Before: Danes looking to bounce back from heartbreak against sturdy ham and egger Caulfied. Emma with some good WB sparring on her resume, hasn't fought under the spotlight before - Claire's class, toughness expected to win out. Pastel bra and panties for both women - pink for Claire, blue for Emma.

During R1: Claire polishing Emma with a smooth jab, circling to the left and keeping Caulfield well outside. Emma rigid defensively, holding her hands up stiffly, but reacting late and not moving her head - comes out of the round bleeding from the nostril after Claire's accurate pokes - shutout Danes.

R2: Claire steps up the pace, gets hit a little more as she sets down on punches, stands in longer to land in combination - Caulfield holding her own in tidy toe to toe action. Final minute, Claire beats Emma to hooks, slips Caulfield's shaky right and clocks chin with a sweet lanky hook - Emma's legs give way as she sinks into the ropes with the first dreamy look of hurt on her face.

R3: Emma's a fighter. Getting schooled, not as quick or fluid as Claire, Caulfield stomps across the ring, tackles Claire into her corner and starts to jam away with overhand chops from both hands. Emma just brawling on instinct - lips peeled back, banging away as Claire covers up and slides along the ropes. Sustained barrage from Caulfield visits all four corners as Danes slips, slides, and bobs to no avail - getting progressively more beat up as time goes on. Final moments - Danes trying desperately to evade punches, leans back into the ropes and gets caught a wide left hand upside the head, putting her wobbly butt. Caulfield pouring it on with crude, but energetic strokes, hacks and clubs away as Danes crumbles to a trembling knee for 8 at the bell.

R4: Emma emboldened by her success, storms out of her corner and starts hurling punches in once again - very little finesse - many of the blows slapping or poorly leveraged, but the savagery of the assault can't be denied. Danes resuming her cool after being shaken up last round, does a better job of rolling at the ropes, starts to counter effectively on the wide open Caulfield and mid way through, she starches Emma with a licking left on the jaw inside Caulfield's wide right. Emma staggered, still leaning forward and Claire spins off the ropes, neatly reversing their positions. Shoe on other foot as Claire dishes out the beat down, getting lanky on Emma as she lashes lefts and rights into Emma's quivering flanks. Caulfield folds to all fours and she's not getting up. KO4 Claire Danes as a wide awake Emma Caulfield shows punk.

After: Claire's the one being paid to be brave - Emma taking some hard licks and showing enough backbone to give Danes problems, but serious Claire leather is enough to convince Emma she can't win. No surprises here as Danes proves she's left the journeywoman ranks with a dominant drubbing - Caulfield with some spunk, could be a decent junior bantam with the proper seasoning and guidance
