Alyssa Lynch vs Rachele Brooke Smith(Results: Lookout!, Words: Caspian)

Alyssa:

BEFORE:
Alyssa Lynch is coming off a string of wins (albeit against less-than-stellar opposition, according to some of her naysayers), now testing her mettle against an old Vixen rival in Rachele Brooke Smith, who of course has previously fallen to fellow stablemate Kyra Santoro back in 2017, but scored a recent win of her own against Laura Pausini and managed to regain her confidence.

"I've improved so much since those few years ago," Rachele says early on with bravado, grinning from her seat at the press table. "Kyra was a heavy hitter back then, but Alyssa fights nothing like her, so I feel like I've got a good chance of knocking her the f*ck out tonight."

Alyssa’s not so pleased to hear these comments from the other end of the room, pushing her shoulder-length hair back as she scoffs into the microphone. "Oh yeah? You and what army? All you’ve got to your name are those crummy workout videos on Youtube, Smith. What else have you done, hon?”

“At least my stable stays loyal to their fighters,” Rachele fires back, drawing some ooohs from the room.

The staredown at the podium is as tense as a prisoner pulled apart by four horses, with both brunettes coming nose-to-nose and sticking their fists in each other’s faces, daring the other to make the first move. Alyssa’s sporting a one-inch height advantage but Rachele of course baring that eight-pack of hers in a white crop top tee as she turns her nose up at Lynch.

Fight time rolls around and Rachele’s already stripping off that loose t-shirt and gym pants in the ring to plenty of wolf whistles, revealing a black sports bra and briefs underneath that ensemble. Alyssa striding to the ring already dressed in a red bikini and white shawl over both her shoulders. When the referee calls both girls to touch gloves, neither even offers or attempts to as they turn back to corners and await the final bell. Without further ado, HERE we go with ten rounds of Bantamweight action!

ROUND 1:
Rachele’s moving fast despite her age, the fitness model and actress making up for the eight-years disadvantage with the first punches of the evening sent shooting towards Alyssa’s head, surprising the Vixen early. Alyssa has to throw her arms up suddenly to block but she’s losing ground rapidly after not having anticipated Brooke’s equal rush forward. Rachele’s showing off her power as well as she turns her jabs into full on straight crosses to Alyssa’s guard, left-right-left-right combos just slamming into the arms from afar and occasionally sunk into tummy. Alyssa equally fired up early in this fight, soon tires of taking the abuse and whacks the brunette across her face with a stinging hook, then scores her own combo to the nose as she holds her ground. But is it enough to turn the tide? Rachele doesn’t seem to like getting hit too much, tapers down as the round ends with an exchange of fire from afar from both sides, and the bell rings. One thing’s for sure though: Rachele’s off to a fantastic start.

ROUND 2:
Wild melee erupts as both ladies close on each other at the same time and the fists simply start flying! Alyssa and Rachele go at it in the center of the ring, knocking each other’s heads back with crunching shots to the nostrils or to the side with a loud WAPP of leather to the cheek. Alyssa can’t hope to compete with her counterpart’s power, eight years younger or otherwise, and she knows it, grunts out loud after she takes another stiff hit to her chin that sends her spinning off to the other side of the ring. But she manages to steady herself before Rachele can rush in after her, with the Fight Acad starlet putting on the gas as she gives chase for the remainder of the round, sending more combos towards Alyssa’s head but not seeing the same success as earlier. Alyssa falls back on her training and experience, however, controlling Rachele with make-up jabs to face and chest whilst maintaining her distance for the remainder of the round.

ROUND 3:
Rachele ain’t giving up so easy though, as evident by her sudden RUSH towards Lynch’s corner at the opening bell of the third! Good lord - she really wants this win badly, doesn’t she, as she barrels forward with her head dipped low and arms already pulled back to fire shockwaves through Alyssa’s being. But Lynch holds her ground, side-stepping the wilder swings as Rachele can’t quite pin her foe down even at close quarters, soon takes a ringin’ shot to the side of the head which dazes her for a split second. It’s more than enough time for Lynch to follow-up the combo with another one-two quick blows to her lips, before a gushing SMACK of a right hand TURNS Rachele 180 degrees on her feet as the hook lands clean! Smith groans as she crashes face-first into the top rope but then doesn’t manage to hang on to it, CRASHES onto her side in a heap of arms and legs! It’s an early KNOCKDOWN for Alyssa Lynch!

Good lord! Who knew this would happen so quickly?! Alyssa herself left stunned for a moment, panting above her fallen foe before she raises a hand in confidence. Rachele left shaking on all fours at this sudden debacle of a third round - she’s trying her best to get back up but arms and legs not cooperating, as the referee counts her all the way out to 10 and has NO choice but to call the rest of this fight off! It’s OVER!

Official Decision: Alyssa Lynch defeats Rachele Brooke Smith via KO3!

AFTER:
What a spectacular performance, with Alyssa walking away from this fight relative unscathed! Rachele still looks disillusioned and dazed by the ropes as Alyssa continues to berate her efforts from above, and some commotion erupts further as Brooke responds with a snarky remark of her own... and does it for Lynch, who lunges down and grabs two fistfuls of brunette hair, intending to pull Rachele back up to continue her punishment.

Just as Rachele gets to her feet, however, she SLAMS her forehead hard into Alyssa’s, the headbutt sending both women tumbling and spinning back into the ropes as they jostle for position with grunts and squeals, hands dug in each other’s hair and clothing as they look for leverage. Alyssa, of course, soon gets the upper hand of the beaten girl, burying knees into her toned belly and knocking the wind out of Brooke’s lungs before the ring officials manage to pry the Vixen off and send her back to corner. Brooke just collapsing back down and catching her breath, but her insolence has made its mark tonight as she disrupts the Vixen’s victory party.

Later on by ring-side, Alyssa still looks red-faced when asked by reporters to comment on what happened in there:

“b*tch hits hard but boy does she have a lot to learn about respect,” Alyssa scowls, letting her dishevelled hair loose around her shoulders. “If she ever wants to try her luck a third time against a Vixen, she knows full well she’s gonna get her ass kicked thrice in a row!”
