Lightweight gunslingers squaring off - town ain't big enough for the two of them. KruZherS preparing Garner with a tough Heigl bout, Janet and Charlize able to observe close hand while directing Katherine to attack the body - Jennifer shakes off the gamesmanship with typical indifference.

"Chewing through KruZherS is no big deal," says the former champ. "I put Brittany Daniel out of boxing, I gave Katherine a hardy work out, and Charlize is just the next name on the list."

Theron with a list of quotes from several magazine articles to keep her properly motivated. "According to Jennifer - the sport has passed me by," grins the blonde on the dais. "Guess I'm pretty much worn out, had my day. Jennifer IS a great athlete, a fair actress and somebody to be respected - but she's no Charlize Theron. I'm going to teach this girl the difference between good and great when we get together. She's got gaping holes in her game I intend to fill and mark my words: Jennifer Garner won't be the same once I'm done with her."

Rd 1: Charlize loose, hands and posture of a Salsa dancer, shoulders gently rolling as she glides to her left. Theron featuring a snapping, open-hand jab - backhand delivery drawing some warnings from the ref - Charlize ignores him. Garner more compact, rigid - dukes up at eyebrows, chin tucked, angular crouch - she's stepping in and popping that jab, bobbing abruptly, pivoting crisply - stark contrast in styles early. Theron in breezy control, keeping Garner well outside, blonde using her height like a champ until the dying moments. Garner jabbing to the body, jabbing to the head, dips in to drop a gambling right tidy over Theron's jab, following up a jagged left uppercut - bingo-on-the-chin punching has Theron stomping back ragged on her heels. Charlize earmuffing up, stooping forward - Garner squaring away and ripping a shattering burst of tight rights and lefts to the ribs and waist - thumping splatter-barrage leaves Charlize tremble-bodied, steals the round for the brunette.

Rd 2: Garner picking up where she left off - jabbing body and head - sticking straight pokes - quick pivots to the left and sudden straight right hands off the shoulder. Jennifer with Paul Molitor type explosion - never any sign she's going to get off. Second minute, Jennifer pressing the attack, sprucing Theron up tummy and face the jab, turning over right hands, back with the hook and GARNER GOES DOWN! Supple Charlize stepping back, blocking and parrying in good order, times a swinging whip-hook through the maze of Garner leather and scores a quick put-down. JG up immediately, bouncing on her toes, breathing in through her nose, nodding anxiously at the ref - she's treated to the superior smirk and dancing eyes of her pampered blonde foe. Theron content with the knockdown, gets on her bicycle, circling and fending off Garner attacks with open-glove parries. Theron cooing taunts at the bell - Jennifer red-cheeked at having been bamboozled into a knockdown.

Rd 3: Jennifer sticking to her plan - more head movement this time, bringing her hands back sharp, taking away Theron's counter opportunities. Bell to bell Garner - just a masterful dressing down of Charlize to wipe the smile of blonde lips. Belly jabs locating Theron, positioning her, face jabs screening her - sharp right hands stabbing to teeth and tits - Garner working all 4 compass points, cutting off the ring then slowly tightening the noose. Theron drawing in her elbows, looking more concerned than she has - Garner's abrupt right hands off the shoulder hard to pick up - Charlize getting her face spanked, reacting late as JG post the shutout. Post-bell - Garner helping herself to a saucy chunk of Theron backside - blonde turns open-mouthed in outrage, gets a dose of dimples as Jennifer grins back brazen.

