Before: Ryan staying busy taking on all comers—Fuentes a poor man’s Debbe Dunning with one punch sock who can be dangerous early. Jeri looking to get inside and use her compact punching to take Fuentes apart. Daisy in yellow and white push up bikini, blondified hair, Jeri in red bandeau bikini.

During R1: 2 way action through much of the round as a surprisingly judicious Fuentes steps back, keeping the right hand short and powerful to the jugs and head of her opponent—Ryan coming forward, firing a straight right hand to the solar plexus has Fuentes in retreat, Late in the round, Daisy timing a curling right uppercut to the face rocks Jeri—Fuentes able to step around and swat Ryan on the ear, dropping the blonde sideways through the ropes and onto the apron for what looks like a stunning KO. Ryan somehow gathers herself to beta the count, but she is staggering horribly at the bell as Fuentes looks hungrily on.

R2: Jeri still badly hurt, gloves at lips, but she manages to take over the round midway through with short right hands to the body, turning into the punch and once again backing Fuentes up. Ryan looks to be in command, jabbing her girl to the ropes, when Fuentes scores with that short right uppercut again, catching Ryan perfectly along the cheek, and Jeri paralyzed. Fuentes with a straight arm right to the stomach sends a jolt down Jeri’s legs, then drives a short right hand down onto Ryan’s jaw as the blonde reaches to clinch. Ryan sprawling past Daisy to lie out on her face as shocked Fuentes rejoices. KO2 Daisy Fuentes.

After: All the hallmarks of not taking the opponent as seriously as she might—Ryan not sharp and paying the price as Fuentes shortens up her strokes, exercises good judgement and utilizes her still impressive power for a stunning upset.
