Before: Big rematch - both women with the ability to take and hold a championship at lightweight - albeit with completely different skill sets. "Jessica's very manageable for me," Katherine says in prefight. "She might spook a lot of people with her explosiveness, but that's what I have this for (holds up left fist, grins)...then, once that's found the mark and slowed her up, I've got this (holds up right hand moneymaker) to seal the deal. Jessica's great against good: she's only so-so against great - you get me?" Biel champing at the bit - draw like itching powder to proud former champ. "You know, I gave Katherine so many outs in that last fight," Biel laments, "I hate that - when you go over tape and realize how easy everything could have been. She's tailor made for me - big, slow, and dumber than a cow's face: perfect!" Biel in white lace push up/blue tie-side bikini bottoms; blonde battle braid; white gloves. Heigl in baby blue lace push up; blue bikini bottoms with large white polkadots; white gloves; hair in scruffy little battle bun. Girls touch 'em up with pursed-lip irony - clearly not respecting each other as much as the halfhearted gesture seems to indicate.

During R1: Kathy upright - arms in sturdy V guard (elbows together at her tummy; fists at her cheeks; chin tucked) - she looks to step forward behind a heavy jab, bringing the hand back to block shots on the V-front. Biel in closed stance - left at her hip, right at her chin, left shoulder angled towards Heigl: Jessi's probing the imposing V; spanking away with abrupt lefts and rights to biceps and shoulders; shying away, circling to make Kathy move her feet. Tactical first - but Jessi busier - more constructive - landing loud, buggy-whip right hands against Katherine's prepared defences and left flank. Nobody hurt as both corners get ready with helpful observations.

R2: Great round for Jess - she's circling, stepping in from angles, getting off brisk, getting out before receipts. Heigl's V imposing: Jessi chopping her fists to either side of the collected elbows at Kathy's tummy - hacking at waistline and tummy. Ref barking warnings when Jess strays a little low - she's catching plenty of trunkline with these vicious licks. Circling right - Jessi frequently buggy-whipping right hands of opportunity in above Kathy's left hip: sturdy Krusher absorbing without flinching, but these are bad blows, putting mileage on Ms. Heigl. Bell: Jessica brightening, jogging back to her corner; Heigl stiffer - face bleak, cringing as she takes her stool-seat.

R3: Janet Jones' voice shrill from the Krusher corner: "Jab 'er baby, Jab 'er COME ON!" Heigl responding, putting heavy poke on Biel, advancing on her early. Jessica not too proud to leg out of range and circle wide rather then let Kathy walk her down. Midway through - Katherine's V getting sloppy as she reaches for Jessica with jabs: Biel quickly pounces, countering right/left to Heigl's available jaw. Katherine shook - baby-stepping forward behind her mitts - Biel unleashes a withering shellack of right uppercuts and left hooks - fluidly punching in retreat and HEIGL SPILLS TO ALL FOURS! Kathy starstruck, astonished at the swift pasting: Biel jogging all athletic to neutral corner - grinning big. Heigl proves big - shakes off the shots, beats the count and is coming forward again down the stretch. Biel content to bounce around, run the clock with her 10-8 round in the bag.

R4: Kathy gets her jab on Biel, pre-empting and disrupting Jessica's pounce. Kathy stepping in the poke - bringing the mitt back to form a sturdy V front: she's able to walk Jessica down, blocking the receipts as Biel pounds at beefy arms/shoulders. From shocking lead lefts, jolting rights follow - Kathy dropping short crosses from her V onto Biel's face and chest, punching the TU dynamo off her stance. Jessica scowling, getting more this round than all the others combined as Katherine stabilizes.

R5: Bitterly contested two way round. Kathy continues to step forward constructively, pulverizing Jess with the jab and taking canvas away from Biel. Jessica's legs continue to dazzle as she steps out and circles, slashing in with breathtaking lunges to score in withering combination. Jess with gorgeous, swift-chopping lefts and rights to the waist (either side of the V point) - Heigl often unable to answer immediately due to momentary gut-shock. Jess swatting away on Kathy's biceps in sudden bursts - blonde absorbing, trusting her arms to hold firm. Biel also able to get that merciless buggy-whip right hand in snug above Katherine's left hip - winning grimaces of discomfort from Kurvy Krusher. During the break: Jessica sobs aloud as Enswell is pushed hard against her swollen features; Kathy gets a vigorous bicep rubdown as Janet tries to massage away numbness.

