BEFORE:
The first Ana on the card makes her way down the ramp without any delay, a cocky Cuban smirk on her face as she comes into this contest on a two-fight win streak. She may be 31 but the way she's blowing kisses at the crowd is leaving much to the imagination.

"I'm honoured to be a part of a VIX card. It's not often we free agents get a chance to shine in the spotlight, you know. I have all the goods needed to put AJ away as well. Just look at the difference between our records, plus the fact that I'm three inches taller. This is definitely going to be MY fight."

Ana mounting the ring steps, continuing to show off her sleek black bodysuit with a flowery shawl fluttering out back. She's strapping on a pair of yellow gloves when her opponent's music hits the airwaves and fills the stadium with a roar.

AJ Lee doing the rounds recently her own press circuit, promoting both her book and her life story. She may have left the wrestling ring long ago, but here she is once again entering the squared circle and competing on VIX soil for the third time counting.

"This Cuban princess doesn't stand a chance against me. I'm the one with the ring experience, not some CGI dolled up actress who’s gotten lucky the past few times. I’m gonna make short work of her."

AJ dressed in her usual black crop top, toned midriff on display and shimmying her denim shorts down both legs to reveal a red fighting thong. They say flexibility is everything, don't they?

Girls meet in the center for the staredown, and we don't get a touch of gloves to start, not after those hateful comments! The referee waves for the bell! HERE we go for ten rounds of Flyweight action!

ROUND 1:
AJ dancing early, staying spritely on her feet as she swerves left and right, avoiding Ana's early jabs. All that ring work has made her agile as hell, and she practically avoids most of her opponent’s early attacks directed her way. Lee bouncing her short fists forward, snagging Ana on the nose repeatedly, all set to win this round by a landslide, only then to get socked in the mouth by a late right hand sent straight into the face. AJ scrambling, that cheeky smile hiding her hurt, falls back to her corner and lets the time run out to secure the round for herself That's always been the problem with Lee - it's hard to catch her at her own speed, but when you do, it's always with her pants down.

ROUND 2:
Armas coming forward with renewed confidence, especially now that she's gotten a little taste of victory. She shoots in lefts and rights at a tight angle, machine-gun like jabs hammering Lee on her arms in the first minute, as though daring her to try and roar in and take the abuse like last time. Bad news for Lee as she scrambles in all directions, but is unable to find an opening to score back. Ana stinging her on the face over and over, using her reach advantage to land big blows before AJ can retaliate or run away to hide. Last minute and Lee's had enough, sinking back and panting hard, opting to evade and block rather than risk a humiliating face-palm to canvas this early in the second round.

ROUND 3:
Armas trying a sudden rush forward in the first minute, coming in hot with her head bobbing and weaving, but doesn't anticipate AJ's uppercut roaring down the middle till it's too late - SNAP echoes throughout the arena as Ana's head goes up and back! Call it a lucky punch if you will, but it's gotten the job done here, as AJ flies in after her! Ana covering up her pain in desperation, her guard peppered by punches and body taking a beating as Lee switches targets down below. The WWE starlet pushing her foe all the way up to the ropes before hammering on the sides of her head. Ultimately though, AJ lacking the power to put Ana in any real danger. Bell rings and it's an action-packed round for sure, leaving both girls winded and panting.

ROUND 4:
Well, AJ certainly had her shot and blew it. Slow first minute as both girls reevaluate and hang back, but a first minute stunner from Ana right to the middle of her arms throws AJ off balance and scrambling to stay afloat. More lunging hooks aimed at Lee’s guard and body, and the smaller wrestler is having a hard time dealing with her opponent’s power and reach advantage. Another hook slammed into the middle of her arms has Lee thrown off balance, awkwardly catching herself to the right, and perfectly primed for a follow-up right hand stunner of a right hand that disappears into her body. Lee in trouble, lips parted as she steps back in pain. Gone is her spritely agility after different parts of her body lit on fire by the constant pounding. Ana continues to hound her along the ropes with strapping punches, but can’t quite finish the job either as AJ remains standing on wobbly legs until the bell rings.

ROUND 5:
Lee trying to redeem this fight by squeezing every ounce of speed out of her battered body, comes flying out of the gate and firing desperate jabs at Ana’s head. Armas not too troubled, patiently blocking and then advancing back on Lee, trying to trap her into a corner before unleashing her rightful power on the hapless girl. Lee’s days are numbered when a solid right hand comes sailing in from the side, crashes into her cheek hard. All those jabs are for naught if she can’t take a hit from a stronger foe. AJ blown off her feet, back hitting the ropes, with Ana charging after her. Left-right smack into the tummy jerks Lee about, then an uppercut into the chin is the final nail in the coffin: DOWN GOES AJ as the former WWE wrestler crumples down to the canvas! Referee counts her to 10 - Lee can’t even sit up as she struggles to rise! Bell rings and IT’S OVER!

Official Decision: Ana de Armas defeats AJ Lee via KO5!

AFTER:
“I knew that I could do it. AJ was once hot stuff in the ring, but now she’s all washed up. I hope the people in the audience were noticing this performance of mine - I deserve another fight in the future, and I’m looking for someone to take a chance with me,” Ana saying with a big smile later on.

Lee still distraught and rattled, breathing hard as she’s attended to by medics and her training coaches. Later, she claims to have been at a disadvantage coming into this fight, blaming her booking agent for pairing her with Ana’s height and reach advantages.

“I’m not gonna lie and say this fight was a fluke,” AJ saying. “But I need to fight someone my own size next time. And yes, there will definitely be a next time where I kick some ass.”
