Thanks to Fight Fight for this repost

Before: Battle of big women pits Farrell, formerly Dax on Deep Space 9 against Brooke in a fight that has Single White Female overtones. Shields constantly degrades Farrell in interviews, calling her the 'poor man's Brooke Shields' among other things. Farrell is less vocal, but simmering with cold fury, and this fight is not expected to go the distance. Blue cotton Lycra stretch pants to the ankle, blue and white striped jogbra for Farrell, red stretch pants, red and white top for Brooke.

During R1: Terry a little more nimble than Brooke, starts out with stick and move, pasting Shield's forehead with a stiff left jab. Shields clinches and immediately attempts to break Terry's arm with an elbow lock. Referee intervention and a stern talking-to before action resumes. After the foul, Brooke takes over, POUNDING away with Formanesque, crude haymakers to the waist and kidneys of her opponent. Brooke walks Terry to the ropes, clinching her up under the arms, hoisting her back, then slugging ponderously at the body, uppercutting to the head. Farrell woozy, defends as best she can, but standing against the ropes, taking punches probably not the best fight plan. Big round for Brooke as she palms Terry in the face after the bell.

R2: Brooke confidently takes the fight to Terry, bodying up on the brunette, swinging wide to the gut, and trying to lift Farrell’s head off her shoulders with the crude uppercut. Farrell weathers an early storm and gets her legs back underneath her, stepping to the left behind her jab to feed a series of straight rights directly into Brooke's face. BROOKE IS HURT! Shields staggers back from the flush connects, leaning her right side against the ropes as she covers up. Farrell wades in, left hand on the ropes to anchor a series of crashing rights to the head of Shields. Brooke simply lays on the ropes, mewling and absorbing the shock AND THE FIGHT IS STOPPED!!! Controversy reigns as the referee jumps in stopping the fight and awarding Farrell the TKO. Brooke in tears, seems stunned as a brawl between corners nearly ensues in the aftermath.

After: Brooke was definitely hurt, but not out and the decision seems to cry out for a rematch. Farrell points to the fact that Brooke wasn't punching back and that the referee had no choice but to stop it. Brooke contends that she was 'laying a trap', although replays show her to be absolutely helpless and taking blows without defending. Shields punking out again, or bad decision? You decide.
