BOXING ON THE BEACH

BEFORE: "People forget," Rachel huffs in prefight, "Mila Kunis was my bytch not so long ago! Hayden feared my tummy. Girls didn't want to trade with me. Dammit: I'm tuff and I should be right at the top of the list when it comes to fightin' flyweight!" Tisdale rolling her eyes, trying not to be baited into any small-girl foolishness. "I need rounds," Ashley proclaims at podium, "so when I saw Rachel pushing hard for a fight, I told my guys 'anytime, anywhere'. I don't care who she is - I'm gonna get after her and send a message to the rest of the flyweight class that Ashley Tisdale is best in show!" Rachel in her little black bikini; small black punching mittens; hair back in short little beach bun. Ashley in royal blue bikini top; royal blue cheerleader spanky bottoms; small white punching mittens; hair tied up off her face in top knot arrangement cheerleaders always wear.

Boxing on the beach: sunny Malibu (a good distance away from established cougar-turf); standard ring set up atop sand; beach volleyball bleachers along one side.

During R1: Ashley briskly at Rachel - Tisdale's chin tucked - scooting in, out and around clockwise - dukes up/elbows in tight as she tap-taps jabs, chips in sticky little right hands at Bilson's face. Rachel getting marked - small mitts clipping away brightly on her pretty face - but she keeps coming: minute mark, whacking lefts and rights flail at Tisdale's tummy, shutting Ashley's offence down. Rachel staying busy, stepping-with as Tisdale's trying to sidestep away: little Bilson helping herself to tummy via batting, repetitive right hands whacked in straight-arm to belly. TISDALE'S DOWN! Crowd shouting in surprise as Ashley wobbles from body shots, then eases herself to right knee - cute brunette blinking away tears as Bilson yelps with delight at the sight.

R2: Ashley out brisk again - quick feet, tapping punches stitching into Rachel's face from medium distance. Ashley's eyes SO intense - straight-poking combos pelting away on Rachel as Tisdale turns the Bilson right flank. Bilson still lathering the body in spots: Ashley's ribs and tummy nice and pink in the sun from Bilson's angry lashings.

R3: Similar action - Bilson belligerent - ripping away savage to body with both hands, then settling on whacking right hands again and again to tummy until Ashley disengages. Tisdale in control with smart feet, quick-tapping fists and the occasional snik-snak left/right combo swept across Rachel's tight abs. Bell: Rachel pushes Tisdale in the shoulder as Ashley's walking away; Tizzie keeps her cool, doesn't retaliate as ref warns Rache.

R4: Ashley slugging-with, getting caught: Bilson a very busy, very aggressive little battler and she's catching Ash! Lathering lefts and rights bounce off the Tisdale tummy; repeat right hands whack away with straight-arm delivery to belly...poor Ashley doubling forward hurt as Rachel heaves home the harm! Rache working up quite the sweat under a hot California sun...Tisdale weepy again, really taking it tuff in her body, going wobbly butt from the constant touch of Bilson around her middle!

R5: Ashley hard-eyed, pouting prettily as she pings away jabs, poking Rachel into compliance midring. Bilson trying to step-to and flail, but Tizzie's picking her up: Ashley nice n' compact, elbows in as she clips the left uppercut to Bilson's chin, then the right, staying in close and finishing up a tight-swiping hook to Rachel's quivering tummy! Bilson crying out, stamping unhappily on the spot...she's hurt, floundering her way forward with wide, slapping blows to Ashley's flanks. Ash calm in the pocket, keeping hands up, letting Bilson get off wide: right uppercut finds Rachel's chin, then the left - nice tight, chippy delivery from Tisdale. Ashley pivoting clockwise, touching Rachel, reducing her...Bilson open-mouthed, really coming apart in the seems as she turns and follows Tisdale. Too many chin-checks! Ashley triggering tidy uppercuts - hooking the midsection - sliding off to the side...it's all Tisdale walking Rachel into harm, picking Bilson apart old-school. RACHEL'S DOWN! Bilson wobbly, finally stumbling to all fours: Tisdale breathing hard, puts hands on hips as she walks away all chest heaving. Bilson sputtering, woozy and hurt...she's up at 10, but ref waves it off. KO5 Ashley Tisdale reduces Rachel Bilson to tears.

After: Tisdale touched up, especially in the body: unexpected resistance from Bilson leads to a tougher-than-anticipated tune up. "She was rusty," Ashley says in the sun for postfight, "but very fit, and aggressive as hell. She had no timing or balance to speak of, but it took me awhile to get her sloppy and tired. Should have whacked her to the body more to smarten her up, but whatever: she's having a good cry and I'm looking forward to my next fight!"
