Although fight hyped by bad blood between the participants, cynics suggest it's all about Casta snapping her losing streak before it becomes a slump. Laetitia doesn't disappoint, delivering one of the most gruesome, hard-to-watch beatings of an aging icon fans have ever seen. Stone down to a right hand in the first and it gets worse from there - round after round of accurate hard punching from Casta, systematic dismantlement of her foe's body, taking out the legs, rendering the chin vulnerable. The fifth is a highlight reel treasure - Casta lighting Stone up with crashing right hands chin and heart, battering the lock-legged blonde all around the ring to finally leave her weeping on her knees at the bell. Still, Stoney won't quit. With Casta slightly punched out, a ramshackle Sharon somehow takes the 6th, and then hangs in there for a dreadful pounding the rest of the way. Stone down again in the 10th, but punching back in the final minute - it's a remarkable brawl in a lot of ways. Laetitia just too young, too good at this point - she leaves Sharon Stone a devastated wreck, mumbling about retirement in the aftermath of a fight she honestly thought she'd dominate.
