"I'm hoping to bust Charlize up," a confident Prepon says in prefight. "No fear - that's my motto. I'm gonna hunt this girl down and bang her out the way I do: I don't think that chin's gonna bear up under my right hand pressure."

Theron pursing her lips, mildly irritated at the sauce coming from the Phoenix side of the dais. "Laura's never shown the kind of class it takes to compete with me," Theron says simply in rebuttal. "She's big and strong, but that's mostly good for pulling wagons and plowing fields - not so much for boxing Oscar-winning blondes. You know what? She wants to bang, I'm going to give her the opportunity. I could box this kid's ears off - you know it, I know it - SHE knows it. Instead, I'm gonna stand with her and make her hurt. We'll see how cocky she is after I lay her out."

Charlize in a classy white belted bikini, white gloves: Laura in long blonde battle braid, baby blue lace push up, beige crochet bikini bottoms, white gloves.

Rd 1: Charlize being first with the jab, stepping it to Laura's face, then schmoozing in close, wrapping Prepon up around her ribs, walking her back. At ropes, CT licks the body fat-and-strapping: luscious close-in strokes from those long, strong arms, clapping away to paunch and flank. Prepon frowning, exhaling hot from her open mouth: Theron getting good, good shots in downstairs. Laura joins in as tall beauties stand flat footed, laying in mouth on shoulder, sloshing and clouting away as they tighten up stroke. Charlize as good as her word in prefight, stepping-to Laura, laying in hamhanded as girls take turns slopping hard amidships.

Rds 2-3: More of it - Theron often controlling the tempo with a heavy jab off her shoulder - dropping it hammer-style onto Laura to make Prepon cover up, then stepping in to clinch, body-up, and walk Prepon to ropes. Phonebooth action results as CT stays inside, grinding her tousle across Laura's face, rubbing her left shoulder in Laura's breasts to bump-set hoisting limber-limbed clout downstairs. CT leaning in with chin out over Laura's left shoulder, right hand at stomach, left hand dangling - very loose, relaxed, walloping delivery downstairs taking Laura's breath away. Prepon back-to-ropes for much of these rounds, absorbing trauma downstairs, but she's getting her licks in. Laura dipping her left shoulder and cranking rising hooks up into CT's creamy middle "CHUPP!" Laura reaching her left up under CT's right to lever the blonde off balance, then fetching Theron a right hand in the midsection. Theron very firm however, willing to wrestle and struggle with Laura to keep her pinned down, and generally getting the better of sloshing work downstairs as CT keeps it beefy through 3.

Rd 4: Similar stuff - Charlize on top at the ropes, controlling Laura with the left shoulder in the chest - low-slung hands snatching at Prepon's sturdy ribs, pale belly, shiny flanks. Prepon pushing and answering, but generally outworked. Final minute, everything changes as CT hooks Prepon's midsection, then misses a grazing left uppercut while holding right hand down near hip: Laura answers in tight with a sloshing hook to CT's chin, swiveling blonde skull, forcing Theron back a step. Preps off the ropes with a sweeping right - tossing CT's head back; Preps stepping forward, reams home the left cross in walking barrage fashion and THERON GOES DOWN! Charlize bludgeoned to her back, hands up over her head as she lies momentarily stunned - Prepon striding past, glancing down all nostrils flaring. Theron rolling painfully over her right hip, struggling up off the canvas: she's badly hurt, blinking in confusion. CT takes an eight - Prepon wades in and squares away, treating herself to Charlize' glossy flanks as Theron tilts forward off ropes at the bell.

Rd 5: Slobberknocking brutality continues - Theron frazzled now, dishevelled, mouth open - but she continues to pre-empt Laura with a heavy jab, then edge on in to body up. CT walking Prepon to ropes, crowding the kid with the left shoulder in the chest: Theron feeling she's relatively safe when Laura doesn't have room to extend. Nice recovery round for Theron - both women absorbing some heavy, heavy bodyblows - But Charlize staying in cheek-to-cheek, wrapping up and holding when she wants to rest, constantly keeping her body weight on Laura. Prepon grimacing, struggling, knows she's being swamped: Laura griping to the ref at the bell, wants quicker breaks to be issued.