Rd 4: Fight settling in to rhythm. Garner leading - she's quicker mitted, dictating tempo with her feet, pivoting to angles and getting off with straight combinations. Theron hanging back, using her height, letting Garner come to her and trying to time the work. Charlize batting at incoming punches to parry and misdirect them, occasionally flicking out a backhand jab, feinting, twitching back on her hips - she's trying to land serious rising whip-arm hooks and greasy right hands off the counter. All JG till late - Charlize leans away from the jab, slips under the right hand, twists smoothly out of the crouch to slice a vicious hook across Garner's mouth. Jennifer momentarily stunned - Theron immediately arches her back to lick a hard hook flat to taut belly, then bends into a searing right on the chin that scatters Garner wide-eyed to the ropes. Jenny wobbly butt, covering up just in time as Theron pounces with strapping licks hips, flanks and back. Theron steals a Garner round late as Jennifer wins more minutes, but gives up the decisive punches. Charlize chesting up and letting Garner hear it - ref has to take a hand as tempers/egos flare out of control.

Rd 5: Garner back in control, attacking and withdrawing in darting, angular sequences. Theron leaning onto her back foot, flinching, feinting, bringing the right hand up to her cheek and turning tightly to her left to block and roll, sliding out to change distance - but when she can't label Jen hard, she can't win these rounds. Garner tidying up the Theron belly with those stabbing, startling jabs, tarting up the Theron chest with criss-cross thumps, finding the Theron chin with rigid hesitation rights to draw appreciative shouts from the crowd. Charlize' eyes blazing - she's taking a good shot, but getting her face spanked - rare for her to get outclassed in the middle of a boxing ring and be treated to the sight of an opponent's happy dimples. Jennifer all smiles back to her corner - she's got the reflexes, the speed, the volume - slowly imposing her will in a competitive first 5.

Rd 6: Garner back to the business of outworking Charlize, but Theron adjusting. Janet wants more jabs - the flicking, pesky backhand types, but also the stinging, meanspirited up-jab from the hip - Garner getting caught, disrupted some as both girls vie for mid-ring control. Classy stuff - Theron compensating for Jennifer's speed with timing and range - Garner doubling up on her jab to the ribs, getting close and bursting in combination - Theron fading the pressure, using the ring. Down the stretch - Charlize slides back, dragging her front foot and torques a TIGHT left hook to the ear/jaw as Garner darts in. Jennifer suddenly limp - right hand dying stillborn on her shoulder - she's shook! Charlize with the left at her hip bends her supple body into a clouting right on the jaw - gobsmacking blow sending a shower of sweat from Jennifer's head - brunette toppling forward, blonde sidestepping to let Garner stagger face first into the ropes. Theron stalking forward, extending the left to split Jennifer's drooping mitts, knuckling the brunette upright and POURING in a right hand! Crowd groaning as Jennifer's head swivels grotesquely - poor brunette out on her feet, hands at her chest, eyes staring with KO'd glaze. Theron lips tight as she hardens her heart - left hand propping and measuring, right hands PLOWING past the limp left hand of Garner, smashing away on that dazed face, pounding away on broken shards of chin and GARNER GOES DOWN! Jennifer pooling to the canvas, rolling to her back - Theron giddy - raising her mitts and looking to accidentally trample the fallen girl but the ref bodies her back. Long count as Charlize struggles and carries on but it doesn't matter - Jennifer can't get off her back - KO6 in spectacular fashion, Charlize Theron!

After: Garner giving it up on her back - too many big-girl punches flush - power proving the difference tonight just as Jennifer's skills seemed to be taking the fight away from Charlize. Theron cutting her gloves off, then helping Garner off her stool - blonde wedging brunette chest first against the turnbuckles, propping Garner's muscular left leg in the ropes. Charlize climbing the ropes to pose high above Jennifer's slumped frame as flashbulbs pop - blonde with her hands on Jen's shoulders, then one hand in the damp hair, the other pointed skyward - on and on - it's quite a photo-op. Theron down from her perch, but grinning, polishing Jennifer's sweaty lower back with a forearm like she's buffing the hood of a car, then taking a firm grip of Jennifer's hips with both hands, thumbs pressing in to stretch the skin tight.

Garner's woozy face lifts, lips wet off the turnbuckle with a woozy mumbled "No..."

Charlize leans in close, whispering into Garner's ear: "Always remember how I could have pounded your kidneys and didn't. Always remember that."
