Before; Battlin’ sub 100s to carve out unofficial hierarchy beneath traditional fly. Aguilera heavily promoted, taller and heavier-handed than  most of these tiny fighters, but cook a solid all around talent an even bet to upend the showy blonde. Christina in pale blue string bikini, Rachael exactly as she appears in the cover the last FHM mag, some kind of white cashmere crop top and panties, white gloves for both girls.

During R1: Aguilera the lanky banger in this fight, but Rachael does the hurting early, loading up and coiling her little body into huge rising rights and lefts, bringing the punches from well behind her waist to sock loudly against Christina’s chin. Aguilera rocked across the ring, fights back in the middle minute as the space between the fighters is filled with mitts. Down the stretch, Rachael swings away with wide booming left hands, driving Chris to a corner and straining to get every last ounce of impact onto the blonde’s pointy chin. Round to Rachael.

R2:  Chris using her legs, chops a funny-looking jab, thumb to the ceiling, out from her elbow to Rachael’s eyebrow, steps left and hooks the brunette hard along the jaw as Cook can’t get into range, Rachael does a lot of looking and posing as Chris gets off from outside.

R3: Rachael loading up again, missing most if the time, but she’s getting into her toes to throw, and hurting Christina when she lands. Aguilera consistently on her heels, is getting slugged out of the exchanges retreating with a pained expression in front of a very aggressive Rachael Leigh this round.

R4: Rachael helps herself to Christina’s rib cage, hoisting lusty lefts and rights from her knees up under Aguilera’s high guard. Chris stoically leaning in, gloves around her face, gives it up all round long as Rachael scoops ribs, tummy, and breasts with swiping b lows.

R5: Christina’s turn: she falls to the right while clapping Rachael on the side of the head with a swatting right hand, and Cook is dazed, Christina mounts a charge, rushing Rachael, lifting a thudding left hand into Cook’s belly, coming over the top with a chopping right on the eye to work in the vertical plane--Rachael works the horizontal plane with brisk shoe shining counters, but she can’t prevent Chris from nearly pounding that right eye shut this round. At the bell, Chris a little low, lifts her hand into Rachael’s crotch, and apologizes immediately with a glove tap.

R6: Accident or no, Cook didn’t like the foul and comes out swinging for the fences. Rachael up onto her toes, pulls punches around her little body into Christina’s stomach, putting wince on the blonde’s face and driving her ropeside. Cook in lock step stays right on top of the blonde, drubbing her fists back and forth across Christina’s slight frame, overwhelming the defense with sheer volume. Aguilera reduced to covering up and taking it,. Midway through the round, with Chris seated on the ropes, hunched forward behind her gloves. Rachael storms the gates with repeated right uppercuts between the mitts, and Aguilera hurt. Chris takes a knee, eyes swimming, and survives, only to get bustled to a corner and worked over by a very kinetic Rachael Leigh Cook swabbing the deck with Aguilera, peels herself off the blonde at the bell, nodding her head en route to her corner.

R7: Christina fights back, keeping her back off the ropes and gives Cook the stick this round. Rachael a little slug-happy, not boxing as sweet as she could, getting nicked on that swollen eye and taking sharp right crosses needlessly across her mouth.

R8: Chris times Rachael’s hasty rush, lunging in with a dragging left to the pi of the brunette’s belly, and as the girls separate, Cook comes up hurt. Aguilera settles into a nice punching rhythm, pecking the eye with that chopping jab, then snapping right crosses to the teeth that bust open Rachael’s lower lip by the midway point. Aguilera making strafing runs at Rachael, slugs left to the stomach, chops right to the face, then lunges past to come at Rachael from the other side. Cook getting ragged, turning and reacting slower as the round progresses, and in the final minute, Chris spanks a looping right off Rachael’s beautiful face, pivots to the right, and lunges into a rising right under the chin that blasts Cook to her backside in a heartbeat. Rachael crying, bleeding onto her soft white top is lucky to hear the bell to the end of the 8th.

R9: All Christina Aguilera as she nibbles at Rachael’s bruised face with the sharp jab, stepping around the teetering brunette and looking for opportunities to smoke right hands. Leigh standing up straight, blinking, looking used, isn’t punching nearly enough to stay competitive on the cards this round.

R10: Christina feints Rachael, looking like she’s coming in, then rocking back as Cook flinches. Finally, Aguilera draws a tentative left jab from Cook, and lunges in over the top with a beautifully timed right on the cheek, Rachael scoots to her butt, and she’s got nothing left. Cook won’t get up to accept a beat down, and Christina Aguilera struts the ring around the seated brunette in evident pride at her accomplishment.

After: Rousing slugfest between two girls who could just have easily played chess all night. Cook started it with her spirited haymaking, but Christina ended it, able to get just a little more snap out of her wiry frame to leave a cute little brunette hopelessly battered in the tenth. Aguilera  quick to promo herself, calls out the likes of Jennifer Love Hewitt, Vanessa Marcil, and Sarah Michelle Gellar to settle things amongst the smallest celebs.
