Before: Fox spiteful at the dais - just as much venom for Johansson as she might have for Lohan or any other big time movie star. "Scarlett," Megs addresses her foe directly, gesturing with both index fingers for bytchy emphasis, "let's get one thing straight. This fight isn't about what you want: it's about what I want. If I want to renovate your face, that's exactly what I'm going to do. If I want to work your tummy - it's mine, ok? You're here for me to punch into, and that's it. Got it?" Johansson bewildered by the vitriol - she shakes her head with disdain at the podium. "Maybe if Megan spent more time working on herself and less time resenting and hating others for what they've achieved - she'd be farther along than she is right now. I wasn't going to say anything, but Megan: you're a stepping stone for me and everyone else. How can I put this diplomatically? You're not special. How's that?" White hot glare from Fox - demure smile from Johansson as girls exchange lingering looks. Fox in shimmering emerald off-the-shoulder bikini - Johansson in elegant blousy-fit lavender bikini (silky, satiny material), blonde battle braid.

During R1: Scarlett pounds her way into Fox early, clubbing brunette about the temples, bashing her shoulders - swinging melee has Fox on her heels, backpedaling, scrambling to create room. Megs gets it together, right hand low, chest out, bytchy snarl in place as she jams her jab into Scarlett's face - blonde slowly brought to heel as brunette establishes distance. Late the round, Fox able to come forward behind her jab, hurling right hands wide, loud against Scarlett's ribs and tummy, backing SJ to ropes. Megs squaring away to chug, getting up into that lavender rack with both arms swinging - Johansson sitting in ropes, soaks up sock at the bell.

R2: Another hard-charging first minute, Scarlett: punching overhand rights and lusty hooks out of an aggressive slugging crouch. Again, Fox lithe-legged, getting clubbed about her head and shoulders but using the ring - she creates distance, starts getting the jab on Scarlett - gets Johansson covering up in a tight blocking guard rather than swinging away. Uppercut: Fox starts second minute with a gorgeous right uppie tuff between Johansson's mitts: blonde put wobbly butt, crouching forward hurt behind her guard. Extra jug taken by meanspirited Fox - she's up in there with long, lashing strokes, leaning her chin out over Scarlett's shoulder the better to lug in the lick. Johansson battered back to ropes in a fog - arms crossed, trying to protect her punished bosom, but the punches are coming in too fast and furious now. Foxy unleashed - wide stance, great swinging lefts and rights belt away to the face, chest, flanks - poor Johansson taking a shelling, starting to drift. Hellish stalking bombardment along the ropes - Johansson staggering to her right, no longer defending herself, right hand on top rope for balance as she wanders: Fox stepping-with, generating hateful torque from that whippet-fit frame, shifting weight from one foot to the other as she POURS it to stunned SJ. Crowd screaming - poor Johansson just standing dopey at the ropes, right arm over the top strand for balance, head getting shellacked - ref FINALLY jumps in. TKO2 Fox - hateful little minx has to be bodily carried away as she wriggles and writhes to get at helpless Scarlett some more.

After: Prancing walk of shame Fox to Johansson - Megs with that lip-curl sneer in place, roughly pulling Scarlett around with a firm right arm around blonde waist. Poor Johansson tempest-tossed, eyes groggy with shock and disbelief - obviously a KO loss hadn't been anticipated. Fox very artful with her walk, posing Scarlett in each corner, punctuating the rest-stop with a savage nod of her head - girl certainly has a way about herself in triumph.