Rd 6: Charlize jabs, slides inside, walks Prepon back, works her over methodically, purposefully, deliberately at ropes. Laura never shrinking away from the wet work inside - she's bumping and punching, she's dipping her shoulders and hoisting up into Charlize, but she'd rather be extending on right crosses and checking Theron's chin. Glorious big-woman banging here - both girls frequently just laying forward, hands low, taking turns slopping heavy to midsection, gut and jugg. Thick, clapping mittwork sounding out beefy - paunches cuffed and clouted - flanks tucked into. Both women panting, frowning, breathing in each other's exhaust - sinewy, grinding full-body contact continues to favour CT by just a smidge as judges see her pinning Laura down and taking the fight to Prepon.

Rd 7: Laura with a clever adjustment, finds a tidy little right uppercut inside, neatly punching CT's face up off Laura's left shoulder as Theron's leaning in. Charlize still bodied up, still pressing Prepon at the ropes, but it's becoming a much more expensive strategy as Laura lands some brutal, short little uppies to jolt the Golden Goddess. CT's legs give a shimmy once or twice this round, but she's smart: hanging on, tieing up after she's hurt, bearing Prepon into ropes. Latter half the round - Laura FINALLY able to wrestle Charlize off balance, reversing their positions: now it's CT up against the ropes. Theron in peril, quickly ties up around Laura's elbows, preventing Prepon from stepping out and getting the distance she needs to really ream home those fight-winning right hands.

Rd 8: Charlize continues to get the distance she wants, but now Prepon's routinely jerking that little right outside-in uppercut to make CT pay a price. Laura also throwing her left shoulder at Theron's mouth as CT leans in - Charlize lumping up, looking drowsy, but still forcing her agenda. Bottom line: it's still Prepon's back to ropes, still Prepon's paunch and ribcage taking the worst of the long-limbed shellacking downstairs. Theron trusting her chin, laying in there, staying heavy to the body as the girls maul and brawl through 8.

Rd 9: CT drowsy, flat-footed off her stool: Prepon visibly worn, eyelashes fluttering, lips parted - brutal war of attrition has taken it's toll tonight. Laura groaning midring as Charlize reaches under Prepon's arms to body up: Prepon SO frustrated as Theron continues to put a belly on her foe. Fight staggers to ropes - Charlize using her head, left shoulder to bump and jostle - hands low as she strokes, cuffs, swats paunch. Theron starting to join in with sinewy right uppercuts inside, neatly taking Laura under the chin with the same outside-in clip as Prepon's own punch. Laura's legs trembling, buttocks wobbling, but she's sloshing back in kind - swiping heavy, licking strokes amidships, then curling tidy right uppercuts against Theron's overhanging chin. Since both women tend to lay in on the other's left shoulder, both are there for the right uppie: becoming a mindless, brutal, slogging match in the muck as girls just plow away on that little patch of canvas at the ropes. Difference is Charlize' judgement - she's clinching, tying up, preventing Laura from exploiting any momentary successes she might have: Prepon fighting more on instinct.

Rd 10: Charlize steps it outside! CT worn, but legs still serviceable - she sports a nice wide stance, backhanding her jab in swift little double-taps at Laura's shopworn face. Theron stepping smartly to her right, away from Laura's right hand - CT occasionally stooping to reach her jab into Laura's body or left breast: Prepon's eyes shiny with disappointment as she asks her legs for pursuit and isn't getting the right answers. All that Theron body work paying off - Laura virtually crippled, throwing right hands and extending on them, but unable to land with proper leverage. CT boxes out the round - touching Laura the jab, folding her into clinches to prevent any Prepon aggression from becoming threatening. Theron cruises to the finish line, pounding out a juicy UD10 over Laura Prepon.

After: Prepon puffy, discouraged, beat up and smelling of Charlize - Laura unable to fight her fight tonight, nevertheless gave Theron spirited resistance under difficult circumstances. Golden Goddess resplendent in victory - weary smile, puffy features somehow radiant despite the punishment.

"The kid is double tough and strong as they come," Charlize admits in postfight. "But she's one-dimensional and a fighter like me can take advantage of that. As much as fighting outside is MY strength, I knew it was her only chance to win, so I denied her the opportunity by taking it inside. By the time she knew what was happening, this fight was basically over - I'd done too much damage for her to turn it around late." Charlize breezing out of the ring, but not before signing an autographed picture of herself for Laura: "To Laura: stay pretty - Charlize". Prepon scowling, tearing up the photo and restrained by her entourage as Theron exits without a second thought for the woman she's just beaten.
