Before: Prefight sessions unusually bellicose - Estella making a point of chesting up and pushing on Theron a bit - Warren determined to deny any Charlize-intimidation factor. "I pushed hard for HISC to promote me as a Theron buster," Estella says of her rollercoaster corporate slugging career, "but the 'pack - Claire, Mish and Eliza mostly - wouldn't hear of it. I could never get my agenda across with those little minxes undermining me at every opportunity. Now I'm on my own, and here I am - doing what I've wanted to do all along: kick Charlize Theron's ass!" Theron pursing her lips and rolling her eyes - none too impressed with Warren's 'tude. "Yeah, this girl's getting saddled," Charlize promises at the podium. "Most of these fights have been fun, but this one I'm treating like work. Don't look for me to showboat or carry Estella - uh-uh: I'm gonna be painstaking on this girl - really get it done clean and strong. I've never shut a girl out 10-0 before - that's always been something I'd like to do, and I can't think of anyone I'd rather put the blanket on." Charlize in dark, rich, royal blue string bikini with gold attachments, small white work out mitts for maximum damage (saddle is coloured to match, highlighted with gold embroidery and fixtures to give it an Arabian feel). Warren in black bikini top, hair in long loose dirty-blonde curls; leopard print bottoms, small black work out gloves.

During R1: Stiff-sticking beauties swap jabs midring - long, strong bodies extending on poke, each lass pushing off the back (right) big toe. Warren scoring to Theron's mouth, getting the better of rangy pump outside: at the minute mark, Estella's able to convert on a slashing right cross to chin. CT knee-buckled - she staggers to her right wobbly-butt - eyes blinking out "I'm hurt". Warren pouncing in with that long jab, punching back CT's face as Theron's staggering backward: they're almost at the ropes when woozy CT stuffs a shoving underhand right to Warren's breadbasket and hooks her rigid up top. Warren startled, backs off - shows good poise in jabbing to cover her retreat. Theron forward, but still shaken - facing into Warren's stiff, jolting jabs as Estella manages range beautifully, legs out the round for points.

R2: Estella in wide stance, springy legged, up on that back (right) big toe - she's a vision of big-girl jabbing excellence. Theron catching face spank - her hands down around her waist - but she times it, lifting a snappy right hand pull-counter off her thigh, dropping it over Warren's left jab to startle E a minute in. Theron grim to body - wading in all long arms lapping, arms shivering off taut Warren midriff and sturdy ribs: Estella groaning, tilting forward as she's backing up under the onslaught and ESTELLA TAKES A KNEE! Warren winded, in trouble - steps out and goes to the right knee like a veteran - denying Charlize the chance to pile on. Business like after Warren's 8: Charlize the aggressor hounds Estella into a quarter of the ring near Warren's corner - Estella firming, jabbing stiff chest and face to keep CT at bay. Theron digging in, eyes narrowed in concentration as she assumes big-girl gun platform stance - pounding the long left in to offending chest and face. Girls shelling away from outside - right hands nice and tight to cheeks - both working behind slamming poke. Both release on firm right hands to good effect: both girls accepting clean chin-checks in dangerous, rangy trade. CT turns abruptly away at bell, strutting brisk to corner; Estella's shook, looking a little queasy-kneed.

R3: Warren committed to the jab - stiff and strong to CT's upperchest and beautiful face: Theron's lumping up nicely. Estella using a bit more leg - easy, loping rotation to her left turning Theron midring: Charlize looking to dig in and punch hard, getting herself outclassed below the waist. Warren operating with precision - leaning in and placing right hands to chin, or sloping them down into Theron's sternum - good hot spank sounding out from Charlize' battled-hardened chassis. CT frowning, turning - she's clearly troubled by Warren's length, having difficulty getting off herself and not landing that cute, but risky right hand pull-counter. Warren mostly sharp-shooting one-twos up top - but she'll occasionally wallop right/left to Theron's hip flexors: illegal as hell, but worth it - CT's grumpy and mobility's hampered. Final moments see Warren bend in and down to detonate a vicious overhand right off Theron's midsection: CT grimacing, takes her first backward steps, elbows pulling in to her waist at the bell.

