4. Emma Watson vs Virginie Ledoyen (Flyweight)

Emma:

(28, 5’6, 24:21 FCBA, VIXENs)

Virginie:
(32, 5’5, 43:48:3 FCBA, TU Europe)

BEFORE:

“Let’s not forget that Virginie’s beaten me... TWICE now. How I’d ever let that happen, I have no idea,” Emma Watson saying to reporters, the first one to poke fun at herself during the pre-fight press conference as she young British actress lets out a short, nervous laugh. “That was way back when I was still settling down in the business. You can be sure that I’m not going to let her win a third time tonight.”

“Who knew that trashing someone like Watson wasn’t enough to bring you fame or fortune,” Virginie cutting back immediately once the attention is turned to her. She sets Emma with a sly smile from the other end of the table. “‘Watson, Watson, Watson!’ Everyone is always chanting her name. Yet, I’m the one who knocked her out two times now, and a third time after tonight. I was happy she asked for a third fight - the girl’s sure as dumb as she is successful!”

Virginie excitedly bouncing as she tries her hand at more intimidation tactics when she meets Emma at the center of the stage, getting into the Brit’s face and trying to provoke a violent reaction. Watson by contrast holding herself steady, calm, lips pursed into a small, amused smile, trying not to let any sound betray her discomfort. Girls are about four years apart in terms of age, with Ledoyen almost more than double the number of Emma’s fights alone. Let’s see if she can repeat her impressive feats from earlier, shall we?

In the ring itself, Emma’s looking classy and scintillating at the same time - white cloth top wrapped around her torso tightly, giving her plenty of flexibility whilst showing off her toned midriff at the same time. She’s wearing a pair of yellow boxing briefs and black gloves for this contest. Virginie donning a pink/black sports bra, grey shorts and red gloves, making for stark contrast. Referee is ready to kick this match off, so HERE we go with ten rounds of Flyweight action!

ROUND 1:
Emma showing some surprising aggression early on as the two gals meet in the middle of the ring simultaneously at the ring of the bell! If Virginie was surprised, she ain’t showing it, her instincts taking over as the pair immediately get to swinging! We forgot to mention that it’s a continuation of the 100-years war when the French and English royalty did battle in the 14th and 15th centuries. The classic rivalry continues tonight as both girls look like they’ve got something to prove, taking turns smacking each other around, with Virginie scoring plenty of the early blows into the actress’ face, then becomes the one on the receiving end as Watson slaps leather into either side of her face repeatedly. Emma definitely having come a long way herself ever since her debut face-off against Ledoyen all those years ago. Back then, she conducted herself with more restraint, less confidence. But Virginie cursing out loud now in 2019 - she’s not used to an overly-aggressive Watson, who keeps on letting punches loose into her face, much less someone who’s also packing some power to hurt.

ROUND 2:
Ledoyen adapting well by staying a little distance back in the next round, though we can’t be 100% sure if it’s an intelligent move on her part, or just more caution the Frenchwoman is employing. Emma with no such qualms, heads straight for her foe and starts shooting jabs all over her frame, thereby keeping up the pressure for the first minute. Virginie blocking well enough, fending off most of the punches but can’t keep the barrage off herself forever. She takes a one-two straight to the lips and then backs away looking stunned. Watson chasing after, perhaps a little too eagerly, finding some renewed resistance when Virginie makes herself small and Watson’s blows bouncing harmlessly off her back and arm. Emma suddenly EATING a right hook to the face outta nowhere, Ledoyen paying her back with British blood on the canvas! Crowds loving this exchange of bad feelings for each other, but the girls finally get spooked enough to spend the remainder of the round at opposite ends of the ring.

ROUND 3:
Emma learnt her lesson back there, reminded that she still can’t go blindly charging into a battle without a sound strategy in place. She taps lightly at Virginie’s guard from afar, before carefully showing off her own power with a step-in cross blow streaking straight to the middle of the French girl’s arms. The blow pushes her backwards, but more importantly, disrupts Virginie’s own attack plans, with the brunette visibly wincing at being on the receiving end of Emma’s power. Virginie successfully parrying one such fist off to one side, gleefully replying with a one-two combo sent into Watson’s body. But before she can unleash hell on the pretty girl’s face, Watson knocks her head upwards first with a wild uppercut smacking into the jawline, the Brit actress having held her own ground and FIRED back just as her foe was least expecting her to! Ledoyen stunned and reeling backwards, arms all over the place as she desperately attempts to mount a defence. Watson calm, confident, measured, continuing her assault by slamming her fist over and over into Virginie’s nostrils, the third such punch absolutely FLOORING Ledoyen down onto her back!

KNOCKDOWN for Emma Watson in surprisingly dominant fashion, leaving poor Virginie lying there, her senses punched out silly as she shakes her head from left to right on the canvas, the Frenchwoman’s arms waving helplessly in the space above her chest, powerless to even get back off her side! Referee reaches the 10-count and waves off this absolutely one-sided contest!

Official Decision: Emma Watson defeats Virginie Ledoyen via KO3!

AFTER:

Finally a victory secured for the British starlet, though some pundits must be surely saying that it shouldn’t have taken her this long in the first place, and this many fights in order to come out on top of someone like Ledoyen. Virginie by all accounts still defiant once she’s recovered and escorted backstage by her own corner, her face patched up and bruised but still having the balls to loudly berate reporters in the absence of Watson.

“I STILL MANAGED TO BEAT YOU TWICE, EMMA! I BEAT YOU TWICE!!”

Emma on the other hand just smiling sweetly, back to her gentle, confident self as she celebrates with fellow Vixen Kyra Santoro in her corner.

“I knew this time would be different. And I have a feeling it’s definitely going to be like this from here on out, no matter how many more times we face each other in the ring. I’m going to be the one coming out on top from now on.”
