BEFORE: "I don't watch TV," Fox is saying to someone in the press - not even speaking into her mic. "I don't know who she is...no I'm serious...she's like - what is she? Olivia what? She's just gonna get beat so it doesn't even matter..." On and on in that vain - Fox almost Sheen-like in her disregard for pre-fight conventions. "Is this kid for real?" Wilde says, bemused by it all. "She's heading into the beating of a life time, and she's acting like it's going to be all her getting work done on some cupcake? Megan's handlers better get her head out of her ass, 'cause there's about to be a boot up in there and she's gonna wind up with a concussion!" Megan in teal "Turistas" bikini; small white gloves; hair loose n' tangly, tucked behind ears. Fox in dark green bikini; small black gloves; hair loose n' tangly, tucked behind the ears.

During R1: Fox dukes up, elbows in...she's steppin'-to in good form, lathering Wilde right/left across the waist - nice snik-snak attack from wiry Megan. Wilde shipping shellack, using her legs...she'll slides away from Megan, hit ropes, chip a sneaky lead right off the bounce, sidestep-round Megan's left flank. Wilde showing some respect for Megan's determined body-licks, but basically controlling tempo and distance with legs...Olivia gradually getting her jab on Meg, luring her forward into springy right hands, cuffing hooks in a brisk first.

R2,3,4: Similar action - Fox surprisingly aggressive - coming forward behind blocking guard, looking to lash her mitts to Wilde's waist/flanks. Good sticky clout from Meg, but Olivia taking it well - using legs to slide back into ropes - bouncing off with sneaky right hands - playing angles. Tough to score - Olivia's ring generalship in evidence, and she's landing some sneaky right hands flush to Megan's head, but Fox really striping Wilde's body in spots.

R5: Wilde backing away as Megan's trying to locate her - Fox missing rights and lefts as Olivia's just out of range. Olivia fades to ropes, gets cute: Wilde twisting shoulders side to side, dipping and rolling as Megan continues to flail - making Fox miss half a dozen shots. Olivia roams to her right, left at her hip but spitting up-jabs to startle Megan's face. Meg chases Olivia to midring: Wilde drills her a pre-emptive right hand supple off the shoulder, buckling Megan's knees. Olivia reloads, crosses another short right to Megan's chin, then doubles a buggywhip right to Foxy's left hip. Megan crying out - reaching her hands to push at Olivia: Wilde touches another clapping right to Megan's ribs, then licks the supple right uppercut to chin. Megan's head kicks back/lolls forward...she totters forward, then scatters to all fours, badly rocked. Small smile Olivia Wilde as she's looking down: Megan's hurt, shabby getting up. Wobbly 8, Meg Fox: Olivia Wilde moving in all limber - smoking Meg a bolo right hand to midsection, followed by a tight left hook in close. Meg in trouble, reaching her left hand to tie up...Wilde keeping her elbows in tight, just twitching her shoulders side to side to clip Megan snug, swiping lefts and rights to chin. SO tidy - Olivia clipping Meg with no backswing, bringing fists back to her tummy or tits after clouting Foxy's face...THE REF STEPS IN! Nothing back from Megan but a vacant stare...she's out on her feet, swooning when ref saves her. TKO5 Olivia Wilde.

After: Wilde smiling prettily, eyes dancing: Fox a nice little bauble for the jewelry box - Olivia's feeling her oats. "I totally had that girl in my back pocket from the opening bell," Olivia claims, neatly dismissing the effect of Megan's body strokes early. "I saw all her punches, saw her legs weren't up to snuff, and I just picked her apart. I'm stoked, and I think I've earned a big fight." When pushed for names, Wilde is respectful, but firm: "I owe Minka - I know I'm better than that. I'd love to compare skills with Nicole Scherzinger, or pick apart Elisha Cuthbert's pressure. I wouldn't back down from Kate Beckinsale, and I'd still love to take on Penelope Cruz if we can work out the details. Bottom line is, I'm ready to grab some spotlight and all I need is somebody willing to give it up!"
