Charlize outbidding a slew of celebrities intent on stripping the so-called ‘weak sister’ of the lightweight champs: clock is ticking for 40 something Famke.

“She’s everything I want in an opponent,” Charlize gushes. “Famke fights at the range I like - I don’t have to worry about her making a pest of herself in close - she doesn’t have the legs she used to, and she’s china-chinned. That belt’s as good as mine right now!” Janssen refusing to paper over her championship with soft comp - seeking to legitimize her reign right off the bat with a lucrative Theron defense. “You could call me a bit of a Krusher-Killer,”

Famke shrugs, referring to her magnificent defeat of heavily favoured Katherine Heigl in the lightweight tournament. “Adding Theron would be a fantastic way to cement my legacy. Charlize is a great champion - I’m only sorry that I didn’t have the chance to fight her more often in my career - I really think we could have had one of the great rivalries in FCBA history. I’m not going to run from her - I’ll definitely trade with her because as strong as she is, I feel like I have the best right hand in the fight. Maybe she’ll be able to take it, maybe she won’t, but point is: I’m DEFINITELY going to find out.”

Peta Wilson joins the Janssen camp to mimic Theron in sparring - old rivals teaming up to take down CT.

Famke with black hair dressed in oily curls, worn up - pink lace push up and panties. Charlize in green string bikini. White gloves, both vixens.

Rd 1: Statuesque beauties front-up midring - strong gun platform stances, right hands cocked. Straight punching off the shoulder - shafting rights and lefts - Janssen with the early edge as she pastes Charlize’ mouth a pair of dandy stiff rights over Theron’s left early on. CT unfazed, stands her ground, continuing to indulge - she’s rewarded in second minute trading as a slanting right finds Famke’s jaw, followed by a curling left ripped tight to chin - JANSSEN WOBBLES TO ONE KNEE! Veteran brunette going down of her own accord, shaking off terrific blows to her chin - Charlize struts past, winking saucily at her hurting foe. Action resumes after Famke’s 8: Theron getting all big-girl at the ropes, batting straight-arm strokes against Famke’s pale flanks. Janssen shaken, but covering up well, makes it to the bell well-thumped by her challenger in the first.

Rd 2: Girls close, flinty-eyed: straight-punching slugging ensues as tall girls engage toe-to-toe. CHARLIZE IS HURT! Famke with a chopping, accurate right hand taps CT’s chin, steps right and taps it again, mixing in a pumping left hook flat to solar-plexus to bunch big blonde up. Charlize grimacing, dukes at her temples - she totters forward, eating a rigid left uppercut between her mitts as champ scores, pivots left to turn her foe. CT showing terrific durability - shrugging off shots that seriously demoralized the likes of Denise Richards in the tournament - Theron soon piling up straight-thrusting rights and lefts on Famke’s chin, backing the brunette up. Janssen goes to the jab late, rotating clockwise behind spiteful stick: she’s got Charlize’ head banging back nicely down the stretch to take the round.

Rd 3: CRISP! Straight rights and lefts chopping forth - girls pitching from the shoulder, tilting side to side as they bang away up the middle - nice nimble footwork as girls step counterclockwise. Famke getting much the better of it - punching her right over CT’s left, her left over CT’s right and scoring repeatedly to the chin - Theron visibly breaking down as Janssen rings up racking connect after racking connect: CHARLIZE GOES DOWN! Crowd screaming in surprise as Theron goes wobbly butt, gets disorganized, then crumbles awkwardly to all fours under a penetrating barrage of stiff Janssen power shots. Famke strutting pink-panty to neutral corner, returning Charlize’ post-knockdown wink in kind: plenty of sauce to go around tonight. Theron up at 8, grimly banging her mitts together: she lifts her dukes to eyebrows, wades off the ropes and smites Famke a short right hand on the chin to discourage any thought of a Janssen finishing run. Janssen lifting her mitts, leaning forward - girls’ heads and guards very close together - lanky-limbed lasses tightening up stroke to nip, chop, and club at each other tidy to the bell. Tell-tale wobble in Charlize’s trunks: she was brave off the canvas, but fought the entire round hurt.

Rd 4: Charlize just keeps coming, convinced the older woman can’t sustain the punching pace of the first three rounds. Free-swinging Theron lefts and rights take Famke in the gut - rich, batting blows, backing brunette up, sending tremors down long legs as Charlize shows brawn. This is robust punching - fight-winning punching - Janssen all cramped up, cringing at the ropes - sensational galloping rights and lefts pound at her rib and tummy meat and FAMKE TAKES A KNEE! Tears standing in champ’s eyes - she rises grimly at 8, sniffling as Charlize hungrily advances from neutral corner. Sustained brutality, Theron staying big on the champ - shoulder-cycling in a muscular jab to stabilize Famke, then bashing at her with pulverizing rights, whip-curl lefts. JANSSEN’S DOWN AGAIN! Crunching blows to the head daze Famke, scatter her to all fours - Charlize happily jogging to neutral corner, frisky with her second knockdown of the champ. Peta screaming for Famke to “GET UP!” - Janssen struggling up off the mat: nose is bleeding, right eye closing fast, and here - oh, here - comes Charlize Theron. Beat down pure and simple - Charlize squaring away strong, palming her girl’s shoulders, then laying down a thick, lavish stroking to torso and skull. Janssen drawing on every minute of experience to ride this out: clinching, blocking and rolling. Famke weathers an horrific beating, but keeps her feet, staggers to her corner as Charlize pounds out the 10-7.

