Before: Casta out of the Victoria's Secret stable, dismissed in some quarters as just another lingerie model waiting to be knocked out, but she's reportedly given Banks and other big hitters some awkward moments in sparring and is eerily calm during prefight conferences with Terry. Farrell in high neck royal blue sports bra, aerobics bottoms, Casta in pink VS bra and panties.

During R1,2: Farrell having a hard time getting into a groove - Laetitia looking to tie up first, then hold and hit until breaks - Terry getting bogged down in the sloppy, slapping action. Casta not impressing anyone with these tactics, but she's winning the rounds, carrying the fight, and scoring often with the sides of her fists or elbows in the chaos.

R3: Farrell finally gets some distance and fight gets easier as her jab pushes into Laetitia's chest and face. Final minute, Farrell steps around a pecking tripled up jab then hurls in a hard right cross to jerk Casta sideways at the bell. Round to Farrell.

R4: Farrell in control with the jab, slowing the action down, poking it out and stepping left as Casta takes, but doesn't offer back. Laetitia just pivoting, gloves low, fielding left hands off her porcelain face - Terry's starting to find a groove.

R5: Farrell steering her girl, keeping Laetitia on the end of her punches and content to rack up points behind the stick. Casta seems unable to make any sort of adjustment - continually trying to clinch, getting rejected by the jab, and licking her wounds outside as the girls continue to circle. This is Terry's fight.

R6: Farrell continuing to pump out the jabs has Casta finally breaking down. Laetitia there for the right cross - face lumping up as the rounds pile up in Terry's favour. Nothing fancy from Farrell, she's keying off the jab, stepping around and pitching in right hands straight down the pike. Seconds left, Casta's legs finally tremble as she nearly goes down - the punishment is adding up on the model.

R7: Latitia glassy eyed, hands low, shuffles out and paws her left with a don't hurt me jab as Terry stays sharp. Farrell stepping left, now really trying to damage Laetitia with the jab as she rams it against the model's pretty face. Small cut opens over Casta's left eye as Farrell pounds away, and late in the round, Terry with back to back one-twos busts Casta up, draping her helplessly against the ropes. Bell sounds - Laetitia pouting, eyes vacant - she's a beaten girl.

R8: Shutout Terry Farrell. Terry can't be denied - total air superiority with the jab - Casta not defending herself, just getting punched stupid as Terry goes about wrecking her opponent. Farrel walking Casta down all over the ring, patiently stalking, not pressing, neatly defusing every Laetitia rush with the jab, then picking her apart with one-twos as Casta retreats. At the bell, a bleary eyed Laetitia Casta chokes back tears and signals her surrender to the ref. Terry Farrell jumps for joy at the unexpected collapse - TKO8 Terry.

After: A bewildered corner surrounds Casta - Laetitia telling them "She's hitting me too hard," as her only explanation. Farrell's best pure boxing performance obviously discouraged Casta once the jab got established - they like to swing away at Victoria Secret and Laetitia had no response to Farrell's technical superiority. Mature performance positions Terry very well - she's boxed some, she's slugged others - this girl needs tougher comp.
