Before: Gershon anxious to prove she's still the premier technician in the game - upstart Larue doing serious damage to that rep with her flashy ring stylings in Gina's absence. Both girls do everything well, double G with maybe a bit more pop, Larue with younger, some say stronger legs. Stare down is no contest however - Gershon at her raunchy best has Larue almost taking a knee from the sight of GG in cowboy hat and black leather chaps over her fighting togs. Double G in black bikini top, snake skin bikini bottoms, Eva in red bikini, gold belly chain.

R1-2: Brisk boxing throughout, both girls punching in combinations, moving laterally, bending at the waist and rolling with punches. Larue playing Wilfred Benitez to Gershon's Leonard - Eva just a bit busier in these rounds, batting lefts and rights to the body very effectively to bump up her connect percentage. Gina posing a little too long gets edged out of both heats.

R3: Gina busier this round, finding a home for that snapping hook in Eva's belly, then bringing it up crisp to double off Larue's chin. Eva a bit too defensive this round, making one two many moves while Gershon's letting her hands go. Close round goes to Gina G.

R4: First sign of dominance from either woman - Eva stepping up the pace and testing Gershon's older legs. Larue so smooth, dishing it to Gershon's gut and head, scoring in 3's and 4's, turning her girl with matador sidesteps. Body work appears crucial through 4 as clean headshots are rare - the girl who sets up downstairs does most of the scoring up top. Double G looking shiny at the bell - shutout Eva Larue.

R5: Another busy, effective round for Eva - Gershon getting outjabbed, getting outmaneuvered as Larue starts to glide and get off. Nice tit punching from Eva in this round, hard, sharpshooter blasts to Gershon's cups that have Gina wincing in pain - Eva sending the message that she can touch anything she wants at this point. Larue punishing Gershon toe to toe at the bell - Gina coming away discouraged after the exchange.

R6: Gershon RIPPING that hook to the body, hook to the head to open the stanza and Larue goes wobbly butt. Jabs chase Eva ropeside - Gershon setting her hips and just SNAPPING with that Leonardesque left hand - Eva shuddering as she takes the body touch, buckling forward then getting her head jolted to the side as Gina finishes up on the jaw. Gershon so sharp and precise with these punches, lighting Eva up and leaving her stunned - Gershon bringing her fists back to her body, always reloading. Larue cut in the mouth, slugs her way off the ropes to avoid the shutout - Gershon getting it done with crisp powerpunching this round.

R7: Gershon continues to play puncher, jabbing her way close, dipping to her left, ripping the hook to the body, hook to the jaw and stepping forward as Eva wilts with a sad expression. Gershon cutting off the ring, snapping withering hooks to the ribs and waist, then slicing at Larue's face as the brunette leans forward in obvious pain. Eva busted up, just rolling with punches, trying to move her head, but she's slowed considerably by the body work - Gershon hurting her, then piling on to leave Eva trembling at the ropes at the bell.

R8: Sweet, crisp exchanges midring as the girls wheel around one another, biting into heads and bodies with vicious, digging hooks, and Larue starts to wilt Gershon this round. Gina's output drops as she covers up more, rolls with punches and looks to slip, but can't pull the trigger on counters. Larue working hard, willing to miss the first 2 punches to land the third and fourth - Gershon repeately nailed pulling straight back as her defense is overwhelmed. Larue scrubbing up on the ropes - Gina with her right at her cheek, left across her gut, bobbing and bending back into the ropes, gets her face spanked repeatedly at the bell.

R9: Gershon breaks her girl down. Vicious, stamping hooks stop Eva in her tracks, buckle her knees and put her into reverse - Larue's ashen face tells the tale. Gina walking her down, comes off the waist to uppercut the jug with a curling left, then slashes down with the sharp left on the eye to put Larue ropeside. Eva getting progressively more and more worked over, defense starting to lapse as Gina's fists find the belly, breast and jaw - Gershon just twisting in heartstopping left hands with plenty of leg and hip action behind them. Final minute, that dependable hook to the waist, hook off the jaw combo shuts off power to Larue's legs - she takes a knee, staring glassy eyed as Gershon bounds to a neutral corner. After 8, Double G jabs Eva into the ropes, slams a short right hand to the sternum, digs that hook to the side, then twists her torso into a hook on the jaw and Larue eats it ALL up! Eva out on her feet, swooning badly - and Gershon goes back to her gut with that sick hook, reefing to the body, then turning it over onto the face and LARUE GOES DOWN! Eva sprawling at Gina's feet won't be beating the count! KO9 Gina Gershon!

After: Gershon getting outworked and overhauled in a classy first half, set down on her punching and broke Eva Larue down over the last half to utterly dismantle the proud latina in 9 tough heats. Gershon treating Larue to the walk of shame, guiding the battered brunette around the ring with an arm around the waist - Gina showing she's still the boss, knocking off all the rust in this the most complete performance of her comeback thus far.
