the right foot well back and POURING in more right hands/slapping hooks! Jennifer tottering backward, OH she eats another dreadful cross - torquing her head, stiffening her legs and DROPPING HER TIMBERRRRR TO HER BACK! Jennifer Garner all laid out - head pointed toward her own corner - hands above her head; making soft murmuring sounds as she frowns - eyes shut tight - with hurt. Jen's left leg bends at the knee, rising, then flattening out - rising, then flattening out - it's the only part of body still awake because IT'S OVER!

KO1 Charlize Theron to take the series in EMPHATIC fashion!

After: Theron consumed by KO lust - looming over sleeping Garner, bellowind down incoherently - oficials bundle rampaging blonde away as physicians move in to care for conquered brunette. See-saw, protracted series brought to a numbing, decisive conclusion with the most one-sided, dreadful battering of the whole contest - Garner on her back mumbling and moaning for many long moments as Theron reels in celebration to all four corners.

"I broke the bytch!" Charlize yells happily in postfight. She's shimmering with sweat, virtually untouched by her opponent tonight. "I broke her heart by taking the 5th fight - she had really invested a lot in putting me on the defensive and imposing her will, and when that didn't happen, I could see her morale sagging. What you saw tonight was me pouring through the breach - mentally, she was drained, there just wasn't anything left to hold me back this final time. I hurt her early, and the look in her eyes was something I'll always cherish: she took the shot, she kept her feet, but she was blubbering inside because she knew it was all over! I had to stay on her and chop her down, but I was fresh and strong - there was no way I was letting her off the hook tonight!"

Garner a shattered beauty on her stool when she comes around - staring into middle distance, face bleak - esteem-crushing loss leaves one of the most respected fighters in boxing history at a crossroads as Charlize scales new giddy heights of supremacy.

* * *

Jennifer Garner sat in front of the microphone in front of hushed crowd of reporters, her face pale beneath the bruises inflicted by Charlize Theron.

"Ever have one of those dreams where the worst thing you can imagine happens? I won't say this the worst, but it's up there. I offer no excuses. I was never in this fight and Charlize did what any good boxer would do: finished me off. All right, I will say it right now: Charlize, you were better than me in 4 of these fight, but I take pride that except for this fight, it wasn't easy for you. Oh, I know you'll say it was, but we know the truth. Now, as for myself, I will take a couple of PPV's off. You guys are probably getting sick of seeing me anyway. (She manages a faint smile). Then I will be coming back. I may not be as good Charlize Theron, but I KNOW I am better than a lot of other lightweights around here. So again, my congratulations to Charlize Theron, she won and I lost. This story is over. Thank you and good day."

With that Jennifer Garner stood up and made quiet exit, leaving Foxfire's normally embulliant Director of Communications, Beth Harnois to say:

"That's all for now. Thank you for coming."