R6: Heigl dominates - not with the right hand - but with systematic jabbing and an impenetrable V front. Heavy-shock poke alarming Biel - Kathy dropping the left hands, then forming her guard up, walking Jess down - Heigl much more effective cutting off the ring this round. Kathy plowing right hands to Jessica's left bicep - trying to take away Jessica's snatching left hook. Heigl also palming up to shove smaller beauty after punching her, forestalling Biel receipts and keeping her off balance. Jessica able to run the perimeter if she wants, but she makes no effective offensive forays: Heigl patient, strong, level headed in pursuit of her fleet-footed foe.

R7: Kathy drops a one-two - the right hand bouncing off Jessi's forehead and buckling her knees. Biel fading hurt to ropes, wobbly-butt and hinky: Heigl moves in big girl, shoves Jess in her shoulders and squares away for her first serious shelling of Biel's defences. Jessica proves rugged - crossing her arms against her body to help absorb Heigl's thud downstairs; rotating her torso to keep her head moving, slipping Heigl's uppercuts and hooks. Kathy landing with shout to Biel's flanks and arms, but unable to drop her rival - Jessica eventually able to spin out and step to midring. Biel baiting Katherine, dangling her left hand low to invite Heigl right hands, then gambling on athleticism to counter. Heigl munching on jackhammer straight rights from Biel as clever-Jess fades, walks Kathy into just enough harm to deny Krusher a jail break inning.

R8: Another big, bruising, Kathy Heigl round. The jab is key - she's robbing Jessica of opportunity, taking initiative, dictating terms. Heigl dropping heavy, short right hands without warning, then immediately palming up on Jessi's shoulders to shove her off balance: ref doesn't like it; Kathy doesn't care. Heigl walking Jess down, punishing her on the approach, pushing her, bodying up and walking her heavy to ropes: Kathy every inch the bully as Jessi lumps up, looks a little discouraged and puffy eyed through 7.

R9: Heigl's hammering jab continues to reduce Jessica: Biel's face swollen and sore; legs increasingly heavy and shabby; reflexes slowing. Jess backing up, unable to evade pursuit - Kathy imposing her will, walking Jess down, getting hands and body on her, bearing her to ropes. Thudding beatdowns are issued - Kathy to Jess - Biel suffering as she covers up earmuff or crosses arms against her body - taking terrible punishment up and down both flanks. Midway through, Katherine runs an innocent-looking one-two very smooth up the middle - both fists paste Jessica's sleepy face flush. Delayed effect as Biel freezes - turns away and drops to all fours to avoid Heigl's monsterous follow ups. Kathy brightens, strutting to neutral corner, grinning as Biel wills herself to rise for 8. Heigl stepping-to and bringing more hurt. She jabs Jess to ropes - now banging back Biel's head with authority with those shafting left hands. More punishment along the apron - thick, relentless, cumulative: Jessi grimacing as she soaks it up, grimly sliding to her right along the ropes. Bell: Kathy grins wide - she's got Jessica wobbly butt and breaking down through 9.

R10: Kathy off her stool resolute: Jessica grimacing, shying away. Heigl applies polish: steady stream of heavy jabs pounding at Biel's skull and defences; constant forward pressure amplified by brawny shoving and bullying; thumping roundhouse blows to flanks and tummy whenever Jessica's back hits ropes. Biel combative and proud - snapping off combos in spots - she's still ringing her mitts off Katherine's torso and V front but Heigl seeing punches well, blocks most of it. Demoralizing retreat and beating for Jessica Biel - Kathy walks her girl down all over the ring, hammering out points in a methodical 10th. Comes back UD10, Katherine Heigl.

After: Biel spent - casting swollen hangdog looks around the ring in search of people to care for her: Heigl's weight of shot proved decisive on the night, systematically robbing Jessica of all her options. Heigl hugging her associates, beaming brightly: she dishes out a very disciplined, professional beatdown to her flamboyant rival, borrowing heavily from the Kelly Brook blueprint. "It's a great night for the Krushers," Katherine bleats happily in postfight. "Theron is fighting to secure our legacy by mopping up the dregs of Garner, and I've just paved the way to a bright future with this huge win. With Biel and Garner out of the way - nothing can stop us!"
