Before: Lopez the newly crowned In Style magazine champ comes into this fight in fantastic shape, a tight 5'6" 120 pounds. Theron issues the challenge, but Lopez dominates pre-fight sessions with "Baby, you don't want this" type rhetoric. Lopez in royal blue two piece aerobics gear, white sneakers, honey coloured hair - Theron in white two piece aerobics suit, white sneakers, blonde tousle.

During R1: All Jen Lopez early as Theron looks sluggish early. Lopez bobs her way inside, sets up on Theron's chest and works diligently at breaking down the taller girl with body shots. Theron with her elbows in, retreats much of the round, but can't get space to punch. Gritty shutout round for Lopez, who taunts Charlize after the bell.

R2: Charlize gets on track with the jab, sticking the punch out straight and hard to disrupt Lopez' rushes early. Jen backs out, regroups, and midway through the round, bangs a hard right round punch underneath Theron's jab to the ribs, buckling the big blonde's legs. Theron slow to recoup, lets Lopez step to one side, and a short left hook drops Charlize on her butt for a flash knock down. Theron takes the punch well, stands, and boxes smartly the rest of the way, keeping Lopez at a distance to the bell.

R3: Lopez continues to pressure, ducking and slipping the jab, coming inside behind an overhand right to the head, or a right round punch to the ribs, then setting up shop on Theron's chest. Charlize discovers the uppercut, jerking it into Jen's chin, but the Latina keeps Theron's arms in with a steady body beat. Round ends with Theron sitting on the ropes, soaking up lefts and rights to her waist as Lopez gets the rhythm.

R4: Jen Lopez staggers Theron with a withering series of left hooks in behind the right elbow, and Charlize wobbles to the ropes in pain. Jen pours it on this round, smiling smugly as she leans in against the taller girl, pulling back to land short, clubbing blows to the midsection and jaw. Again, Theron is ineffective inside, holding Jen behind the neck and trying to smother the smaller girl. Another methodical shutout for Lopez who is wracking up the mileage on Charlize' legs.

R5: Charlize opens a little wobbly this round, but Lopez is over anxious, walking into the jab, and taking some short right hands for her arrogance. Good recovery round for Theron as she retreats in good order, sticks the jab, ties Lopez up on the inside, and muscles Jennifer into corners whenever possible.

R6: Jen Lopez just keeps coming. Again, she hurts Charlize with sustained hooks to the ribs and liver, bending Theron over in pain. Lopez smiling, walking Charlize back, leans in, then steps back to belt the blonde with short shots. Charlize can't get off the ropes, and Jennifer won't be denied - slugging the blonde's trunks, tummy and jaw. By the final minute, Jen has Charlize hanging on, and the Latina shoves and slugs at will to the bell. Once again, Charlize can't recover during the break, and she looks a desperate fighter at this point.

R7: Jennifer walks to Charlize with her hands at her side, smiling smugly, then suddenly steps into a short right to the sternum to push Theron back a step. Lopez beats Charlize to a pulp this round, head butting the blonde with inside rushes, pounding the stomach with both hands, and clubbing away on the solid jaw of Theron with short hooks. Charlize spending all of her time up against the ropes, taking withering blows, and doing very little in return. Lopez is shaking off that right hand now, and making Charlize pay dearly for any offense.

R8: Charlize Theron wobbles out a shot fighter, gloves at her chin as Lopez walks straight into her. Jen with the left hook pulverizes Charlize into a cringing hunch, then shoves the blonde roughly to the corner. Jen feels it and pours it on, hair wild in her eyes and mouth as she swings away with murderous combinations. Theron's head snaps violently to either side as her eyes grow dim, and it is all Jen Lopez. Crippling lefts to the ribs, jolting rights to the chin, shoulder to reset, then back in, and Charlize Theron can't take it. Theron, out on her feet staggers forward. Lopez grinning, actually gives Charlize a quick peck on the cheek before stepping to the side and allowing the blonde to crash to the canvas. Merciless beatdown KO for Jen Lopez!

After: Jennifer Lopez doesn't even acknowledge her opponent, using the air time to call out Jamie Luner: "It's time baby," says Jen, "Let's see who's really all that!" For Charlize, quite possibly the worst beating she has ever experienced in terms of sheer punishment received versus what she dished out.
