BEFORE: January being primped and paraded as the biggest thing to hit summer since Megan Fox...she's a cool Hitchcock blonde at the podium: "I'm not anticipating any difficulty handling Penelope," Jones says, dropping Pene's jaw in the process. "I've scouted her; I've had BLONDE! Magazine send over their DVD library of Cruz fights; I've worked out with Cruz busters like Melissa George and Kelly Carlson, so I'm ship-shape for this fight. I expect we'll be the fight of the night, right up until I punch Pene to sleep!" Cruz all nostrils flaring, Spanish temper boiling in rebuttal: "I yam the star of thees cho," Cruz declares, "And I have no time for women like January Jones! Jones battered to hands and knees by volume: Pene bellowing in triumph, then sneering down at the shuddering back of her blonde. Another 8 for Jones - another follow-on attack - Cruz POURING on the hurt, but January's alert in the pocket. Blonde girl blocking up top, then answering back short, nipping little right uppercuts or hooks...Pene getting clipped on her chin and CRUZ GOES WOBBLY BUTT! Penelope suddenly doe-eyed with hurt...snarling January hooks jug off ropes; kisses Pene the brushing right uppercut - sees Pene staring, so leans in and clouts her a tasty right to jaw at bell. Pene reeling on the spot...Jones hurt as well - goes as 10-8 as January's ferocity late denies the 10-7.

BREAK: CRUZ CORNER...trainer pressing an ice-bag into Pene's puppies...Cruz all tempestuous and frowning as trainer speaks: "Pene, I need you to slap her twice in the belly ok? (raises left hand to show hooks) - then when she goes to hook your tits, I want you to hook her chin, and kiss her the right hand - ok baby? She's shabby with hurt right now - legs're gone - touch her body/body, head/head and I swear to you this girl will go!"

R3: Pene working her jab to January's face, hooking jug via tightly-turned shoulder-shrug...Spanish girl punching blonde vixen onto her heels early. R5: Pene walking Jones down behind a frisky-stiff jab...blonde looking a little face-spanked, staring from Spanish poke. Middle minute, Pene bats that double left hook to blonde tummy; comes off the body to hook chin and kiss Jones a drifting right chaser...blonde girl goes wobbly-butt, forming earmuff as she steps in fence post holes. Pene hungrily after January - lashing a sidearm right to blonde leftside ribs; licking the left uppercut into blonde jugs; lashing the left hook in behind blonde right elbow. Jones backing away all cranky and sullen: Pene in Cruz control through 5.

R6: Pene walking January down, stroking her punches...blonde in orderly retreat, dukes up, nibbling back at Cruz' jugs neat little check-jabs; walking Pene into drifting right hands to chin. Half way point, girls batting each other hooks-to-body...race for the chin goes January's way as her hook buckles Pene's knees midring! Blonde all wide-eyed, slap-chopping in a right - her back (right) foot skipping up off canvas as she lands to Pene's mouth...slapping hook brushes Cruz' lips as she's stumbling back into ropes. Shoveling right uppercut to breadbasket bunches Pene forward; digging left in behind right elbow catches a bit of the back and DOWN GOES PENE! Cruz crying out, dropping onto her side in fetal position...Jones cackling happy at the sight of crippled Pene! Cruz beats the count like a soccer player after drawing a foul...she digs in at apron as fresh blonde comes in hot. Dig-and-bump close-in slugging - January on Penelope: Cruz keeping dukes up/elbows in as blonde leans forward, gets left shoulder on her girl and scours Pene hip to head. BellL: Jones working up quite the lather - she's still lavishing Pene with hurt until ref moves in to enforce break.

R7: Cruz cranking hooks off the jab...OH she's raking January across the jugs! Blonde girl blinking away tears as she backs away...Pene snarling, taking canvas like a bully and staying on her blonde. Good pursuit punishment sustained by Cruz...January wilts around the ring, trying to keep her guard up as Cruz bounces mitts off meat, bell to bell. Crowd reacting to slow-mo replays of Pene ripping January right/left to the waist as blonde doubles forward...Cruz brightening on her stool at the sight.

R8: Bitter bump-n-dig battling midring as Pene pushes in to be boss; January stands her ground. Girls panting, grunting; faces rubbing as fighters position inside; left shoulders/chickenwing left elbows bump and nudge; punches dig at tummies, snatch at hips, clip and scrape up top via tightly trimmed deliveries. Bruising, tousle-grinding fare...fighters just at each other non-stop, neither heeding the bell as ref moves in. Jones forcing eye contact with weary Penelope...blonde girl might have outworked Oscar Winning Brunette in the 8th!

R9: Same bump-n-slug in close - Pene determined to be bigger and stronger, grinding herself against January's defences. All good until late...girls bumping and working in close...January clips a tightly turned right uppercut off Pene's chin, then shifts weight to nip a left uppercut from the left plant-leg to Spanish chin. Pene's legs give a shimmy...she stops punching, momentarily confused: January swipes hook across jug, brightening at the devastating effect on Pene's morale! Cruz backing into ropes with a stricken look - right forearm crossing her left at her jugs...January able to step in close, RAM a right hand deep to Spanish breadbasket to sit Cruz into ropes with a shout. Blonde girl about to apply polish as Pene's gasping, doubled over and helpless - ref pulls seething Jones away in the nick!

R10: Girls looking to lay in close...Pene fitting January for a short right hand to chin en-route...blonde legs give a shimmy. January nuzzling in close - left cheek to left cheek with Pene...blonde girl's eyes frowned shut, lips all crimped with hurt. Cruz hooks the tummy on instinct; nudges Jan's Jugz with the chickenwing left elbow, then CLIPS Jan the right uppercut to teeth! Blonde head flaps back, lashes batting...Pene licks her a sidearm right atop blonde left hip, then a kissing bolo uppercut to chin and BLONDE GIRL DOWN! January splashing to her back, hands above her head, eyes all frowned shut as her legs stretch out and it's OVER! KO10 Pene Cruz in Blockbuster fashion!

After: Jones shows quality - extending, dropping and out-fighting Penelope at times...Cruz digs deep and shows Oscar Winning pedigree with the fight on the line. "Another blonde one in my pocket!"