R4: Is Estella breaking CT down to the body? Warren liked what she saw last round - jabbing heavy up top, stepping around, then looking for opportunities to slant in and down with right hands bouncing off rigid Theron sternum. Charlize tight-lipped upon receipt, biting back on cries of complaint: she's frequently being tapped so hard to the body that she can't immediately answer. Warren loping left with a kind of peg-legged, sailor's rolling gate - really looking relaxed and comfortable here. Estella feinting well, twitching her shoulders to sell one hand, then bringing the other instead, crossing up Theron's blocking schemes. Ref barking warnings whenever E steps in to whack Theron's hip-flexors clip-clap: CT covering up to take on her legs. Estella also warned for neck-clasping - using both hands behind CT's neck to tug her forward and spin her around - Warren starting to bully Charlize, get hands on her, muscle her around in between the punching spurts.

R5: Estella twitches torso-left, faking the right hand; twitches torso-right like she's going to sling a left, THEN brings the right cross: Charlize facing into it, takes the blow to chin - head tossing hard-right, hands low, elbows out wide to either side as long legs soak it up shivering. Warren grinning - feeling the strength of that blast in her lower back and right shoulder - she ambles to her right, changing directions on CT, jabbing Theron's mouth. Theron glassy-eyed, mouth hanging open - teeth pink from a cut inside the lip: Charlize starting to look VERY loose in the leg. Stiff jabs penetrate, spanking off Theron chest and punching back Theron face - her guard limp, low as Estella roars in at will. Slanting right hand POUNDS in and down, bouncing off Theron's solar plexus with small-mitt CRAKK: Charlize grunting, stooping forward hurt with face-in-gloves. Warren wheeling peg-leg to her left - spitting jabs, then extending on another glorious, harpooning right down into the body. CT gasps, sinks to her right knee all teary-eyed: crowd erupts at the sight; ring-card girls all roar to their feet ringside, pumping fists and hollering unspeakable abuse as their tormentress shows hurt. CT up at 8, but swaying, hugging her midsection as she blinks woozy at ref. Warren waved in - she lopes forward in a low, sinewy crouch. Estella flips the jab to chest, straightening CT up, then leans into a MAJESTIC right cross to chin! Vicious head snap as CT sags back into ropes, suddenly limp - she catapults forward off ropes, sprawling face down as Warren scampers back. IT'S OVER! CT's left cheek moist against canvas, face in pretty slumber - it's KO5 Estella Warren!"

After: Warren jubilant - all her dreams coming true in the crak of one right hand against fabled, Oscar-winning chin: Theron laid low and cinderella celebrates.

Charlize brought around on her stool in stages - she's dimly combative, refusing to believe reports of a Warren stoppage: Estella standing just off shore, rubbing her hands and grinning in anticipation. Victoria's Secret models are muscled off their positions by vengeful Ring Card girl no-names who insist on doing this right - big, busty, trashy girls in bikinis force Charlize to her feet and treat her very roughly indeed. Much cinching and re-cinching - one busty brunette feeling the need to brace her left foot on CT's left hip while reefing two-handed on the tummy strap: Theron yelping, eyes shining with tears as the girls handle her. VS models standing well back, angry-eyed and cross-armed: they're no fans of Charlize, but they're very status conscious, and the ring-card skanks have overstepped themselves here.

Warren eventually taking the saddle, kneeling jockey style into Charlize' back - knees supported by curved pads atop CT's svelte hips. Theron leaning into the shoulder pads, starts to jog, but Warren pulls up two-handed on those damp blonde curls, chiding "slowly Charlize - walk first." Theron slow-footing it about the ring - once, twice, three times - Warren waving from her perch, beaming, enjoying the trip and soaking up the brightest, most glorious spotlight of her career. Finally, Warren uses her knee-pressure, and tugs at CT's hair to urge her for speed: long legs quicken, perky breasts flap up and down with the effort of trotting. Theron wearing down in stages - another few circuits of the ring sees her wobbling off line, finally ridden to canvas as Warren leaps elegantly clear of the wreckage. She delights at the VS models' flinching reaction when she fakes a lunge in their direction - Estella struttin' happy, feeling her oats with arguably the biggest win of her career
