Rounds 1-2: Charlize steps out pretty to the left, knocking back Jorja's face with a pair of spanking jabs just to set the mood, then settles in for 6 minutes of methodical boxing. Theron relaxed, bent slightly forward, left hand low, right elbow in tight and right hand close to her mouth. Jorja tighter, dukes up, moving her hands from her chest to her eyebrows. Charlize flat footed, feinting, feinting, then dropping the right hand, maybe following up with a loose hook on the ear. Charlize lifting the jab off her hip, easing in close to shoulder Jorja back, easing on out to change distance. Charlize using the small gloves to tug an arm or push an elbow to help her turn her girl. Theron using that left shoulder to nudge up and pivot off - she's keeping Fox off balance, but not throwing enough - brunette gets on the board with solid work ethic.

Round 4: Janet wants Charlize to "open it up - don't let this kid get confident. Put some hurt on her, baby." Theron establishes air supremancy with the licking jab off the hip - Fox just pillboxing in the center of the ring, hands up around her eyebrows, waiting her chance to get off. Theron easing left, dropping right hands in the second minute - Fox's head banging back from her gloves, legs trembling - she's just standing there posing for punches as Theron shoots and reloads. Down the stretch, Jorja bleeding from the nose, eyes foggy - she hunches forward, covering up - Theron getting her left shoulder on the girl, licking that low left across straining, pale abs, twitching that little right uppercut to split the guard. Fox put wobbly butt, and Theron's talking to her, nestling in close - "'M gonna hook your body, here it comes!" Vicious, economical strokes just lavished on Fox in methodical rhythm and it's all too much. Jorja backs out, face stretched in pain - she turns to her right and takes a knee. Theron with a little smile, lifting her mitts casually and strutting to a neutral corner.

Round 5: Charlize workmanlike, flat footed, resuming that closed stance, fending Jorja off with hooks off the hip, feinting Fox into paralysis. Jorja busted up, but hasn't quit yet - she's occasionally able to edge in and scrape at Charlize' ribcage - Theron clinching, turning her girl, making Fox move her feet, then shoving off to reset the action at a distance.

Round 6: Cool Charlize shutout. She's so calm, so comfortable and relaxed. Feet quiet, sliding and stepping back or to the side, just enough to anticipate brunette aggression. Left hand low, distributing jabs or licking hooks ear and ribs. Right hand below the chin, there to parry Fox's rare jabs or spike out viper-tongue blows. Fox squared up, hands at her temples - she's rigid, unable to get off as Theron keeps pre-empting her. Charlize showboating down the stretch - feinting, feinting, then dropping the lead right straight up the middle, stepping back: big smile, hands down, appreciating the view. At the bell: blood from Jorja's nose, eyes puffy and discouraged - Theron's dressing this girl up.

Round 7: Grier exhorting Jorja in the corner, "Come ON! You're better than this!" Fox off her stool fired up, but once again, the subtle feints, the timely jabs, the sudden lead rights and easy movement have her covered up and waiting for her time midring. A very deliberate Charlize, just easing left, touching her girl body and head, spotting straight right hands, lashing hooks. Signs of life from Fox' jab this round - Theron unable to work with complete disdain as a result.

Round 8: Fox showing gritty determination this round - down deep on the cards, no sign of quit as she comes out strong to chase Charlize to ropes. Theron pointing the left shoulder at Jorja, rolling punches, turning on the occasional counter right, but Fox won't be discouraged. Best two way action round of the fight - Jorja mauling Charlize up against the strands, raking her with tight hooks and clubbing right hands. Theron defensive, slipping a lot of shots, picking up Jorja's chin, but getting outworked by a stubborn brunette.

Round 9: Jorja keeps it up - Theron cooperating by fading to the ropes, setting up supple and looking to counter. Fox getting her head on Charlize' left shoulder, hooking tit and belly, biting the right hand to hip and kidney. Theron shoulder-bumping, bending at the waist, occasionally clinching. She's chatty this fight, holding Jorja close and talking into her ear - if only words were punches. Fox works hard for the round, getting good leather to Theron's body at last.

Round 10: Cruising shutout Charlize Theron. Up on her toes for the first time, she dazzles Fox the jab, drops lead right hands when she wants, continues to utilize brilliant feints as Jorja covers up. Theron exposing Fox' footwork, sidestepping when the brunette leans too far forward, then swatting her upside the head from the oblique angle. Jorja keeps trying to square up, but she's not getting off - Theron pot-shotting, gliding as Fox breaks down. Final minute - Theron with a gorgeous straight right hand down into the sternum - Jorja stiffening up, tilting forward behind her gloves. Theron accepts the weakened girl onto her left shoulder, then nudges her back, shoots another right to the stomach. Fox cringing, buckling, staggering to the side. Theron stepping in, sells another right hand to the body, gets Jorja's elbow to creep down to protect, and blonde banks a cracking right straight between the eyes of her foe! Jorja undone, stumbling wobbly butt to the ropes, swaying out on her feet. Theron with an insufferable smile, walks in, takes a hold of the front of Jorja's trunks to stabilize her, Fox swooning, gloves at her temples. Charlize holds Fox there, up against the ropes, right cocked to give her more, but time expires as Theron just shakes her head with mock pity. Bruising UD10 Charlize Theron.

After: Superiority demonstrated - Fox sent shaky to her corner, gutsy effort from the brunette, but she ran up against the A Theron this time out. Steam practically shrieking from Pam Grier's ears as she watches Charlize arrange heavy belts on her shoulders, then has to listen to the blonde's condescending post fight comments.

"Jorja just learned more in 10 rounds from me than she will in 10 years from Pam Grier. Truth is, I see a lot of potential in Jorja Fox - I think she could be the next Jamie Luner if she gets the right grooming. Grier's not the answer."

Fox busted up, but classy enough to address cameras in the ring. "What can I say - Theron's a great fighter. I did well in spots, but she's so hard to set up on, I just couldn't get anything going." And what about the unusual amount of verbal taunting from the champ? "Ah, that's just...it didn't bother me one bit, that's just Charlize trying to break my spirit. She was beating me and she felt she had to let me know all about it. Typical."
