BEFORE: Last-minute addition to PPV..."Battlin'" Rachel Bilson looking to re-establish her name - calling out a boatload of girls in the press...but the most serious threat to her brand might just be young Lucy Hale. "It's true," Lucy admits in prefight, batting long-lashed, big-brown eyes just to aggravate Rachel, "when I was brought into the CW (Priviledged - ed.), they told me I would be a 'Rachel Bilson type'. But then Rachel disappeared, and I really nailed the look in her absence. Now she's back, but she's just an 'old Lucy Hale' at this point, you know? I can't wait to slap her silly in the ring!" Bilson fuming...despite her bravado, Rachel hasn't gotten a lot of respect from prospective rivals. "Lucy's going to be my message for the Mila Kunises and Selena Gomezes of the world," Bilson sniffs. "Lucy's a cheap knock off of ME - not the other way around. Originals ALWAYS beat down copies in the ring, so if there's any confusion on her part, I'll clear things up quick!" Special referee for the fight is KRISTEN BELL - long time hater of the Big Brown Eyes; Long Brown Hair look.

During R1: Girls intense, teeth bared as they cautiously step-to. Lucy bats away in flurry to Rachel's breadbasket, backing her up: Bilson pouting, issues stiff check-jabs to Lucy's mouth, spoiling Hale's pursuit. Bilson with hands up/palms out look - pivoting clockwise, putting the jab on Lucy, trying to bust up those eyes. Hale answering with wide, roundhouse rights to Bilson's ribs - trying to get in under Rachel's raised elbows. Spirited stuff - Bilson boxing, Lucy looking to slug - both girls having moments. By the end, Rachel's peppery jab has Lucy halting: Bilson able to lean in and kiss-the-chin-righty to salt away the points. Break: Kristen in quickly with HARD open-palm pushing against both brunette chests...doe-eyed beauties glaring at bossy blonde in charge.

R2: Same again - Rachel using a bit more finesse, looking to work Lucy's face via the jab: Hale chasing, slugging hard, putting mustard on her shots. Hale's right hands across the ribcage have Bilson grimacing, but Rachel's holding her ground, punishing Hale the poke, then cleaning up on body herself with tic-tac-toe flurries. Neither girl heavy handed, but there's a pleasing, brisk slapping-and-batting effect both ways. Break: Kristen pulls Rachel hard by her arm, and when Bilson protests? Bell TWISTS the left arm up hard behind the back, bringing a yelp to Rachel's lips.

R3: Lucy scraps her way back into the fight - using her left to grab at Rachel's left wrist, pushing it down so knocking right hands can poke at Rachel's chin! Bilson flustered, getting bullied: Kristen eventually moving in to pull Hale's grip apart and give her a good scolding. Hale busily after Bilson, hounding her along ropes: Rachel grumpy, keeping hands up high, giving away a lot of tummy and rib to Lucy's whirling fury. Good round for Hale tempered somewhat by nibbling uppercut counters from Rachel's high guard - Bilson just making tapping contact to chin, not hurting her foe, but spoiling the shut out.

R4: Hale's trainer urging her to "get frisky" during the break - she comes out fists whirling, eyes blazing. Rachel panicked, not handling the heat well...she's scampering in retreat, bouncing off ropes, looking frazzled. Batting lather to breadbasket has Bilson in a bad way in second minute: Lucy sets down on a brace of short, biting hooks and PUNCHES RACHEL TO HER GLUTES! Rachel astonished, sitting up in a puddle of shock...Lucy Hale roaring down like a little brat until Bell shoos her away. Rache beats the count, but she's discouraged: Hale lathers her to ropes, beats her about flanks/head as Bilson cowers under earmuff. Bell - Hale still furiously pasting a squealing Bilson...Kristen pulls Lucy away from behind with a chokehold of all things! Venomous complaints from the Hale corner - Bell just glaring and pouting in defiance.

R5: They're fighting Hale's fight now - girls just slapping and slugging away helter-skelter - left hands often grabbing opposing wrists so right hands can chop up top. Lucy taking a pasting, but moving forward after whirling exchanges...it's Bilson "backing up", much to her chagrin. Break - Kristen pushes Lucy away with a palm on the face, then pulls Rachel's left arm hard enough to spin her around with a yelp! Bilson and her trainer shouting at Bell in the Bilson corner: Kristen just fuming, standing with arms crossed, obviously not agreeing with the diatribe.

R6: Rachel gets back into her stance, jabbing out of the high-guard...she's knocking at Lucy's pate, poking a Pretty Little Liar into compliance. Hale's pursuit slowed...she's out on the end of Rachel's jab, stymied. Rache dialing in like a veteran, pounding away on her rival's eyes: Lucy lumping up, bringing hands to temples, giving away body on the cheap. Midway through, Bilson just steppin' and a-pokin'...she slots a right hand through to Lucy's mouth, then dips left shoulder, hoisting in a tuff left uppercut to Lucy's sternum! Unexpected body shot wins a blurt of hurt from Lucy's lips: arms hug at her body as Hale's suddenly distraught. Lathering flurry from Bilson pastes away on Lucy's face/shoulders...Hale tottering forward, getting buffetted to her right, taking a whacking right hand in her lower back as she GOES TO ALL FOURS! Lucy blubbering, hurt on all fours...Bilson snarling, trying to get into position to kick exposed ribs, but Kbell won't have it. Lucy bravely up but Bell's waving it off...Pandemonium as Hale's stomping a bare foot in whining protest of the TKO6 Bilson victory.

After: Bell slapping Lucy to get her to calm down...leads to pushing and shoving until Lucy's seconds can separate them. Then, when KBell's raising Rachel's hand in victory, she tugs too hard...Krissy all scowling and pouting, then tossing Rachel's hand away...leads to MORE pushing and shrieking as Bilson takes exception. "So much for the cheap knock off!" Rachel says, taking care to re-brand Lucy in postfight. "I punch girls OUT...so Mila better just mind her manners when I'm around. As for Kristen - that was HORRIBLE refereeing...my arm's totally sore from her tugging and twisting on me for no good reason. She's gonna have her day in court soon too - the court of Rachel Bilson!" BLONDE! Magazine calling the fight a "dismal train-wreck of hapless brunettes in moribund competition" but praising Kristen for preventing Bilson from laying a boot to a downed Hale's vulnerable ribs.
