Pressure's off Theron a little with the Knowles win under her belt, but this is still a crucial fight with the winner a front-runner in the Cat Bell Sweepstakes. Photo op during weigh in turns ugly as the girls face off, Elizabeth sneering, Charlize doesn't like the 'tude and throws a short right to trigger a wild melee. Theron not known for these sorts of shenanigans, but she's clearly focused on not letting Elizabeth bully her in any way shape or form.

Shannon in bra style bikini, stars on navy background top, red bottoms - Charlize in black silk bikini, shoulder length MTV locks.

Round 1: Easy breezy boxing from Charlize - dancing, slapping contact, using the ring. Elizabeth stepping forward, can't get into that swaying, cranking rhythm with Theron gliding about. Charlize just getting into the fight, pocketing some points, looks ready to stink out the joint for a decision if she has to.

Round 2: Shannon getting leggy, cuts off the ring - Theron's back to the ropes and a shattering 3 punch combo bursts off the blonde's face and chest, staggering her in the opening moments. Elizabeth in wide stance, bending left and right as she pulls lanky licks into Theron - Charlize hurt, but doing a nice job of slipping, then clinching to get out of the jam. Fight bogs down as Theron ties up the arms, walks Elizabeth around. Down the stretch, girls are flat footed, laying in with each other - Elizabeth's hands around Charlize' back - Theron digging into the firm sides and back with clouting blows around brunette arms.

Round 3: SLUGGING! Charlize brazenly standing in front of Elizabeth, both girls elbows in, hands at their chests, working with tight stroking licks to the head and body. Nice lanky, banging action in close, girls pushing each other with bracing elbows, putting 3 and 4 swatting blows together as they take turns. Midway through, Charlize gets to Shannon - a curling right uppercut shuts the brunette down, nice little left shoulder bump, then a double pump hook on the belly, another right uppercut and Elizabeth starts to baby-step backward. Shannon groggy, not punching back - Theron walking her down, keeping the punches short, rising lefts and rights in curling arcs bat back Elizabeth's head and bite into her ribs. Hard working Charlize down the stretch - Shannon stooped forward off the ropes, just taking as Theron punishes her with nonstop, lanky, methodical leather to the bell.

Round 4: BOXING! Charlize playing mind games now - she steps out and gets back on her toes, leaving Shannon 2 moves behind. Theron gliding clockwise, doubling up on the stick, changing direction to wrong foot her girl. Elizabeth stalking but not getting off gets outclassed for points this round

Round 5: SLUGGING! Theron back in toe to toe, banging and clanging with Elizabeth, actually adopting Shannon's loose delivery as the girls look like mirror images during spanking give and take. Both women taking a terrific shot - clean connects on the chin get nothing from long strong legs - girls just soaking it up and answering back. Sweaty work - heads scrub together inside as the girls measure each other with the extended left elbow or forearm, then lash away with rising licks. Hands at chest level the entire time, each girl putting sequences together, then bringing her hands back to be in position for her turn. Too close to call - girls stand each other up and bang away for 3 long minutes in a phone booth.

Round 6: More slugging! Charlize the boss in so far as it's she who determines the tenor of the rounds. Theron wants it toe to toe - girls taking turns with 3 stroke licks, elbows in, legs and torsos behind the loose, but short swatting attacks. Both girls working up the middle with rising action, but down the stretch, Charlize mixes it up, swiping a hard right hand over the top, clouting Elizabeth upside the head time and again to back the brunette up. Shannon stops punching, gets bludgeoned to the ropes, reaches dreamily for Charlize' waist as the blonde keeps stuffing it in to the body, then jamming up top with right forearms on the jaw as Elizabeth tries to cuddle up.

Round 7: Charlize back to classy/elusive - Elizabeth looking shopworn, sluggish. Theron boxing outside, keeping Shannon on the end of her punches, then sidestepping with an insolent hand at the brunette's hip or elbow. Turning, pivoting to angles, backing out to walk around her girl - Charlize takes the round off, easing up on the punching power, but touching Elizabeth pretty consistently for points.

Round 8: Charlize in Shannon's kitchen, bumping temples, moving her hands in rising curls from her chest to lick at Shannon's face and breasts - Elizabeth sullen, getting banged up and giving ground as she stands right in front, hands up but not punching back. Middle minute, Charlize starts dropping in that wide, slightly overhand right and it's finding Elizabeth jaw every time with satisfying smack. Elizabeth going wobbly butt, beaten close to the ropes, drops her shoulder and digs Theron to the trunks. Charlize gasping, then answering with vigour: a barrage of lashing low blows, long arms just galloping to Shannon's groin beats the brunette to a sobbing seat on the ropes - Shannon's hands reaching desperately to clinch as the ref shoves Theron back. Blonde gets the warning, but it's just hardhearted working woman's justice as Charlize won't be bullied. Final minute a controlled white wash for Charlize - she's standing Elizabeth up at the ropes, working with steady, loose-limbed punching, tagging belly, breasts and jaw with snapping, curling punches at close range.

Round 9: Charlize hungry for more, listening intently to Lange in her corner - Elizabeth groaning, grimacing as endswell is applied to her eyebrows, massage applied to her thighs. Theron stomping across the ring, squaring up once again and going toe to toe - Elizabeth gritting her teeth, lashing back - it's even give and take with both women lathering away. Down the stretch, clouting right hands out wide have Elizabeth staggering sideways - Charlize once again takes over, starts doubling up right hands to the gut, then 2 left hands on the cheek, then 2 right hands on the ear - at the bell, Elizabeth buckled into the ropes, earmuff guard, just swaying from punishment as Charlize HEAPS it on! Theron slugging after the bell, has to be bodied off by the ref as Elizabeth struggles to get upright.

Round 10: Theron back on top, banging hard, refusing to be backed off or hurt by Elizabeth as the brunette trades back but can't get her way. Charlize stepping out occasionally, moving right as she skids her jab across Shannon's lips, then back in with the clouting wide right hand on the jaw, and curling strokes up against the torso and chin through the middle. As she has in most of these rounds, Shannon fights hard for the first two minutes, then just shuts down, covering up, sagging back to the ropes and taking a beating as Charlize slathers on the hurt. Theron in her glory down the stretch, lashing Elizabeth around the sides, across the back, picking up the chin with loose limbed outside-in right uppercuts, keeping her head on either side of Shannon to avoid receipts. At the bell, Elizabeth mute with punishment - ringing beat down UD10 administered by Charlize Theron!

After: A jacked up Shannon Elizabeth dazed, bruised in her corner - she stunned Charlize early and then never got another chance as blonde put together a masterful fight plan. Boxing, brawling, standing in, stepping out - brilliant strategy brilliantly executed delivers a near shutout beating for Charlize who gives credit where it's due:

"Jessica Lange really solved this girl for us, no question about it. I've waited a long time for this fight. I just gave Shannon Elizabeth the beating of her career - something Cat Bell has never been able to do, and I don't want to hear anymore crap about me having to 'earn' a shot. Bell wouldn't fight Elizabeth if Shannon showed up in a wheelchair, and I just DEMOLISHED the kid. I'm through playing around Cat: I. Want. YOU."
