Three vicious uppercuts--distributed more or less evenly over 5 minutes of fighting--separated Bowen from her senses long enough to grant Lucy this devastating KO victory.

Showing bounding leg and bewildering upper body gyrations--Lou proved her old fearsome self in totally beguiling the classy, but extremely orthodox Bowen. Julie seemed mesmerized throughout, tentative with her usual sick-straight jab, and thorougholy intimidated after the shock of Liu's first landed haymaker.

A fine "I'm not dead yet" performance reminds everybody just how dangerous Lucy is at flyweight when she's on.
