BEFORE: "I'm gonna be all up in KStew's grill!" Selena promises. "LIKE THIS!" Gomez suddenly stepping back to give herself room to pop a set of brisk combos. Sight of Gomez furiously churning air while shouting stuff like: "Gettin' my punch on!" too much for Kristen: Stewart cracks up as Gomez works herself into a lather. "Well...I don't really know how to follow that," Stewart chuckles. "She's feisty - I'll give her that. The kid's like any Disney prospect - polished and fit - but don't be thinking she's got enough to upset me. Too big and strong - that's the story here. Gomey's wicked air-combos can't change that." Gomez in sexy purple print bikini; black hair damp, loose; small black gloves. Kristen in green lace push up bra; hot pink bikini bottoms; small pink gloves. Krissy extending mitts to touch 'em up when asked: Selena seething, brings her paws down hard atop Krissy's ...Gomez so hot to trot that Kristen can only shake her head in amusement.

R1: Gomez spitting jabs - pinprick poke perhaps, but it's a quick, darting lick - scorring against Kristen's brow/forehead while Gomey's shuttling clockwise. Kristen right hand at chin; left held lower...she's easing back out of range, taking a look-see early - obviously needing to reasses Selena's handspeed. Gomez circling, darting in off poke: she's getting nice brisk feather-duster shoeshine across Kristen's waist - touching Stewart up as KStew forms sturdy earmuff in receipt. Halfway through - Selena deliberately penetrates to rack via adventurous lead right hands: pair of stamping strikes changes Stewart's demeanor from recon to hurt-mode. Final minute - Krissy stepping forward, using right hand to swat Gomey's jab down while sweeping hooks to Selena's chin. Gomez clocked, steppin' shabby: she covers up earmuff, putting toned abs on sale for a slamming KStew right/left. Bell: Stewart about to hook Selena's liver late, but aborting the shot instead...Selena still covered up in earmuff, sees she's safe, and drops a cheap right hand onto Krissy's jugs! Mayhem ensues - ref jumping in quick as angered Stewart looks for payback.

R2: Selena scooting, circling, changing directions...lot of leg, not so much punching as KStew's advancing with a scowl. Stewart with bad intentions, but Selena's nimble legs no joke: bigger brunette having some trouble cutting off the ring on fleet footed Gomez. Not enough offence from Selena - judges have to give Krissy the round just for coming forward - but Gomez taunting Kristen at the bell like the world's cutest little gangsta.

R3: Sporty stuff from Selena: quick little pre-emptive combos dousing Kristen, keeping her covered up. Gomez scootin', turning her girl. When Stewart forms rigid peek-a-boo, Gomez flurries the body; whenever possible, Selena's working Kristen's vampire-loving rack. Selena doing so well, an excited Cassie Scerbo jumps out of her seat and screams "DIG AT HER LIVER, GOMEY!" loud enough to be heard on camera. Bell: Kristen relaxes, already thinking about R4: opportunistic Gomey hooking freed up jugs on the cheap.
Kristen: "OW! You little brat!"
Gomey: "HAH!"

R4: Stewart looking to smash Gomez...but making some basic mistakes en route. Selena's quick jab getting Stewart to earmuff up: follow-up pitty-pat combos pepper Stewart's prepared defences, keeping her under wraps while Selena sidesteps. Selena's quicks giving her initiative, cashing in Stewarts paunch after frothing away up top while Stewart waits her turn. Bell to bell Gomey: Stewart unhurt, but getting no work done....she hears all about it in her corner.

R5: Selena scootin', pepperin', touching KStew up...but Stewart willing to face into these blows and punch-with. Stewart dipping to her left (inside Selena's jab) for an angle on her left uppercut: Gomez' chin coming under fire for the first time, spooking her out of her stance. Kristen striding forward, dukes curled into her chin...she's weaving side to side, dragging thick, thudding wide lefts and rights into Selena's toned waist. Gomez blanching - not loving the work on her core - Stewart able to walk her foe down, attack with ever-increasing determination as Selena's output drops.

R6: Stewart methodical - keeping her dukes-at-chin; weaving side to side - bringing the heat to Gomez' waist on approach. Selena trying to flurry Stewart off her, but Krissy no longer covering up and cooperating: KStew more than willing to trade her healthy, strapping body-whacks for Selena's pesky arm punches: Gomez visibly wearing down in the exchanges. Down the stretch, Gomez backpedalling to spots, then fighting hard: Stewart sideslips left (inside Latina jab); chips the tidy left uppercut short to Gomey's chin. Selena picked up hard - heels scooting forward as she comes undone: little beauty left baby-stepping in fence-post holes - face pinched in hurt - hands up/palms out like she's feeling for a lightswitch in the dark. Kristen setting, punching hard against the disorganized defence: Selana pounded hard either side of her jaw, sending her staggering to her right. Hook finds Selena from an oblique angle - her head slopping around on loose neck before she stumbles to a seat on her haunches. Gomez hurt, weepy...she pushes up off her haunches, but she's swaying, wobbly butt at 10...ref cradles the punching cutey to safety, caling this thing off TKO6.

After: "Gomez was one tough little cookie in there tonight," Kristen says, squinting to read the Wiz' handwriting from hastily prepared flash-cards. "She's quick as a whip - really had to focus on working that nimble body of hers to slow her down some. I'm happy with the stoppage - maybe a little quick as I know Selena had a lot left in her tank..but I WAS starting to get in there thick, so it's probably best the ref acted when he did."