Rd 5: Crowd screaming as Charlize connects on an early right cross: Famke’s right (back) foot skidding forward on contact as she crumples, but doesn’t fall after the shocking impact. CT rich and thick to the body - grinning grimly as she torques side to side to lash home withering rights and lefts - Theron wisely tearing up the older-woman’s power plant, testing those 40 something legs. Janssen crafty - she’s falling back in pain, but walking Theron into stern right hands on the chin, then tieing up for breaks. CT the boss, but Famke getting a slower pace, surviving dangerous moments as Theron can’t capitalize.

Rd 6: Famke’s jab pre-empts Charlize, startling her: crisp right cross; sticking left hook to solar-plexus cramps Golden Goddess up as CT folds forward hurt. Famke piecing out her jab as she steps right, finds an angle, leans in to stroke her right hand clean to CT’s jaw - then jerks that meanspirited left up into Theron’s aching sternum yet again. Janssen shaking Theron’s legs, but can’t get them to give way - Charlize hurt, but continuing to shake off punishment, walking her girl down as Famke is forced to the perimeter.

Rd 7: Famke staking all on early right hands, landing again and again to Theron’s chin - but blonde won’t take a backward step. Charlize willing to absorb fearful punching for the chance to stroke back at aging ribs - she’s gutting Famke tonight, shutting her down. Janssen winded, breathing hard through pursed lips: she clinches again, grimacing as Theron presses her heavily to ropes for ref’s breaks. All Charlize from the minute mark on - she’s shadowing Famke along the ropes, pinning her down with heavy, shoulder-cycling jabs; clanging away short, muscular right hands up top; mopping up strapping left hooks to waist. Famke trying to fight her way off the ropes without success - Theron just pushing brunette back into position, then belting her, really piling on the shellack. Battered, discouraged - Famke takes another veteran knee, wincing en route: Charlize lifting her mitts, strutting to neutral corner feeling like the better woman through 7.

Rd 8: Famke grim, resolute, but growing weaker by the minute: too much youth, size, strength and class on the Theron side of the equation. CT pressing her foe along the perimeter, punishing Famke more and more with a sledgehammer jab, then cleaning up crosses and hooks - Theron careful never to take too much at any one time, rarely giving Janssen the chance to counter. Famke busting up, covered up earmuff and suffering along the ropes - only tactical clinches and the odd sly slide-to-the-side on the ropes preventing her from succumbing to Charlize’ advances.

Rd 9: Too much Charlize; not enough Famke left to hold her back. Janssen quickly forced to assume the position: stooped forward behind her guard, butt-in-ropes. Theron with her head nudging against Famke’s guard; Theron’s dukes relaxed at her waist as she patiently straps home withering lefts and rights against Famke’s ribs and pain-wracked tummy. CT unhurried, methodically beating the breath out of Janssen - champion wilting in the ropes, shaking upon contact as she absorbs shock. Minute mark - Janssen beginning to loosen up: Theron starts coming off the body with uppercuts, punching her way into Famke’s breasts and chin, picking brunette up hefty. Peta crying now - shouting for ref to stop it - Theron just systematically hammering poor Famke into stupor. FINALLY, Janssen droops to all fours: mouth open, arms trembling - she sits back on her haunches, trying to find the wherewithal to stand, but it’s no go! KO9 in thumping fashion, Charlize Theron.

After: Theron adds another belt to her collection - just too physical for her older opponent tonight. “I thought the direct approach would be best against Famke,” a scuffed-up Charlize explains, anticipating Tractorpull criticism that she got hit too much tonight.

“I wanted Janssen trading with me, I wanted a punching contest because I knew there was no way she could survive it. If I had boxed her - I probably could have outclassed her, but you never know. Judges have a way of surprising you, and I didn’t want any suprises out of Famke tonight!”

Famke badly beaten, but gracious enough to offer comments in the wake of this devastating setback - she addresses the question of her impending retirement. “With all respect to Charlize, I’m not going to retire now: I don’t want Theron to add that little accolade to her already considerable list of accomplishments. Peta Wilson has already agreed to face me in my final fight as a professional - and believe me, after our sparring sessions for this fight - I know we’ve got MORE than enough left to give a good show. Tonight - Charlize was everything I thought she’d be. I hit her a TON - really good, cracking shots, and I just couldn’t keep her off me. She caught me with some GOOD bodyshots - great bodyshots - that really effected me. You know, she was just too much at this point. Put me in with her on my 35th birthday and it’s a different story!”
