2. Lily Collins vs Willa Holland

BEFORE:
"Freakin' Avril thought she had me. First it was Ana and then Anya. I put a stop to those losses when I knocked that Doll's lights out. And that's the reason she'll never be champ, you know? When push comes to shove, she'll always end up on her ass, while nobody expects the underdog to win. I've put Portman on her ass before, I can definitely do it again. And this business with Holland? Chump change. She's facing the future Flyweight champ tonight, so she'd better get ready!"

Collins going on a tirade worthy of some of her past opponents, spending most of her time at the mic going off about her future achievements rather than focusing on the fight right in front of her. Holland of course impatiently listening through the entire ordeal, finally sitting up and leaning forward at her turn.

"Loves the sound of her own voice, doesn't she?" which draws some laughter from the crowd. "Collins might be a commodity now, but I think it's highly ironic to describe your opponents when the same applies to you: she's neurotic as she is erratic, and when it has come down to the wire in the past, Collins has always fallen short. This is, what, her third title defense? If anything, I'm the one who deserves a shot when I slap the number one contender around later. Just watch me!"

Lily unnerved by her opponent's comments, still spewing insults when the two meet at the center podium. A fast swipe to the cheek definitely exacerbates things, with both women flying at each other, claws out and hoping to do early damage. Holland, slightly bulkier in this contest, manages to wrestle Lily down to the ground in a mess of shrieks and frayed hair, before the fight officials manage to break them apart.

Hours later in the ring, Collins is already itching for payback, pacing anxiously in her corner in a black brassiere laced with red froths, white trunks and gloves already raised high. Her opponent tonight is the lovely Will Holland, actress of hit shows like The O.C., Gossip Girl and Arrow. Tonight, she's dressed in a faded yellow bikini top, black trunks and red gloves. HERE we go with ten rounds of Flyweight action!!

ROUND 1:
Collins flies right into action, charging forward and wanting to show the world she’s ready to take the straps off Portman in a few weeks’ time. Problem is Willa Holland’s determined to stop her, the blonde also rushing in and meeting her head-on in a CLASH of wits and personalities. Fists start flying almost immediately as Lily lands the first punt to her opponent’s face but then gets BLASTED to the side by one of Holland’s return hooks to the head. Good lord are these two not lying down for each other as Collins grunts but grits her teeth and powers a snap uppercut to the jawline, drawing a groan from Holland in turn. But that was a lucky shot, with Lily on shaky legs almost immediately after eating the first power punch of the fight. Willa returns fire with a vengeance, shocking the Vixen’s guard with more hooks left and right before pushing the challenger backwards from whence she came. Good, all out action these first three minutes but Collins having to eat humble pie after losing that battle.

ROUND 2:
The Vixen will need more than ferocity if she wants to steal the belt from the current champ come end September. Holland determined to floor the would-be challenger as she hounds Collins to the head with more combos fast and furious. Collins, for the most part, has woken up her idea, however, backpedaling and keeping herself away from most of the shots, using her smaller and leaner figure to dodge in and out, left and right over Willa’s lumbering swings. Holland’s turn to grow frustrated as she can’t quite tag Collins like last time, occasional blast to the guard or tummy is a one-off affair as Lily returns fire with a steady stream of snap jabs to the lips. Round ends and this is the Lily Collins we’ve been waiting for - calm, poised and hungry to win.

ROUND 3:
Willa, still stubborn as hell, comes in hot and looking to dominate like her first round. She plans to overpower the Vixen early and send her snoozing into her tummy, but another hook sails wide as Lily weaves backwards to avoid, then left as another cross misses its mark. Collins lands a cuffing hook off the mouth, then another straight hand grazing the cheek, showing total control as she pushes Willa backwards in between strikes. Her fans are starting to rise in their seats as they watch their girl at work: Lily focused and swinging away, targeting the holes in Will’s defences as she lands punches on tummy, chest and chin, Willa groaning helplessly as she’s pushed back into the ropes whilst covering up. But Lily, on her case like white on rice, slips past another hook to her head and NAILS the poor girl with an uppercut to the jawline - AND DOWN WILLA GOES!! HOLLAND KNOCKED SENSELESS as she slides down the ropes, arms pooled by her side!! Referee counts her out as per protocol but it’s no use! It’s over at the count of 10!

Official Decision: Lily Collins defeats Willa Holland via KO3!

AFTER:
Wow - Collins coming into this fight definitely the favourite but she somehow still managed to defy expectations, putting away her opponent in under ten minutes! Of course, going into her next fight is an all different ballgame, with her position switched to that of underdog against the multi-time champion Natalie Portman. Still, that isn’t stopping Collins from making a statement, rushing over to Willa the moment after the referee’s raised her hand. Collins slamming herself into Willa’s seated form by the ropes, drawing a whimper from the seated blonde as she’s kneed in the chest and face. Collins removes her gloves as she works, one free hand grasping the top of blonde hair, the other gesturing for a microphone as she traps the poor girl right in her clutches.

“You see this, Portman? This is what I’m gonna do to your smug face once I take you out in two weeks!” Lily shouts into the mic, before dropping it to the ground and shoving her tummy into Willa’s defenceless face, the poor blonde flailing and grasping at her back and thighs but not having the strength to do anything about it.

Somewhere backstage, Natalie frowns in contempt. Just another young whippersnapper trying to take her place, she thinks. First it was Holt, then Roberts. Now, it’ll be Collins taking the Walk-of-shame with her after she’s beaten her down.
